• James (3/5): Hotel needs some management commitment and TLC - Location The first room had a refrigerator water leak. I was moved to another room and the TV remote was defective, and the hotel phone to office was not functioning. The hotel staff gave me some new batteries and said the TV was outdated. He said was a newer employee. The breakfast was just microwave products, eggs sausage , biscuits, gravy . They ran out of serving plates one day and sausage the next day.

• Heather (10/5): Nice, clean, affordable! - Hotel was right on main drag next to tons of restaurants. Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Great breakfast bar as well. No complaints at all. Definitely will stay again next time we are in the area!

The property was perfect. We booked a King suite, but received a queen suite. Which made it hard for my child to sleep with us.

Upon arrival and checking in I confirmed again that the pool was open and there were extra blankets in our room. The pool was closed and there were no extra blankets in our room. We didn’t know the pool was closed until we got the kids ready and was trying to get into the door.

• Angela (3/5): Paid over $150 and did not enjoy the short stay - Given 4 th floor room for quiet stay and two semi trucks were right outside the window in the lot with very loud refers running. Left at midnight due to the unbearable noise

Breakfast was really good. Sausage, gravy, biscuits, waffles, cereal, fruit, you get the point. Can’t think of anything.

• Koom (9/5): Good place to stay. Employees from top to bottom was great. Walking distance to stores - Location was near a lot of little shopping centers I was checked out early for no apparent reason when we had paid for 6 nights but it was quickly resolved.

• Crystal (8/5): - Bed was spacious and the comforter and pillows were very soft. The small little hand soaps could have a better scent or different variety. The fridge didn't have an actual small style freezer box for anything frozen.

• Justin (4/5): - Finally got a clean room. First night found a bed bug and so I went to the desk to switch rooms. The lady was very accommodating but it was an adventure to find a room that was in good condition. I ended up switching three times before I got a room that was doable. I felt like a hotel inspector. Some rooms were half fast cleaned, another had a leaking fridge as I entered. I don’t have any proof but several days when I returned it was clear someone entered the room and didn’t even make the bed. Just pulled out any towels and reset some. Very minimal. You would think if housekeeping ever entered, they would at least make the bed, but nope. Only thing saving this stay from a one star was the front desk lady that was really helpful and understanding.

• Brittany (2/5): - This property took me by surprise when it said it was a 9 star rating! Because I had to switch rooms 3 times!!!! 3 times! The first room had large yellow and brown stains on the sheets, the second room was full of black mold in the bathroom! And I only got the third room because the hotel wouldn’t refund Expedia so I was stuck at this hotel! Granted the woman working that night was very polite and honestly did her best to help my husband and I! The manger did nothing for us, she couldn’t refund our night or even just simply apologize! NOTHING! I really don’t recommend this hotel but if you’re up for a battle, go for it!

• Bradley (4/5): Miserable night - The original Comfort Inn and Suites, in Grove City, the air conditioner broke, we had a king suite. There was 3 of us, in town for a softball tournament. They moved us next door, to the regular Comfort Inn and got stuck in a king room. It was miserable!!!!!
