• Susana (7/5): - La ubicación genial. Las instalaciones perfectas y muy limpio. Había unos vecinos en el patio interior que no nos dejaron pegar ojo. Riñendo y gritando por las noches. Pinian la lavadora a las 2 de la madrugada. Lavadora que tenían en la terraza.

• Sergiu (1/5): No recomiendo este apartamento en absoluto. Problemas principales: • Fotos engañosas: El apartamento no se parece en na - No vayan a este apartamento. Las fotos son un engaño: nada se parece a la realidad, parecen hechas por IA. El servicio de Booking en Benidorm fue pésimo. No resolvían nada y cada problema se multiplicaba. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, las llaves del portal daban problemas y la comunicación con el personal era un desastre. Las habitaciones son ridículamente pequeñas, oscuras y sin ventanas. Los muebles antiguos y mal cuidados hacen que todo se sienta descuidado. La cocina es un caos: rara, incómoda y mal equipada. El apartamento entero da sensación de abandono: suelos y paredes deteriorados, limpieza insuficiente, iluminación mínima. La ubicación podría estar bien, si no fuera por el ruido constante del vecindario. En resumen: fotos falsas, mal servicio, mantenimiento pésimo. Una experiencia frustrante de principio a fin. No se gasten el dinero ni la paciencia. No recomiendo este apartamento en absoluto. Las fotos que aparecen en la página no reflejan la realidad; parecen retocadas o incluso generadas con IA. Al llegar, nos llevamos una gran decepción. La atención del personal de Booking en Benidorm fue pésima. Desde el primer momento surgieron problemas: el aire acondicionado no funcionaba correctamente, lo que hizo que las habitaciones fueran incómodas durante la estancia; además, tuvimos dificultades con las llaves para abrir el portal, lo que generó mucha frustración. La comunicación con el personal fue lenta y poco útil, sin soluciones claras a nuestros problemas. Las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas y carecen de ventanas, por lo que se sienten claustrofóbicas y oscuras. Los muebles son antiguos y mal mantenidos, lo que contribuye a la sensación de descuido. La cocina es rara, poco funcional y con equipamiento mínimo; no resulta práctica para preparar comidas, y el espacio es muy reducido. El apartamento en general transmite sensación de deterioro: los suelos y paredes muestran signos de desgaste, y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. Además, la iluminación es insuficiente, lo que hace que todo se sienta apagado y poco acogedor. En cuanto a la ubicación, aunque está cerca del centro de Benidorm, el vecindario es ruidoso y no contribuye a una estancia tranquila. En resumen, la experiencia fue muy negativa. La combinación de mal mantenimiento, mal servicio y apartamentos que no se parecen en nada a las fotos hace que no lo recomendaría a nadie que busque comodidad y una estancia agradable en Benidorm. En resumen: fotos falsas, mal servicio, mantenimiento pésimo, aire defectuoso y sin Wi-Fi. Una experiencia frustrante de principio a fin. No se gasten el dinero ni la paciencia.

• Adam (7/5): - Location was great and good value. Only one timed aircon unit in lounge so rooms got warm at night, the shower head positioner was broken, no cleaning supplies provided other than toilet paper, so had to buy soap and washing up liquid. Also found cockroaches on the kitchen worktop in the morning - whoever cleaned the apartment had definitely cleaned the place with bleach so no fault there (although there was a strong smell initially) not sure what you can actually do to combat these pests further?

• Soraia (5/5): Razoável - Gostei porque era perto da praia A janela não trancava da varanda , o comando da sala não funcionava e o comando do quarto tinha só uma pilha , o fogão não funcionava corretamente e a ventoinha do quarto só funciona com a luz acesa
• Bev (8/5): Las Palmas apartments number 10 - Great location Opposite Mocha coffee shop so able to use their WiFi. 3 mins from beach ⛱️ In center of shops, cafes etc. Well equipped kitchen Very clean Lovely balcony with table and chairs for 6. Lifts to all floors. No WiFi 1 bathroom was difficult for 4 people. The shower & toilet is in same room aswell as hairdryer. Difficult getting ready. No lock on bathroom door. No light outside front door. Couldn't work cooker , some English instructions would be useful.

• Wayne (7/5): Good overall but still a few disappointing points - Location was good Only one 3 seater couch to sit on for four guests. Mobile reception poor . After being instructed by booking.com if our apartment was ready we could check in with our 3 year old granddaughter early around 1pm .they didn't tell me they don't open their office 40 minutes walk from the apartment until 4.30pm.
• Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Great flat in the old Town and in a quiet street overlooking the shops. No night time revelers and most importantly no noise from the bars emptying their bottle bins at 2am , which is not officially permitted. Can't fault the place. My only point I would make is some instructions on how to operate the hob and combination electric oven and microwave would of been handy. The staff talked us through the hob, but we never managed to get the microwave working.

• Tina (7/5): Good - fantastic location and we got to watch the fiesta from the balcony no lock on the bathroom door shower plug didn’t drain away so you had to be quick otherwise the bathroom would flood electric sockets came out of the wall in the lounge
