Refrigerator door was open on arrival. Shower floor extremely slippery and hazardous. No wash cloths available. Loud music and pounding noise from the fitness center a floor below awakened us in early morning.

- Jessica (8/5): - Hotel, Zimmer und Ausstattung sehr stylisch, aber Frühstück im 5. Stock passte nicht zum Konzept. Service beim Frühstück mangelhaft und Frühstück selbst ausbaufähig. Lage ist top und Innenstadt mit dem Fahrrad hervorragend in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Unseren Camper durften wir neben dem Hotel hinter einem verschlossenen Tor abstellen. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Wir waren bis auf das Frühstück mit allem mehr als zufrieden und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut angemessen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

- Sabrina (10/5): - This hotel was great. A few bugs trying to figure out the parking garage but the staff was super helpful. The rooftop bar/restaurant was our favorite place every evening with wonderful views of the German submarine pens and the Cite de Vin. We drove the first 2 days to city center but walked along the water to Cite du Vin and found the tram station. So much easier to take the tram. Staff was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is also on the deck and the food was much better than I expected and the customizable coffee machines made my mornings. Highly recommend and would stay here again if we return to the area.

- Porfirio (10/5): 1 day get away - Great place with free parking, request ticket at parking kiosk via voice then get it validated at end, breakfest was awesome best bacon ever, staff speaks great english, lots of restaurants nearby, left car there and uber myself to downtown and avoid eco car penalty. 45 min drive to sain emilion.

Point négatif sur la propreté et sur le fait d'avoir un lit double avec une couverture pour lit simple (1 personne dans la chambre). Le reste est correcte. 5 étoiles pour l'accueil.

- odile (8/5): Bel hôtel bien situé avec parking. - Hôtel très bien situé à 500m du Tram qui Vous amène au centre-ville historique de Bordeaux. Parking pratique avec bornes de charge (attention :prise omestique -connecteur 3kw). Lobby agréable et personnel efficace et sympathique. Restauration très bien, petit déjeuner au top. Chambre spacieuse mais manque cruellement de rangement (chambre d’angle), une tablette position très haute dans la penderie double - sacrifier une des deux penderie pour ajouter des tablettes pour ranger les dessous et autres tee-shirt. Pas de commode. Salle de bain très bien, mais le module de douche est loin et sous la pomme de ciel de douche et on se trempe eau froide quand on l’allume. Wifi pas terrible et surtout la 5G ne passe pas dans les chambres. La salle de sport est fantastique mais ouverte aux clients de l’extérieur aussi affluence après les heures de travail. Bémol : la lumière du réverbère directement dans la chambre qui impose de dormir rideaux fermés… et chauffage bizarre, impossible de modifier la température qui est restée basse. Impression de froid constant.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Indigne d’un 4 étoiles ! - Très mauvais séjour dans cet hôtel ! Nous avons été réveillé toute la nuit par la TV qui s’allumait toute seule à 8 reprises ! Malgré la déconnexion de la clé pour déconnecter l’électricité, le problème persistait. Nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit ! Lorsque nous avons signalé le problème à la réception le lendemain matin, on nous informe que le problème est connu et qu’ils sont désolés… mais aucun geste, rien !! Inadmissible et scandaleux !! Quant à la propreté des lieux communs, cela laisse à désirer avec des plateaux et des verres qui ont traînés pendant toute la durée du séjour. Pour un 4 étoiles, ce n’est pas du tout à la hauteur !!

