• Gemma (1/5): It was too unsafe to stay there, dangerous area for tourists - There was not enough warning about the dangerous location of this hotel for tourists. It is positioned in the middle of one of the most scary, dangerous neighbourhoods Ihave ever been witness to, where not a couple, but large groups of people are using hard drugs openly in the street. It was like a zombie film. Discarded dirty needles were all over the floor outside the hotel. Rubbish lines the streets. A man was smoking a crackpipe on the pavement by the entrance. The area has signs declaring it a no-weapon zone, the police are said to avoid the area. There are multiple muggings according to our taxi driver, who has lived in Frankfurt for many years. We didnt even get out of the taxi and had to go and pay for another hotel in a safer district. The reason for the high number of addicts is due to a local medical centre that supplies drugs in a safe space. It was heartbreaking, and scary. I felt incredibly unsafe.

• MihaelaSBM (2/5): Very dissapointed - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would not recommend it. Firstly, the information provided online is misleading or incomplete. The hotel does not offer many basic amenities you would normally expect: no minibar, no slippers, no bathrobes, no body lotion, no coffee or tea facilities, and not even a phone in the room. These are essential details that should be clearly stated before booking. When I asked at reception about basic items, I was told they are not available because this is a “business hotel,” which I found dismissive and unprofessional. I have stayed in over 200 hotels, and as an IHG One Rewards member, I am very familiar with hotel standards—this explanation is not something I have encountered before. Due to this misinformation, I had to go out and purchase basic necessities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste myself, which is unacceptable. Another issue worth mentioning is the pricing: I was charged €5 for a can of Fanta, which is excessive, especially considering there is no minibar and none of the usual in-room conveniences. The most serious problem, however, was the complete lack of respect for privacy. I was granted a late check-out until 14:00 and clearly communicated that I did not want to be disturbed, including placing a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Since there is no phone in the room, I even went downstairs to inform reception personally. Despite this, at 12:30, someone knocked and then entered my room without permission, waking me up for the second time. This is a serious breach of privacy and completely unacceptable. Because of this, I checked out early at 12:45, extremely frustrated. When I reported the issue, I was told the staff member was new, but she was not alone at reception and could have asked for help instead of giving incorrect and unjustified information. Although the hotel later apologize, this does not make up for the overall poor experience. I will not return.

• Michael (8/5): Modernes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe - Für die Lage des Hotels in der wenig attraktiven Niddastraße kann das Hotel nichts. Aber ist man erstmal drin, fühlt man sich wohl. Die Zimmer sind modern und ausreichend groß, das Frühstück ist ansprechend und abends bekommt man im Shop an der Rezeption auch noch etwas zum Trinken.

Aber die Rezeption war nicht im Stande , mir eine Rechnung auszustellen. Das ginge erst am gebuchten, nicht am tatsächlichen Abreisetag . Das Versprechen, mir per email die Rechnung zuzuschicken, wurde nicht erfüllt, so dass ich bis heute keine Rechnung habe.
• Charalambos (9/5): It was very good stay and we had absolutely no complaints. - We didnt really use the hotel. Extremely convenient to the station, breakfast was fabulous, quiet. The bathroom shelves should be bigger either width ways or length way and should d be more conveniently placed ie closer to the sink. As a lady I like to be able to lay out and see my things. My husband also found this a little difficult. Only mention this to bear it in mind with other hotels. Regards the TV would have loved some english speaking films. English news was great off course. A touch more space in the bedrooms.

• Nicole (9/5): - Zentral, ruhiges Zimmer, alles war sauber und funktional, gutes Frühstück Es wäre schön, wenn man auch schon vor 14 Uhr einchecken könnte, wenn das Zimmer fertig ist. Leider wird dort prinzipiell erst ab 14 Uhr der Zugang ermöglicht und es wird nicht nachgeschaut, ob man vielleicht schon eher aufs Zimmer kann.

• Markus (9/5): Gutes Hotel in Bahnhofsnähe - Das Hotel ist fußläufig zum Hauptbahnhof gelegen. Der Check-in war superschnell und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, besonders das Badezimmer hat einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Außerdem ist das Hotel von vielen Bars, Restaurants und Shops umgeben, sodass man alles bequem erreichen kann. Leider ist die Umgebung des Bahnhofs nicht besonders einladend. Vor allem abends wirkt die Gegend teilweise laut und etwas unsicher. Das liegt jedoch eher an der Lage als am Hotel selbst.

