• Kellie (7/5): A good and convenient place to stay with super friendly staff - Easy to find and a walkable distance to main attractions, train and restaurant. Very small room.
• Guest (8/5): Florence stole my heart. I’ll be back. - Tight in the middle of Florence, and restaurants literally across the road. Sound proof windows meant it was great for sleep anytime. The room was a little small.

Room & bathroom was very small - luckily we were only there for 2 nights. Air con was very temperamental. Greeted with a very unpleasant smell every time we entered the building. Reception isn’t really a reception. For the price I payed I wish I booked something else.

Excellent location to explore Florence - close enough to everything, yet in a quiet area. Responsive and helpful staff. Nothing, we liked everything and would definitely stay again.

• Diana (5/5): The price does not reflect the quality - The location was good, close to the sights and to the train station. The lady who greeted us was kind. The room was not clean, it was tidy but not clean. I have never seen a floor this dirty in my life, like it was not vacuumed in a long time. The room was also very small, it looks larger in photos and I see this comment in other reviews as well. Also, the AC stopped working on the second night. The rooms are at ground level, ours was on the street so you need to have blinds closed as everyone passing by can see in your room. This price of this accommodation did not reflect the quality, it is only priced this high because it is in Florence.
• Марія (4/5): Bed and breakfast as it’s spesified in the name, nothing more - Location great close to the railway station and city center. This place can work only for sleeping and getting a quick breakfast in the morning. It seems that price is too high for the smallest room we stayed in. There were no slippers as it was on the photos and toilet paper was also in much lower quality (it was grey, but on photos it’s white). There was not enough space to move around the room for two people. Air conditioning wasn’t working well, toilet tank also wasn’t working well every time, the water continued flowing sometime and didn’t stop. Very limited space for storing our belongings. No shelf in the shower. Quite limited breakfast, it included hot toast, croissant, hot milk, coffee, juice, yogurt and some snacks and jams. For us, we’d like to get some additional protein, like scrambled eggs, for example. Window from our room led to the road right next to it. Also there are two entrances that create lots of noise (1 is entrance to the building itself and another to the guest house). We heard doors slapping since the early morning till the late night.

Want to say a big thank u to everyone for arranging the early breakfasts wh - Brilliant location with only a 10 minute walk to the cathedral and 2 minutes from the tram stop. • Pornpan (9/5): We stayed there for 3 nights and had early check out. The place was nice and clean and very convenient to travel around. - Great location very convenient close to trains and public transport. The host is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good. Bathroom is great with strong hot shower. The room is very nice and clean. New bath towels will be replaced every 3 days. There is no where in the room to dry our wet towels. Also no daily room service and no toilet paper was provided daily. We had to help ourselves from their storage.
• Peter (10/5): Recommended - Close to the station in a quiet part of town within 10minute walk to all that Florence has to offer. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, spacious with all the amenities you could need for a city stay. Instructions on arrival were clear and breakfast served each morning was amazing. Would highly recommend. Nothing.

Very noisy (room 1 right next to the door, to hear all the interior noise, and window directly to the street, very noisy) Breakfast system is absolutely uncomfortable: need to fill a paper, give a specific time, you have to eat inside the room and complicated logistics. I left the sign in the door not to clean the room and they did it anyway and my shower cap disappear and it was the only one I had.

Good check in instructions. Good bathroom. Great family restaurant directly across the street. Loads of restaraunts and cafes near by. The traib station is 5 minutes walk. Everything you want really! We were uncertain how to open the door onto the patio. There was a small blue light beside switches near the patio door which we did not know what this was for. Perhaps some explanation would help guests?

• Patricia (7/5): Clean, comfortable, close to public transportation. - Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, we had good space to move around and unpack our suit cases in the deluxe room, very close to public transport and a 12 minute walk to the heart of the historic district. For the 5 days we were there , we were never replenished on the initial 2 water bottles or the two packets of instant coffee. We did ask about the coffee and water and were told we would need to pay extra for it after the first day. They have a teapot, but no way to make regular coffee.

Restaurants, nail bars and hairdressers and convenient stores everywhere. The room was spacious and courtyard lovely. Super quiet room and full blackout curtains for peaceful sleeping. Staff were so lovely and very accommodating of our requests etc. Bathroom a bit tight to move in.

The room was small, we did have a double bed but there wasn’t much space to walk around the room when we were getting ready. No milk for a coffee.

• Dora (8/5): Excellent location and wonderful service if you’re looking for accommodation in the central area. :) - The location was excellent, with just a 10-15 minute walk to Santa Maria del Fiore and a 5-minute walk to bike rentals, a laundry service, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The staff was friendly. The instructions for checking-in and out were clear and well-organized. The rooms were very clean. The only downside in our case was the size of the room - it felt a little crammed - and that we had only had a single roll of toilet paper provided per day. The toilet paper was only challenging because we were a couple, and used it for other purposes, such as cleaning make up and similar. So, we quickly ran out. This would be our only point for improvement. :)
