- Yat Chor Basil (10/5): - The room was exactly as advertised in the photos. This was my second stay here at Royal Star, and it's a really good deal. For transport, I only called Didi, but I did see a subway station nearby that was literally just across the street which is convenient. Location is just around five minute drive to Tianhe and around 10 minutes to Pazhou to Canton Fair.

Están amoblados pero en la cocina no hay utensilios ni vajilla, sólo vasos y tazas; la cama y el cuarto son cómodos, pero como pasa en muchas partes de ese país, es difícil comunicarte en inglés.

- Nasir (5/5): Hotel Management is not supportive, very unprofessional attitude and response. - We requested them that we have one day earlier flight and we need to check out one day earlier but they clearly refused to return one day amount and the hotel management clearly said that they can not allow us to checkout one day early and if we will checkout early then they will not return our one day room rent. As our flight was decided to we checked out one day before without any refund.

- Thav (5/5): Near metro Tancun with nice view on the lake, but will have to share with cockroaches… - The bed!! I asked prior my arrival for a mattress that was not hard. I am glad they gave me one that was very comfy!! The view on the river was quite nice. You could even see the (tip of the) canton river if you stood right in front of the huge window. It’s nice on the photos but not so wow in reality. I saw cockroaches every single day!! In the bathroom (that was on the first floor near the entrance), in the kitchen area and in the living room. It was very depressing to be honest and I was very unhappy and sad every time I went back to the loft because of that. It made me so paranoid!! What if they had crawled their way up to the bedroom area upstairs? Luckily, I never found any there, even after a week when I left. I asked a staff member at the reception to send me someone to spray repellent or something less than 24 hours after my arrival, not sure if they did but the day after that, the cockroaches I saw all looked like they were dying. But the day after, they were vigorous again… :((

- Verified traveler (10/5): 너무너무 좋은 로얄 스타 아파트먼트 - 처음에 별기대 안했습니다만 모든면에서 별5개드립니다. 우산과 싱크대 ,익덕션,세탁기,빨래건조대 아주 세심한부분까지 신경쓴 느낌... 너무께끗하고 안내데스크 직원들도 상냥하고 택배도 잘받아주시고 아무튼 편한하게 잘 머물다 갑니다. 광저우 주강변에위치하여 밤에 산책 또는 조깅하기 너무좋아요~^^ 참고로 1층 일식집있는데 사장님외직원분도 너무 착하고 음식도 맛있었습니다. 강추드립니다.
- Ziya Aykut (6/5): Eh Feeling - Otherwise a nice property made us feel eh, simply because a) FD staff was very unengaging, b) the loft's upper decks had very low ceiling, c) we had 3 towel sets though the booking was for four, d) the room's air was filthy owing to possible former smokers, e) the bathroom was small, f) above all, it wasn't the value for that much money we paid, so not recommended highly..
- Don (10/5): - For $100 a night, 2 story, 2 big screen tv's, full kitchen (you need to ask for pots, pans and silverware), 2 air conditioners, washer/dryer (ask for soap packets), this place is incredible!!

- Mik (2/5): - Property is advertised as having a fitness center. But that’s a blatant lie as there is no fitness center. Disappointed with Expedia for not fact checking a property listed with their portal. It was all the more disappointing as I selected this room especially for the fitness center facilities which meant I had to be several miles further away from my exhibition location. Properties like this are causing me to loose trust in the Expedia system.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - 有電爐冇煲，失敗！到前堂問服務生攞煲都不願意處理，後來投訴就比了一個十分不清清潔的煲，用完後還要客人清潔乾淨，不然就要付¥50清潔費，對此本人十分不滿意！

- Verified traveler (10/5): - I have always wanted to try and stay in a loft and I have no regrets. The room is huge and spacious. I will definitely stay over at this place again when I bring my family along. The services are superb as well. I had a flight delayed from Chongqing to Guangzhou and ended up touching down past midnight. I had to cab from airport to this hotel. I was worried that there would be no one at the reception desk so I called the hotel as soon as I landed to ensure that there will be someone at the reception desk after 1:30am. Check-in and check-out was quick and in less than 5 minutes, the process was completed.
