• Tammaro (7/5): - La struttura si trova in una zona favorevole per scoprire la città a piedi e usufruire dei mezzi con facilità. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo la nostra camera affacciava su una via molto luminosa e mancavano le tende oscuranti. Inoltre la testiera del letto presentava molto macchie e segni di usura.
• Francesco (9/5): Consigliato per visitare la città! - Abbiamo prenotato questo hotel il giorno stesso del nostro arrivo a Istanbul e l’host ci ha risposto immediatamente dandoci la disponibilità di una camera. La posizione era ottima per visitare la città, vicino a tutti i principali monumenti e siti storici. La nostra stanza, molto luminosa, è stata rassettata praticamente tutti i giorni di permanenza, con asciugamani puliti e prodotti per il bagno. Abbiamo anche trovato delle ciabattine. È presente in stanza anche un frigo e un bollitore con qualche tisana. Gli host sono stati sempre gentili e cordiali, consigliamo sicuramente questo hotel con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, come appoggio per visitare la città! Grazie! -

• mohamed (5/5): Acceptable - The room was clean and neat. One of the staff was so kind to me and helped me so much. Totally the different room. the wooden floor is broken. They dont provide toothpaste and i checked in middle of the night and i need to check out 11.30.

• Claudio (9/5): Hotel carino ed economico in ottima posizione - Piccolo hotel in posizione ottima, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla Moschea Blu nel centro di Istanbul, 5 minuti dalla fermata del tram Sultanahmet e da Santa Sofia. Ottimo servizio di pulizia e cambio asciugamani tutti i giorni.

• Tahmina (8/5): Good stay - Located in the heart of Istanbul. We paid £30 for a night as we had a 28 layover. Beds were comfortable and lean. Bathroom was also clean. Staff was nice. Was very loud at night with people talking and a man arguing outside. The bidet pressure was low so didn’t reach where its meant to reach but other than that it was great for one night.
• Gilda (10/5): Una estancia encantadora en el corazón de Estambul, especial para viajeros solo o si viajas con amigas - Encantador y céntrico, una estancia para repetir Pasé 3 noches sola, la habitación tenía 2 camas de 90, necesita y un armario para guardas las cosas y baño, no es tan amplia, pero muy limpia y cómoda. El personal fue extremadamente amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. (Hablan español). La ubicación es inmejorable, cerca de los principales atractivos turísticos como la Mezquita Azul y el Gran Bazar, y con muchas opciones de transporte y restaurantes a pocos pasos. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Estambul con comodidad y buena atención.

• Vincent (8/5): - This boutique is located near the Sultahnamet area. Very close and walkable to historic sites and public transportation. There are a lot of restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping mearby. Mr. Adem was hospitable and kind. There was a misunderstanding/issue about the transfer servixe in the beginning which made us a little uncomfortable but Mr Adem dealt with it. It just needs more storage space , hooks for towels, clothing etc, and to lock the water heater because someone turned it off on our first night. Overall, we are pleased with our stay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Sufficiente - Hotel piccolissimo nel centro, quindi si possono raggiungere molto facilmente a piedi tanti obiettivi come moschee , gran bazar, ecc.. La stanza non abbastanza pulita con dettagli molto trascurati. Sotto il parquet in mezzo alla stanza c'era il vuoto. Ogni volta che ci camminavamo sembrava che stesse per crollare . Nel bagno, lo scarico del water andava male. Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 notti. Gli asciugamani sono stato cambiati ogni giorno tranne l'ultimo giorno in cui neanche il cestino di limondizia è stato svuotato. Il titolare e stato molto gentile e disponibile sempre e parla abbastanza bene l'inglese. La stanza non è stata mai spazzata o pulita durante l'intero soggiorno. Per chi è di passagio per una notte può andare bene, visto il prezzo basso, ma non di più. Abbiamo aprezzato la mancanza dei rumori.

• Lirie (7/5): Good - I really liked the property! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment looked exactly like the photos. However, it might be a bit difficult to find if it’s your first time visiting. My experience with the taxi service they offer was one of the worst for me. It was very early for flights to the airport, and when we gave the driver 50€, he wanted to keep the money without giving us any change. At first, when I mentioned the agreement with the hotel owner, he pretended not to speak English and tried to leave without returning our money. He didn't want to accept less money when I offered it because I needed to pay 35€ but he wanted 50 like I am in limousine. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone.

Good value about 30% cheaper than next property in the area. Bed sheets were changed every day. Fast Wifi. Had a kettle and smalll fridge in the room, Airconditioned. Very dirty moldy shower and toilet. Toilet sit was comming off the wall, shower holder was broken. Bed base was broken. Duvet had no cover. There was dust and grime in many places in the room and shower/toilet room. receptin staff was only availalble between 08:00 and 18:00. There are no dark curtains so room is lit from street light at night.

• Megan (4/5): Disappointing - Great location walking distance to the main monuments and the coast. Free instant coffee The listing of this property is misleading, every listed bedroom type says it has a “sea view” and “monument view” however this isn’t true. When we arrived and our room wasn’t what we expected (had a view of neither), we tried to discuss this with the owner, who was unsympathetic and didn’t understand that the listing is incorrectly advertised. After much discussion we were able to upgrade to the room we thought we had booked, but for an extra price (the owner tried to get us to pay 80€ for the room upgrade, which was much more than what it would have costed to pay for this room on booking.com). Overall it felt dishonest and the owner no effort made to rectify the situation. Unfortunately the faculties are fairly run down - many things broken, TV doesn’t work, air con cover needed to be taped on, shower head mount broken, toilet roll holder broken, bed base broken, etc. This property is a great location and overall is okay for the price paid, but it could be great with a bit more care and attention, and if the owner changed the listing descriptions to be accurate.

They gave us a great welcome and lots of good tips for seeing the city. Very well located. Maybe a 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque.

Hotel is located at the centre of Istanbul, restaurants, beach , blue mosques everything is within 5 minutes walking distance.
