• Edu Fernández Glez (9/5): - Todo ha estado muy bien. Al principio la propuesta de pago a través de un link fuera de booking me daba poca confianza, pero tras hablar con personal de Booking y tener su visto bueno, realicé todo sin problema alguno. Muy bueno el servicio, la gente muy amable y atenta. Cápsulas de café de bienvenida y todo. Muy recomendable. El cuarto de la litera es bastante pequeño. Se duerme bien sin problemas, pero es un poco claustrofóbico. El baño todo correcto, aunque se sale un poco el agua de la ducha.
• JOSE MIGUEL (9/5): Muy bien situado. - El apartamento era bonito, y estaba limpio. Muy bien situado en el barrio de Cabanyal, cerca del mercado, y pocos minutos andando de la playa y de la Marina Real Juan Carlos I. Desde allí, un taxi al casco histórico requiere muy poco tiempo. El contacto con la agencia, y la facilidad para obtener las llaves, fue muy positivo. Para pasar unos pocos días en Valencia es ideal. Las camas son cómodas y nos dieron toallas suficientes para el aseo diario. Nada.
• Montoliu (8/5): - Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le quartier était vraiment très sympa, calme, mais animé! Les matelas beaucoup trop dur. La porte de la douche qui ferme mal. L'équipement de la cuisine (pas assez de verre à pied, poêle complètement cabossée, la gazinière fonctionnait mal, pas moyen de varier l'intensité du feu ou énorme de flamme, c'était presque dangereux) Il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle et ce n' est pas grave sauf que l'evier est minuscule !!! Une petite explication pour le tri des poubelles serait bienvenu... L'appartement n'est pas du tout isolé, on entend la télé des voisins comme si on était avec eux.(Heureusement ils étaient calmes )

• Nuria (10/5): Bonito apartamento y buen ambiente! =) - A mis amigas y a mí nos gustó mucho el apartamento de Travel Habitat Cabanyal, ya que las camas estaban muy cómodas, el apartamento nos pareció bonito, limpio y las cosas dentro del apartamento estaban nuevas. La ubicación fue genial ya que teníamos la playa de la Malvarrosa muy cerca, también, el ambiente en la Blasco Ibañez es súper ya que hay varios restaurantes, ambiente juvenil, bares y varias cosas por hacer. Además, usar transporte público es muy fácil ya que está la estación de tren, puedes usar Metro o salir en bicicleta por toda la ciudad. ¡Nos gustó mucho!!! =)
• Jansen (10/5): One of the best stays I've ever had, excellent professionalism from Travel Habitat. - What I liked most was the personalized attention from all the Travel Habitat staff. They were always there to help with any questions you might have, with the best attitude and energy. For example, when I had a question about how to turn on any device Gulia ( from customer service), patiently guided m step by step and easily solved my problem. I highly recommend them and hope to stay with Travel Habitat again soon. In addition, I really liked the Cabanyal neighborhood. The beach is beautiful and very close to the apartment, there are several restaurants nearby, and it's easy to get around Valencia by public transport. I loved everything and they made my travel experience the best. Whenever I had a question at any time, they answered it with the best attitude and professionalism!
• Martin (1/5): Disgusting infestation horror! - Most problematc: bed bugs all over our beds. It is a nightmare to see the blood skoaking insects crawling over our daughter. Smashing them just released the bloody hell. We escaped in the middle of the night. We had some luck and found a hotel that provides 24/7 check-in near airport. Leaving is not stopping the horror. Now we have to decontaminate our entire luggage by professional services. Extra costs, expsenses, time. Keep fingers crossed, that decontamination worked out in first trial. And I hope that our successors were informed on time. Check out, how difficult a first deconatmination procedure really is. Also noticable: strong mold smell, electricity concerns, cockroaches. Definetily not meeting middle European standards. Reaction from host: delay strategy instead of compensation. Still waiting for refund.

• ROXANA (1/5): SEJUR DE COȘMAR - 14 nopti fara somn - din cauza plosnitelor care invadau paturile din dormitoare. - Locatia din Cabanyal este excelentă si nu am dorit sa renunțam la locație desi ne au obligat. Infestarea masiva cu PLOȘNIȚE!!!

• Manuela (10/5): Ottima accoglienza, un appartamento comodo, pulito e moderno - Posizione ottima, vicina alla spiaggia (10 minuti a piedi) e ben collegata. Quartiere non dei migliori ma tranquillo. L’appartamento è bello e pulito, e quando abbiamo trovato delle formiche sono venuti a ripulire la casa ed a sistemare un prodotto anti formiche. Ci hanno consentito di entrare anche prima dell’orario previsto. La stanza con i letti a castello era davvero microscopica, da claustrofobia. Ma abbiamo aperto il divano letto in soggiorno e siamo state molto bene
• Jackie (8/5): A tidy meat and comfortable little flat in an area with a lot of character and atmosphere. - Great communication and host met me at the property and even at accommodated me to go in just slightly earlier. The Aircon in the living room and the dining room area brilliant it was a very cute little flat very well set up and in a fantastic location. Had a smart TV. Etc There was only one slight problem. The bedrooms didn’t have Aircon. The bigger bedroom was fine because if you left the door open, you had the benefit of the Aircon which was in the dining room corridor area. And it was fine but the small bedroom was very very small and with the temperatures in the summer you couldn’t sleep in there without Aircon. It was absolutely fine because there was just two of us so my friend slept in the sofa bed in the living room and it was perfect But I think you really need to think about putting Aircon in the bedroom if you’re gonna have anybody sleeping in there.

• Konstantin (10/5): Exceptional - I can only say good things about this place. It's very cozy , has everything you need. The location is perfect- quiet , close to the beach , subway and many bus stops that will get you everywhere in the city.
