Perkins (8/5): Great spot to stay - access to the tram system was a great plus for us. - Location was great. It was close to the tram network and parks for walking. Quiet and clean premises. Staff were very helpful. We found it very hard to find. The sign at the front was difficult for us to find while travelling in a car. This was likely to us not being familiar with the road network in that area. The lifts were a bit confusing too. Half the building is residential and knowing which side of the lift to get out of was confusing.

b6d1a8d640cd70adce1d37f10201be50 (7/5): Apartment was lovely, great location, staff were friendly, few building issues only negatives - I was in a studio executive apartment which was super spacious for one person, had everything I needed to cook my own meals and the verandah was awesome on Sunny days. All that for $180/night in St Kilda was a great deal. A lot of lights didn't work in the apartment - the switches did nothing. Like the light switches at the door when you entered did nothing, but the bathroom light worked fine. Made do with the lamps which did work. Middle lift refused to go to B1 basement carpark, so always had to use specific lift to get to my car. Shared lifts between residental and hotel were a bit confusing (2 different ground level controls).

CRYSTAL (10/5): Easter holiday trip - The overall stay was great! Especially that it is dog friendly and allows dogs. Staff were helpful and easy to talk to. When we came back from exploring the area, we returned to the carpark and the spots were all taken. We had someone help us get a parking which was great as we wouldn't know what to do if she wasn't there. There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay, in fact, we would love to come back.

Sue (7/5): A little bit scary. - Rooms were clean and spacious. Reception called me on the phone at 2.30am (disrupting my sleep obviously) to ask about my booking. They had given three men a key to my room 15 minutes earlier, it was just luck I had locked my door from the inside so they couldn't get in. I was able to look through the peep hole and ask them to go away. I don't know what the purpose of the reception ringing me was as I wasn't going to move rooms in the middle of the night if they had actually given me the wrong room. When I asked at reception in the morning about the incident the person on duty said the night staff was in training and did apologise but I feel like they also just brushed off the seriousness of the matter. Honestly, I was just toooo tired to question it any further.

There was quite a bit of construction going on close by while we were there and it was noisy. I had to jump a bit through hoops for the hotel to make keys available in the lockbox after hours.

Hume (7/5): Could have stayed a bit longer if price discounts been considered under humanitarian circumstances. - Facilities are good - clean toilet, housekeeping was ok, made some requests from staff/reception and they were prompt to respond - much appreciated. The laundry was really helpful being someone who has to visit a loved one at the hospital each day. Stayed at 4th floor as you go out of the Le stir - the hallway to our room was dark, walls and carpet could do with brighter lighting and light colours. Specified two beds at the time of booking; when we arrived at our room there is only one bed; called the reception and they sent someone to make it into two beds.

They gave us a room that was suitable for us. The bathroom was for someone with a disability. It had a shower chair and ample room. The space, large room great for a wheelchair.
