• Carlos (10/5): - Excelente departamento, muy limpio, moderno y tal como se veía en las fotos. La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de todo y en un sector agradable y seguro. Las habitaciones son cómodas y los 3 baños ayudan muchísimo cuando uno viaja en grupo o en familia, hace todo mucho más práctico. Muy conforme con la estadía, totalmente recomendable. Todo bien

• Simoni (9/5): Bem localizado! - A localização é excelente, tem tudo perto e dá para fazer vários passeios a pé. O apartamento é bem equipado. Caso queira limpeza diária, há custo de US$ 25, não tem amenities suficientes, foi solicitado, porém só disponibilizaram papel higiênico.

• Catriona (5/5): Great location and fantastic staff- shame about the facilities in the apartment. - The location was excellent. The staff were excellent- always helpful and friendly. They really were the best thing about the place. We can not thank them enough for all they did. We found the facilities in the apartment disappointing. The washing machine did not work initially as the filter was blocked. An instruction book for use would have helped as we could not get the machine to work at all. We ended up having to take our washing to the laundromat which was frustrating as the main reason we booked these apartments was because it said they had a washer and dryer. The kitchen had no tea towel or dish cloth. There were no spare rubbish bags. It would have nice to have just some tea and coffee sachets. The TV remote did not work as the battery was so old it had leaked battery acid. Although there were two standing fans they were not enough at night - the apartment really needed aircon.

• sacedoa (8/5): Ruidoso. - Ubicación y limpieza. Muy bien situado tanto para acceder al centro y a Barranco, y por supuesto a Miraflores. Ruidoso y caluroso. Situado en una calle con mucho tráfico que empieza a utilizar el claxon a las seis de la mañana. Sólo cuenta con un ventilador para paliar el calor de Lima.

• Silvia (6/5): - La ubicación es muy céntrico tienes todo cerca, supermercados, restaurantes bares y a 20 minutos caminando puedes llegar a la playa. No tiene aire acondicionado en verano es un horno imposible dormir sin las ventanas abiertas, 2 ventiladores de los cuales solo 1 funciona el otro parece estar roto. No había elementos básicos como jabón líquido en los baños y cocina ( cuando llegas a casa lo primero que quieres es lavarte la mano). Un poco de amabilidad con las cosas básicas siempre te suman. 1 rollo de papel higiénico para 5 noches esto me parece ridículo. En la hervidora de agua había muchas hormigas, un asco usarlo. Una cocina con solo 2 hornillas me parece muy poco para una familia. No hay televisor en la sala la cual me pareció muy raro.

O banheiro da suíte Master estava com vazamento. Sempre que tomava banho, o banheiro ficV todo molhado. Não tinha como esticar a toalha, por conta disso a toalha ficava sempre úmida. E apesar de falar que tinha shampoo e sabonete só havia um saquinho de cada um para o casal para usar durante 3 dias. Tivemos que comprar.

• Talent (5/5): Poor to Fair - The location of the apartment is wonderful. The front desk did not have our check in information. We had to call the host who then called the front desk to provide him with the information. The took over 20 minutes. Furthermore, the front desk did not know the apartment's address when he confronted us that we were in the wrong location. He was also more interested in watching his futbol game. When the windows/patio doors are opened (which must be opened in order to cool the apartment) the outside noise is intolerable despite the apartment being on the 9th floor. Alot of the bathroom fixtures such as the towel racks, toilet paper holders were loose. Only provided 3 small samples of body wash. No hand soaps. No extra toilet paper. No extra plastic trash bags. We had to purchase our own body wash and left the remaining bottle for the next guest.

Even though we were on the 7th floor we could hear the traffic below as if we were on the first floor. The beds were also very hard.

• Guillermo (9/5): Superb - Excellent location, many restaurants around: Manolo, La Paz, Haiti, La Tranquera, Tiendesita Blanca, etc. The doorman was very nice and helpful. Excellent internet. Nice Sumsung washer/dryer. Overall, this accommodation was good! The front door lock was stiff and difficult to open. The apartment needs more furniture, only had  one small sofa. No soap dish in the shower, no toaster. Price a little high: family of 4= $110 US a day.

It looked like it “built up” from an extra space. Very small bedroom, no bathroom, no closet. The bulb light in the big bedroom needs to be replaced.

The owner offers me to hold my luggage for free after 12 pm checkout The room doors, toilets etc have locks from inside but no keys to open from outside. Owner had to call locksmith to free my 3 year old daughter who locked herself. We need to have keys to the every door in the room. The room had lot of ants, the towels were over used, we were short of paper towels, toilet papers, no body wash or shampoo. Overall average stay

• Prm7 (4/5): Disgusting place. Inhospitable hosts. - We had informed the host that we were going to arrive pretty late in the night from an international destination. When we reached the apartment, the host hadn't even bothered to provide a bottle of drinking water for us. One cannot drink tap water in Peru and we were unable to find any drinking water that late in the night. Even the building concierge could not help us! The apartment floors were also mucky. We didn't want to wear our shoes to dirty it further, but our feet became dirty very quickly. Decided to go for a shower to clean up, but quickly realized that there was water leaking through the walls of the shower and into the bedroom! No extra towels were provided to us and we had to spend the night mopping the floors. There was a hand soap dish in the washroom but no hand soap was provided! There was a washing machine but no washing powder! All these things barely cost any money, but they do make life easier for the guests. When we contacted the host the next day about these issues, they didn't seem very bothered. They said we are just supposed to use the shower gel for our hands(we had already used the given tiny packet of shower gel). No soaps/towels arrived that day and we had to wait another day for replacements to arrive. Even when they did, the lady did not agree to provide us with extra towels. She collected the old ones and provided exact replacements. Horrible horrible experience of hospitality during our first stay in Peru. This place is only good for the location, everything else is a nightmare.

• Gabe (4/5): - The weather in Lima was too hot and there was no A/C and the worst thing was there were no curtains on living room area that bothered the privacy of the family. And the property don't wanted to change the towels for 3 days we have stayed unless we pay for it. I have traveled many times to Lima and have stayed different apartments but this one was the worst. When I call to the property manager about the issues she wasn't that polite to resolve the problem. Wouldn't recommended to anyone.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - We liked the location and rooms at this hotel so much that when we were returning to Lima after our full three week trip, we decided to book with them again. The "apartments" are beautifully decorated, sparkling clean and the beds were so comfortable! It is also conveniently located close to Park Kennedy and several restaurants/cafes.