• Tanja (9/5): Tolles Hotel 👍 - Sehr gepflegtes Hotel, mit ruhigem Ambiente und sehr bequemen Betten. Die Lage des Hotels im Bereich des Hauptbahnhofes bringt es leider mit sich, dass es rund um das Hotel auf den öffentlichen Wegen sehr schmutzig ist.

• CMD (8/5): - Algemene uiterlijk en onze kamer waren top. De locatie viel tegen helaas. Enorm veel junkies rondom het hotel en 's nachts enorm veel last gehad van harde muziek van nabijgelegen clubs.

Man kennt es und kann damit umgehen. Das Umfeld hat keinerlei Einfluss auf die Aufenthaltsqualität im Hotel.

• Regina (7/5): Party Lokation - Sauber und ordentlich. Freundliches Personal In der Nachbarschaft gibt es einen Techno Club. Erst gegen Morgen wurde es ruhiger. Trotz geschlossenem Fenster war das Gewummer und lärmende Gäste auf der Straße zu hören.

Nur für Hartgesottene oder Pfennigfuchser geeignet, die keine Angst vor obskuren Gestalten, offenem Drogenkonsum und Pissegestank haben. Touristen, die ihre Reise genießen wollen, Frauen und Familien kann vom Besuch der Gegend nur abgeraten werden

• Fedor (2/5): Blijf weg uit deze buurt - De kamers waren proper en voldoende. De buurt is verschrikkelijk slecht. Overal drugsverslaafden. Je ziet ze overal drugs doen waar je bij staat en lopen er als zombies rond. Blijf hier weg. Bij aankomst vroegen we voor de parking. Die was vol... De man achter de balie had 0 kennis hoe hij de parking moest beheren. Er was een functie om de plaatsen naar boven of onder te navigeren. Ik moest genoodzaakt mijn auto op de weg zetten. Hier hebben ze dan ook tegen aangereden.

• Wagner (8/5): Muito bom. Recomendamos com certeza!!! - Próximo a Estação Central, muito limpo, ar condicionado funcionando bem, banheiro bom. Atendeu perfeitamente o que precisavamos. O café da manhã é muito bom, bem variado. Funcionários e equipe muito atenciosa. A localização para quem está com malas é muito boa. Só precisa tomar cuidado com a segurança nas imediações da Estação Central de Frankfurt.

Need to ask reception to reduce temperature which is not ideal. Location is uncomfortable. Do not turn left when leaving hotel. 1 whole street of homeless people, open drug dealing and using in public. We felt safe but it was sad and uncomfortable to see

STANDORT VOM HOTEL!!! es liegt gerade neben dem bahnhof und in strassen wo sich alle junkies befinden. In der strasse wo das hotel ist sind ca 20-30 junkies täglich und schlafen dort oder dealen sich dort voll. Man dachte wir wären in einer Apokalypse...

• Verena (5/5): Nah am Bahnhof aber keine gute Gegend - Das Personal war freundlich. Das Zimmer sauber und das Bett komfortabel (die Matratze war eher hart). Das Frühstück war ausreichend und man konnte draussen auf der Dachterasse sitzen. Die Lage ist natürlich praktisch, da das Hotel sehr nahe am Bahnhof liegt. Allerdings ist die Strasse in einer schlechten Gegend. Ich bin spät abends angekommen und ich habe mich sehr unwohl gefühlt. Es war die ganzen Nacht durch sehr laut. Ständig kamen und gingen Gäste, die Türen zuknallen liessen und sich laut auf dem Flur unterhielten. Mein Zimmer ging in einen kleinen Innenhof, in dem sich Leute nachts zum Rauchen trafen, was auch sehr störend war.

Close to center, room was really nice and comfortable LOCATION MY GOD; After all this is not really hotel fault but be carefull because hotel at fisrt look a bit further from train station but then its right next to street with all d++rug addi+cted people and we were so scared sometimes that at night ( even that it was 10 minutes walk from bar where we were) we decided to take a taxi because we were too much terrified to come back to this place

• binchen (10/5): Gerne wieder☺️ - Die Nähe zur Stadt, das freundliche Personal, der dazu gehörige Parkplatz( für 20 euro). Tolles Zimmer, bequeme Betten ☺️ Da wir wussten was uns erwartet,waren wir von dem drumherum nicht erschrocken ( Drogen ect)
