As for comfort, our room was fairly basic with not many amenities. The bed was very firm which I found to be uncomfortable. It was also noisy from the street noise overnight.

En sus alrededores se encuentran opciones como Tatte, una cafetería ideal para disfrutar de un buen desayuno. El servicio en el Lobby-Bar resulta demorado, debido a que una sola persona atiende el volumen de clientes. Asimismo, las instrucciones para el acceso al wifi en las habitaciones no fueron suficientemente claras. Finalmente, las habitaciones podrían contar con una mejor iluminación.

- Hussain (7/5): - I was really upset regarding during my check-in process. I was given a different room, bunk bed, instead of what I have reserved through booking. The staff told me that since my booking was made made through 3rd party, the hotel will not take that consideration. The guy told me that I would get re-emberssed by 100$ after checking out. When I checked out, I was told that I was promised it was not right and I would not get any re-emberessment. I tried to contact booking and claim a complaint, and I have not heard any feedback yet. For sure, I will not go to that hotel again.

The lobby presents a vibrant, design-forward concept that will likely resonate with a younger, more minimalist-oriented traveler. It has a very urban vibe that many might like and it has a great social environment. The room felt like a prison cell, with exposed concrete finishes and minimal furnishings that lacked warmth or comfort. Basic amenities such found in hotels were missing, which significantly reduced convenience during our stay. Additionally, the thermostat was inconsistent and the elevators frequently smelled of marijuana, detracting from the overall experience.

It feels a bit like a cool hostel for grown-ups who enjoy community and a good time. I found the people who stayed here to be good to chat with in the elevator and lobby spaces. Being human encouraged.

- Bailey (4/5): - Nice room So first when we arrive I had booked a bunk bed room. I was Traveling with three and prepaid. When I arrived, they told me that they only had a queen available and they could upgrade us to a king for three people to sleep in. I said that was unacceptable. They did rectify the issue by giving me two different rooms with one bed, did help the situation however, both of our rooms were underneath the gym so at 5 o’clock every morning, someone was lifting weights and slamming the weights on the ground waking us up. We complained to management just to ask the person to stop throwing the weight and nothing happened every single morning we were woken up early to the gym noises so definitely don’t recommend staying here just because my prepaid booking wasn’t honored. Also the shower was not the cleanest, hair still and some mold /mildew black growing

Unfortunately my reading light did not work so my room was pretty dark as my light strips were also pretty dim. A repairman was sent to try and fix it but unfortunately the reading light was not fixed and the light strips went back dim after he left. Front desk did offer to switch my room or have the repairman come back but by then it was the end of my trip.