- Walid (4/5): Pas digne d un Radisson - Sur les 2 chambres reservees une n etait pas propre , les wc etaient sales avec trace d urine sur le siege , traces d excrements sur le fond de la cuvette . Nous l avons signalé à la reception , la personne etait desolee ..... vous ne pouvez pas etre desolee de ce genre de desagrements importants quand vous etes un 4 etoiles. Aucun geste n a ete fait sur notre note plein pot .... petit bemol sur la deuxieme chambre mais bien moins impactant sur le confort, pas de bouteilles d eau , chambre froide mais c est subjectif et chauffage à 22 qui ne s est pas allumé. Je suis peut etre un peu frileux .... le bar etait hs au 5e ......... bref on est mieux logé ( et considéré)pas tres loin et pour moins cher
- Nordine (6/5): Correct - J’ai passé ma semaine en chambre supérieure puis le weekend en chambre d’angle. Les chambres sont bien et propres, avec un rapport qualité/prix correct. La chambre d’angle aurait besoin de prises électriques pour permettre d’y brancher un ordinateur (notamment au niveau du bureau). Pour le service, c’est le strict minimum, mais avec politesse et courtoisie. Pas de télé 4 jours, pas de Chromecast fonctionnelle. Problèmes remontés a l’accueil mais non résolus. Le lit grinçait un peu mais c’est acceptable. Les oreillers sont très fins, c’est à prendre en compte. J’ai demandé à ne pas faire la chambre le samedi, du coup pas venu non plus nettoyer le dimanche ☺️ Pas de surclassement proposé pour les VIP hotels.com et j’ai eu besoin de rappeler le service client car la réception voulait me faire payer le parking (20€ par nuit) alors que la réservation indique clairement l’inverse. Pas mal de petits points mais malgré tout correct dans l’ensemble.

- Alain (6/5): - Un point vraiment très négatif: les chambres "côté bassin" mais la vue est totalement gâchée par la présence d'un grillage doublant la façade à extérieur, qui vous donne l'impression de regarder depuis une cage (dorée). Vraiment désagréable ! (d'où la note, malgré un bon équipement et un personnel très aimable) Par ailleurs petit déj décevant: jus de fruit chimique, bacon grillé en vrac avec des tranches mal séparées. Environnement excentré: il y a encore du travail côté mairie pour faire oublier le quartier industriel. Rooftop sympa.
- David (6/5): Très bruyant !!!! - Malgré ma demande de réserver une chambre au calme, quelle surprise dès le matin 6h les camions de livraison, et le soir le bar d à côté qui ferme a 2h . La clientèle de sortie de nuit qui hurle , crie dans tout le quartier . Séjour professionnel qui devait se renouveler tous les mois , ça sera dans un autre établissement !
- George (6/5): - Nice hotel as you would expect with a new hotel. Staff in general were helpful and polite. The big downside for me was the bars. The quieter downstairs bar seem to close at 10.30pm on the days it did open and the 5th floor rooftop bar which is a lovely venue wasnt a 4 star hotel bar per se. In the middle of a student area i would guess and that was very obvious by the clientele and the loud hip music. Nothing wrong that with that at all, but not what i was after when paying €350 per night. Saw alot of hotel residents turn on their heels and leave on entering. The young bar staff were efficient and polite, but seemed like all their mates were there too! Could learn alot from their sister hotels rooftop bar in Nice, which is a vastly better experience

Certes il y a eu une soirée pour le 31 décembre jusqu’à 4 h du matin mais l’installation de cette soirée a été faite dans la nuit du 30 décembre et les bruits d’installation nous on empêché de dormir malgré nos chambres au troisième étage ! Pas concevable pour un hôtel de ce standing de ne pas pouvoir être au calme et de ne pas faire des travaux d’isolation.
- Thomas (10/5): Alle pengene værd. - Det er som at komme hjem når du kommer til et Radisson hotel. Alt er som forventet, rent og pænt. Værelset var kæmpestort, og morgenmad var som forventet fantastisk, med en utrolig udsigt fra restauranten. Sengene var noget af de bedste vi har haft længe.

