• EZIO (9/5): - La struttura non utilizza chiavi tradizionali ma un link ad un sito che può essere utilizzato da tutte le persone che usufruiscono dell'appartamento, è risultato essere un sistema eccellente! Al check-in era presente Edoardo che è stato molto gentile ed esauriente nello spiegare tutte le caratteristiche, oltre al fatto che ci ha aspettato perché il taxi era in ritardo. L'appartamento è nuovo ed ha la cucina attrezzata (da noi non utilizzata). La struttura si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metro Plaza Castilla, comodissimo per andare in centro. L'unica cosa che si poteva migliorare era la fornitura di shampoo e saponi da bagno che sono risultati insufficienti per il nostro gruppo di 5 persone, a parte questo piccolo particolare, tutto bene.
• Perrigot (6/5): Good and bad with this property. - Great location. We were able to walk from the train station to it very easily. We didn’t have hot water to take showers. Had to warm up water in kitchen sink and take sponge bath. This was very disappointing, particularly since this was the highest we paid for a property throughout Portugal and Spain.

• Fernando Javier (10/5): Excelente - La ubicación es inmejorable en todo el Paseo de la Castellana, al lado de las Torres. Era espacioso y grande. 2 habitaciones muy bonitas, con un baño y un salón enormes y una cocina muy bonita. El trato fue excelente por parte del personal del apartamento con un servicio de desayuno muy bueno! Sin duda volveré a alojarme cuando vuelva a la ciudad!

• Ernesto (7/5): Apartamento correcto bien ubicado - Está bien ubicado para zona norte de Madrid y muy cerca del metro Plaza Castilla y tren Chamartin. El apartamento es grande y luminoso. Encontré una sábana sucia (puede ocurrir) y la reacción del personal no fue la más correcta. La cocina olía un poco a tubería.
• Bethany (9/5): We appreciated the short notice accommodation and would recommend this property. - It fit all 6 of us for a very last-minute stay. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Even though it was late, the host was extremely responsive and patient with my questions. The mattresses were not comfortable, but the couch was great according to our kids.

Cómodo y bien equipado con una terraza acogedora. Facilidad para poder entrar a través de código y los anfitriones muy amables y rápidos en la comunicación.
• Basso Queiroz Hairabetian (7/5): Apartamento com potencial, mas também com ressalvas - A localização é muito boa. O apartamento é bem espaçoso. O banheiro é excelente, muito amplo. Muito bem conectado com meios de transporte e com muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias, etc. Próximo à Mercadona. Se seu vôo chegar mais cedo, lamento mas terá que aguardar até às 16h. Não houve acordo para entrada antecipada, porém pudemos deixar as malas no apartamento e voltar às 16h para entrar. O apartamento está um pouco mal cuidado, móveis descascando, coisas quebradas, ar condicionado estava com defeito e a água quente do chuveiro acaba, após um tempo de uso. Não ligue secador de cabelo e máquina de lavar roupa ao mesmo tempo, pois derruba a energia. Tampouco tomem banho com a máquina de roupa ligada, porque seu banho será gelado. As camas muito pequenas e esse foi o ponto negativo que mais me incomodou, porque dormimos muito mal.
• carlos (8/5): Piso muy bien ubicado y cómodo - La ubicación, al lado del metro y autobuses. Y muchos sitios alrededor, donde comer. Y nos encantó la facilidad de entrada y salida del piso, a través de un enlace móvil, super rápido. Un piso sin lujos, pero con lo necesario, y cómodo. Tuvimos un pequeño contratiempo con el aire acondicionado el primer día. Pero se lo dijimos a los responsables y al día siguiente, aún siendo domingo, teníamos a un operario en el piso que nos lo arregló. Así que genial!

• Mariana (7/5): Muy bien - El departamento estaba muy completo y limpio. A 10 minutos andando de la estación de Chamartin. Si piensas quedarte un par de días esta bien. Los precios en Madrid están DISPARADOS y desde el metro de Plaza de Castilla se llega perfectamente a todos los sitios, así que muy bien. Tiene aire acondicionado en una habitación y el otro aire está en el salón. Es decir, esa habitación si quiere aire debe dormir con la puerta abierta. Este segundo aire pierde agua por lo que el goteo puede ser molesto.

• G (8/5): Good for exploring Madrid but do not forget to keep your smartphone charged. - Good location near Metro and food shops. Spacious flat with a good bathroom Dining table and chairs were old and unstable. One kitchen light had failed. Impossible to open the apartment block entrance door unless you have a smart phone with mobile data enabled as no Wi-Fi available at main entrance. You need Wi-Fi to open electronic lock on apartment door. This was not made clear at the time of booking

• Ana (1/5): Horrible experience! NO WATER. NO COMMUNICATION. NO SOLUTIONS. - Nothing. They are a true example of lack of responsibility towards the client. This was the worst stay ever. The property DID NOT HAVE RUNNING WATER. Also no Wifi. When communicating the issues, they did not offer a solution. They kept us waiting for somebody to come and fix the problem, but they kept ignoring us. We had to buy water for basic personal hygiene the entire stay. The building door and apartment door opens through an app, but with no Wifi, somebody had to stay in the apartment to open the door manually, so basically we we stuck in an apartment with no water and no liberties. Also, the building is going through MAJOR renovations, there were workers IN THE BEDROOM WINDOW from 8am, horrible constant noise. I have asked the admin for an 'Hoja de Reclamaciones' to get a compensation, for basically not delivering basic services, and till this day, they are still ignoring my petition. In short, please AVOID this place. They are horrible hosts, horrible communication, they don't provide solutions to problems. And horrible follow-up service.

• Ioan-sorin (9/5): Superb - The location of the accommodation with very god conexions with metro and buses, constant and excellent dialogue with the administrators, the possibility of an earlier check-in, the large and well-equipped bathroom and chicken. A clothes hanger at the entrance to the house would be beneficial. The placement of scaffolding for the renovation of the facade of the block, but this is a temporary inconvenience, not attributable to the hosts.

The - The location There is no WiFi and the bathroom windows doesn’t open and there is no ventilation The kitchen is nice but there is coffee machine as described in Booking. Many equipments for the kitchen are missing
• Anna (7/5): Good - Good Location No WiFi ( Broken) I was travelling for work, so I had to spend extra money for spots with WiFi. The host didn't inform me about this issue. I can book a hot spot or change location if I know early.
• Andres (6/5): Great location but the AC do not work. No WiFi for 12 days - There was good communication with the staff. The location of the accommodation is great. No AC. When doing the search in booking.com, this accommodation passed the filter for AC. No internet for 12 out of 32 days.

• Nagihan (9/5): Comfortable and clean - I like the package full of necessary utensils like dish sponge, dish soap, detergant for machine-wash, garbage bag, dish towel , etc. which I found in the kitchen. It was very useful for us. And I also liked the movie posters in the bedroom :) They answered all my questions on time and did their best to made me feel at home! Thanks to Juan & John The location is far away from the attractions.
• Filippo (5/5): Location and apartment ok, service poor. - Location and apartment are ok. Customer service and communication is very poor. Until today (over a month past my stay) I have not received an invoice which I have requested three times by now. Several employees have replied at some point but never sent me the invoice. Moreover, I have been spammed with mostly irrelevant messages via WhatsApp. I've never given them or Booking.com consent to contact me via Whatsapp.
