• Ash (9/5): Beautiful resort in a great location. Staff, room and facilities amazing. - Location is great as it is a peaceful area but easy and quick to get into the city centre. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. Breakfast was AMAZING. The room was luxury, lovely bathroom, comfy bed, nice chill out space. The pool was clean and a great size. I would definitely recommend!

I would definitely consider it visiting again for my future travels to Chiang Mai. The only minus is perhaps the lack of a large gym. Bur this is not a big issue really.

• Tobias (5/5): Früher sicherlich schön… Heute verlebt - Freundliches Personal, Service beim Check-In war, wie man es erwarten würde. Auch das Frühstück war ok, es gab viele warme Gerichte, aber halt nichts besonderes für ein fünf Sterne-Haus. Die grundsätzliche Architektur war toll, man sieht, dass sich hier jemand Gedanken gemacht hatte. 5* waren es eventuell einmal, sind es aktuell aber bei weitem nicht mehr. Das Zimmer war nicht komplett sauber, Schränke dreckig. Einrichtung in der kleinen Küche und Bad kaputt. Ein Balkon gibt es zwar, der ist aber verschlossen und somit nicht nutzbar, warum nur?? Dafür sind dort zwei Aggregate e Klimaanlagen die nachts laut brummen. Sehr schade. Auch 300 Bath für den Flughafentransfer sind zu viel.

Die Zimmer sind sehr groß (wie eine kleine Wohnung). Beim Frühstück fehlte unserem kleinen Kind etwas wie Pancakes oder ähnliches. Croissants gibt es aber gute! Beim Omlette gab es leider keinen Käse.

The location is perfect—very close to the airport and Central Chiang Mai Airport . Most importantly, the staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to assist.

• Simon (10/5): Amazing hotel with apartment rooms - Wow this is a such a good hotel and great value! We had a suite which is basically a very nice one-bed apartment, but with housekeeping every day, what a luxury! The staff are very nice and helpful, 5* service. The roof terrace is really nice and the restaurant on the ground floor is one of the best in Chiang Mai anyway. The food there is amazing. The cafe Caramello on the grounds as well is beautiful and very peaceful and overall this is just a great place to stay. It's not in the centre of the city so you need to travel a few minutes in, but it's only 5-10 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this hotel! One of the best value for money hotels I've ever stayed in. Pool is very cold, didn't really use it as a result. Gym is not really a gym, just a couple of cardio machines.

• Jean&Jean (9/5): Etwas abseits gelegenes sehr schönes Stadthotel - Schön gepflegte grüne Oase - allerdings in einer urbanen Ödnis mit Ausfallstrassen. Davon hört man aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts. Auch nicht vom nahen Flughafen. Schönes funktionales Zimmer - gutes Bett Das Frühstück ist soweit gut. Rooftop Restaurant ( Preise gehoben ) Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich - alles ist sauber. Zu Fuß kommt man nicht gut weg. In der Umgebung nichts von Interesse ( Restaurant, Café, Markt ) Der Swimmingpool ist eher Zierde.

• yuqian (3/5): - Noisy:The hotel is basically next to a KTV or Bar where people were singing and partying until 2am. Dirty: The room had this bad smell once you entered, the dust is everything. Green Sofa had this white dirty spot. Other: The curtain was not able to either fully closed or open. So basically you will be forced to enjoy the sunshine from 5:30am in the morning. Disaster.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer Terrasse auf welcher es zwar Sitzmöglichkeiten gab, aber leider weder Liegestühle noch einen Sonnenschutz. Das Restaurant im Erdgeschoss verfügt über einen schönen Aussenbereich und auf dem Dach befindet sich ebenfalls ein Restaurant, von welchem man eine tolle Aussicht hat. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen und die Zimmer an einigen Stellen "abgenutzt". Die Terrasse im Zimmer war nicht sehr sauber und das Frühstückbuffet könnte für ein 5-Stern Hotel umfangreicher sein.

• Bill (10/5): We had a wonderful time during 4 night stay and we left feeling we got excellent value for money - The staff were fantastic and the meals that we ate here were delicious. The breakfast on weekends was menu selected whereas the weekday menu was buffet style with the added benefit of being able to order fresh eggs cooked to your liking. We had dinner in the rooftop restaurant, and it was truly delicious. The main restaurant was located near the entry and it was a very pleasant place to have a meal with my darling wife. Our welcome was wonderful and it was made even more so when the senior manager took us for a tour of the hotel and its facilities. This Hotel was billed as a 5 star establishment and we found no reason to doubt its rating. My wife and I have no idea what the criteria for the rating of hotel stars is, but for us, this was a wonderful experience and we will definitely return. We have nothing to dislike but we must warn that the entry/exit is a bit tricky as you enter and exit from and into a quite busy road. I cannot consider this to be something that we didn't like about the hotel.