- Anais (8/5): Reposant week-end, salle de sport Spa chambre sup - Tout était parfait. Un malentendu sur l'heure du check out, un membre de l'accueil, nous avait dit 12h et au final à 10h55, quelqu'un tape à la chambre pour la quitter rapidement, c'est apparemment 11h. Le spa parfait, mais il faut se renseigner sur le tarif su spa avant le séjour. Car il est compris dès la sélection en chambre supérieur, cependant il serait offert qu'une fois par séjour. La gérante du spa nous a donc fait un geste gracieux sur le 2e jour pour aller au spa. Tout est propre, la chambre nettoyée avec soin. Des dosettes de café sont offertes en chambre. Un vrai plaisir. Cela fait 3 fois que nous y allons et c'est vraiment plaisant. Une belle salle de sport est à notre disposition. L'accueil de l'hôtel et du Spa est très aimable

- Carine (10/5): - L espace et la propreté dans la chambre , la réception magnifique et les chartrons à proximité , j ai moins aimé le parking payant , aberrant! Et le fait que nous ne puissions pas ouvrir les fenêtres dans la chambre … sinon bravo pour la salle de bain … splendide ! Propre … le petit déjeuner était parfait … et les coktails sans alcool sur la terrasse panoramique .. super !
- Alexandra (10/5): - Un très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel bien situé au bord du bassin à flots. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, literie de très bonne qualité. Le spa est aussi un bon établissement Sothys.
- Diane (4/5): - Je crois que le gérant ne sait pas ce qui se passe ou s’en fout. Notre GPS (fourni par la Peugeot louée) n’a jamais réussi à localiser l’hôtel. Le bar du 5e étage est ouvert mais sans employé! Le restaurant du 1er étage ouvre à 19h30 mais la porte est barrée. D’après l’employé à la réception, si je passe par le bar au RDC, j’aurai une meilleure table (!???!). On doit toujours passer par le bar au RDC pour demander l’accès à notre réservation même si rien n’est mentionné à la porte Barrée (les 2 soirs). Pour le diner, avec une réservation à 19h30: - porte barrée; - j’ai reçu mon plat principal à 20h25 et mon dessert à 21h15 (je crois qu’on est arrivés avant le chef!). À la fin du séjour, 2 courriels demandant le « Check-out » en ligne ne fonctionnent pas. D’après le 2e courriel, les factures chargées à la chambre apparaissaient dans le 1er courriel. Ce qui est complètement faux. L’App du Radisson qu’on nous demande d’installer dans le 1er courriel ne fonctionne pas non plus. D’après l’employé à la réception, ces courriels ne devaient être opérationnels seulement durant le Covid à condition de ne pas avoir de charges sur la chambre. QUELLE PERTE DE TEMPS!!! Est-ce que quelqu’un sait ce qui se passe chez RADISSON??? Quant à moi, c’est terminé!

- Verified traveler (8/5): Superbe ! - La cuisine est excellente ! Le service en chambre parfait ! Par contre le ménage est à revoir (pas de réapprovisionnement des produits dans la salle de bain). La chambre communicante c’est moyen et pas très bien isolée.
- Marjorie (10/5): - We loved the location, access to the tram, the view, the spacious bedroom and bathroom and separate toilet. We used the coffee machine and fridge daily. We enjoyed the amenities. We extended our stay because we enjoyed Bordeaux so much and we were so comfortable at the hotel. Aurelio was extremely helpful during checkin, when dealing with consecutive bookings in different names and when extending our stay. He went above and beyond so that we didn’t have to change rooms.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Room was nice and clean. Gym was well equipped. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Fridge was rubbish didnt really get anything cold enough. Air con was good enough but could do with being lower than 19c.

- Stephen (6/5): - We only stayed one night in a superior room, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work, the window did not open and it was like a sauna, so we had to sleep with the room door open to get some air at times. There was also a terrible smell coming from the drains in the bathroom. Apart from that the hotel is ideally situated for amenities and trams to get into the centre of town.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Very bed experience - The hotel room is clean and cozy, but the parking lot is very misleading and dangerous. My car was scratched by a strange metal thing on a pillar where the arrow on the ground lead me to before checking in (There are several car fragments on the ground showing that there have already been some accidents, but there is still not any sign or warning). Then the hotel management people told me the arrow direction on the ground is wrong, I should not follow it and drive from the only way out since it is a pedestrian zone??? An unbelievable and disappointed experience for my first vacation after Covid-19 in a 4 star hotel ever!!!
