- Clara (8/5): - Der Wellness-Bereich im Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es gab drei Duschen und zwei Toiletten in dem Haus. Es gab dadurch keinen Stau am Morgen und jeder hatte viel Platz beim frisieren. Die Sauna konnte sogar bis auf 100 Grad eingestellt werden. Vor Ort gibt es nicht viele Aktivitäten. Man muss etwas weiter fahren, um einen Badestrand zu erreichen. In der Küche gab es keine scharfen Messer. Das hat das Kochen etwas erschwert.
- Renzo (10/5): Super Lage, sehr gepflegte Anlage, super Austattung der Unterkunft - Die Sauna :) Sehr geräumig Der Raum, wo unser 4 Jähriger geschlafen hat, war leider noch zu hell, da es keine Rollläden gab oder die Lichtschutzvorhänge zu durchlässig waren.

- Martin (10/5): - Besonders toll sind die Sauna und der Whirlpool! Wenn wir durchgefroren von draußen kamen, konnten wir uns schön aufwärmen. Wellness pur! Die Schlittschuhbahn ist auch was Besonderes in so einer Anlage! Super viel Platz im Haus mit 3 Duschen! Alles top! Beim Rolltor bei der Einfahrt braucht man etwas Geduld 😉

- E (8/5): Hele nette accomodatie en zo in Berlijn. - Lekker rustig, netjes en schoon. Bed veel te hard, dunne matrasjes. Zitstoelen niet comfortabel. Geen föhn aanwezig.
- Birgit (10/5): - Die zusätzlich zur Verfügung gestellten Parkplätze für unsere Transporter und Anhänger waren kostenlos und gar kein Problem. Genug Platz dafür vorhanden,daß Haus war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt, nach der Arbeit im Olympiastadion haben wir uns dort super erholen können. Tolle Aussicht ,zum Frühstück kam sogar ein Fuchs vorbei 😊. Der Müggelsee quasi direkt vor der Tür und ein Spaziergang lohnt sich. Ein toller Aufenthalt war das mit sehr nettem Kontakt . - Aristeidis (7/5): Die tatsächlichen Kosten müssen ehrlich angegeben werden! - Komfortables, großes Haus für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Sauberkeit. Was überhaupt nicht ging und uns verärgert hat, waren die versteckten Kosten in Höhe von 110(!) Euro für eine Endreinigung für 2 Übernachtungen. Das hatten wir bisher nie gehabt und kann man kaum akzeptieren.

- Denise (9/5): Toller Kurzurlaub im Rübezahl - Das Haus war wirklich super ausgestattet ,sehr modern und neu.Anlage ist sehr ruhig ,zum Abend und womöglich in der Nacht auch mit Security auf dem Gelände besetzt.Der Müggelsee ist auch an einem sonnigen Herbstwochenende wunderbar. Die Bindung zur City ist super. Super Bistro ,alles sehr ansprechend. Für die Hundebesitzer gibt es tolle Wege zum Gassi gehen. Ich möchte nochmal hervorheben das das Ferienhaus wirklich eine wohlfühloase ist mit Whirpool Badewanne und Sauna. Meeega !!!! Wenn wir wieder nach Berlin kommen ,dann definitv hierher. Der Backofen und das Kochfeld ist nicht das Beste . Die Kaution ist zu hoch ,die Hälfte hätte es auch getan.Es wird sehr stark darauf geachtet das man sich an die Regeln hält im Haus,für fast alles ist etwas im Hausbuch hinterlegt ,was ich eigentlich sehr gut finde.

We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. These charges are shocking considering we used our own internet and did not pay for wifi which I understand is very expensive. We were charged over 80 euro to rent bedlinen and towels!! Surprisingly this was not the worst part of our experience with this property. There is a charge if you do not clean various items in the house such as the BBQ grill and the fridge etc. Checkout is at 10am which meant we spent the second last day of our trip cleaning and packing which ruined the end of our stay. In addition they say you have access to a garden but we were told we were told we could not use it because of the robotic lawnmower! This was the worst rental experience of a well travelled family. We should have learned from the previous bad reviews. AVOID BOOKING THIS PROPERTY
