Volodymyr (1/5): Not Recommended: Risk of Being Left on the Streets in an Unfamiliar Place - Nothing I arrived at the hotel I had booked in advance, but was told that the hotel was fully booked and there were no available rooms. This was very upsetting, as it shows a clear lack of respect for guests. I had to find another hotel, even though it was late, and I had traveled from far away, so I was very tired. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, as you could end up, like I did, on the street at night in an unfamiliar place.
Oyvind (4/5): Comfortable suburbian hotel with grim staff - Nice room, very clean. Nice decour and garden. Staff is grim, ESPECIALLY the unfriendly receptionist lady who received us. Little English spoken and zero interest to give information or work things out. Breakfast was very limited both in quality, quantity and taste. Location is far out of town, 15 min taxi ride.

Richard (4/5): Is our experience likely to happen again? - Whilst clean and comfortable, the unfortunate conduct of the hotel owner left us with a very dismal view of the hotel. The receptionist however was always polite and helpful. We booked the deluxe double room the same morning as our stay, along with an extra single bed for our daughter for $90. We received a confirmation message to confirm the booking with the extra bed. When we arrived, we were informed that the deluxe double room we had booked had been given to someone else. Instead we were given a standard triple room for $47. Later on we were offered the deluxe double room, but there were people still in it, and they appeared to be most unhappy about being removed from the deluxe double room, so we remained in the standard triple room. We subsequently received an email from booking.com stating that it had been informed by Ethno Boutique Hotel that we had failed to check in. Fortunately we still had the receipt for our stay, a copy of which we sent to booking.com as proof that we had stayed.

Stephen (9/5): They make you feel at home. - I enjoyed breakfast, the kind staff that treats me like a friend coming to visit, that there is a chess board to play with. It is nice and quiet in that neighborhood.
Kaspars (7/5): Good - 1. Breakfast was good quality and as I ordered in advance. 2. Good for short stays. 1. Internet speed and wifi connection could be better. 2. I had two shower robes in my room and both were size S/L. I need XL, so there should be choice, because in this context size matters. 3. Room door could be better isolated. I had a room on the 1st floor and was hearing sounds from the ground floor. 4. In the bathroom the radiator and few other parts were rusty. 5. Bed linen were clean, but not the freshest quality. 6. One morning there was no hot water for approx 30 minutes and this situation was not good at all considering my busy morning schedule where every minute counts. I took cold shower not to miss business meeting.
Madeleine (8/5): Very good - The place is clean and nicely decorated, it has a good atmosphere in a quiet part of town. It's easy and cheap to get to the city center by bus or taxi. There was no hot water while I stayed there.
Lusk-jopson (9/5): Expectional Place. My favourite location of 2022. - Super cool place! it’s clean and very comfortable. great wifi connection too! I was able to video call my family and coworkers without any trouble at all. The property is cool and the breakfasts are tasty, diverse and filling. the property is not centrally located but the city centre is only a short taxi away. I don’t have yandex but the hotel staff were more than happy to call me a taxi when I needed one.
