• Cristina (8/5): A great base and super friendly staff! - Good location for a base when visiting the Lakes. Good size and clean. Super friendly staff! The car park is very small and is tricky to get in to when busy, but appreciated that it was free for guests.
• Catherine (7/5): Nice enough but overpriced. - Really good central location. Modern, fresh decor, nice bathroom. I booked a double room a while before travel, priced at £150 for the night. Then a week before, I got an email inviting me to "upgrade" to a room with a private bathroom for an extra £30. Horrified that we evidently nearly had a shared bathroom, I paid the extra. After we had checked out, I had to go in search of a Receptionist to give us access to the room where we had stored our luggage. I visited every floor of the hotel and to my surprise, every floor, every room, is identical. All the rooms have ensuite bathrooms anyway. I feel a bit ripped off.

Great communication from the hotel so I could collect my access card when arriving during the Bank Holiday. Really friendly and helpful staff member on reception during my stay. The only thing I would have liked was my company name and address on the emailed receipt (didn't notice until home). Can't think of anything else.
