• Ivana (10/5): We would like to visit the apartments again! - We had some troubles with vehicle - frozen diesel, and the owner of the place was very helpful, gave us extension cord for battery charger.

• Tobias (9/5): Großes Appartment - Lage sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig. Check-in im Haupthaus hat gut geklappt, sehr freundliche Rezeption. Appartment war sehr geräumig.

• mupheen (8/5): it's okay, you'll anyway just sleep over and for that is is awesome. and you are close to dolomites - - clean, well equipped, comfy furniture - kitchen had the basics, but dont expect your home type of equipment and variety - good location - restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, everything close by - close to nature wonders - i guess thats the reason anyone comes here - reasonably priced ( for dolomites ) - parking right at the entrance - it already gives you that early 90ties posh feel, i guess time to refurb isnt far away - still a non issue, it's just isnt modern. It also has a lift, so i assume it's also aiming at older tourists/visitors. - we were there in june, i guess off season, so the downstair restaurant (or what it is ) was closed same as reception ( you have to walk to a complete other location to both pick up and return the keys - and it was a fancy hotel reception and it leaves you with that "second class citizen" vibe
• Barbara (9/5): Bardzo dobra miejscówka wypadowa do okolicznych atrakcji. POLECAM! - Czysty, klimatyczny apartament w samym centrum miejscowości. Bliziutko do sklepu, piekarni, kościoła :), Restauracja z kawiarnią na parterze budynku. W części kuchennej brakowało płynu i myjki do naczyń. Przydałyby się też worki na śmieci.

LE chiavi si ritirano presso l'Hotel Mirabell Dolomites Hotel, sempre a Valdaora. Il check in nello stesso hotel. MA c'è stata totale mancanza di attenzione al cliente. Non ci è stato spiegato come accedere alla struttura, come poter usufruire del parcheggio, le facilities, etc etc. Faccio presente che il MIrabell è un hotel 5 stelle, e gestisce in questo modo le strutture affiliate. Se faccio check in da voi, siete voi a dovermi spiegare il tutto, e non la povera signora della pasticceria collegata al Residence. Grossa perdita di stile e professionalità!

• Kathrin (7/5): - Tolle Lage mitten im Ort. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Balkon Vorab zwei mal Phisingnachrichten über Bookingnachrichten bekommen aber keinerlei proaktive Info dazu vom Hotel obwohl es wohl bekannt war und auch von uns an Booking gemeldet wurde. Zudem ab Buchung sehr viel Werbung statt Nachrichten zur Buchung. Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und alles mit Teppich - aber das ist in den Bildern auch vorher zu erkennen. In der Küche fehlte uns Spülmittel und Spülschwamm - hätten wir aber vermutlich bekommen wenn wir mal nachgefragt hätten.
• Alexandru (9/5): Very nice rooms and helpful staff - The room was very spacious, with the largest wardrobe and drawer space that I saw in a hotel. The kitchen was in a separate room and had all the basic amenities, though a bit dated. However, everything was clean and fully functional. The bathroom was also spacious and well equipped. The balcony was superb, with views towards the town square, where one evening there was a concert. This offered top views of the performance. Parking was free and good amount of places, never hand an issue with not finding a spot. I disliked the number of promotional messages that I received from the property management with commercials about special offers through the Booking.com messenger. I use the messenger to communicate with the host, not to receive promotions. Also, I received two spam messages asking me to provide card details so that the reservation won't be cancelled before my stay. This is understandably not their issue, and their helpline cleared out the uncertainty relating to the messages, but the messages were very well written and seemed official.

The area around the hotel was very cute and walkable, the neighborhood has a few nice restaurants but theres also other neighborhoods that are a 5 min drive away that also has great restaurants.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Amazing place in Dolomites - Amazing place! Check-in was in 5 star hotel and lovely personel treats you with all kindness, even if obviously you stay in cheaper place. I know, it should be normal but believe me, it is not everywhere like that. The room was huge, in perfect location. With parking space and dog friendly ♥️ The view from the window was very nice :) ...

We arrived after dark and even though the residence was not far from the Hotel Mirabell where we picked up the key, the map we were provided with was not helpful with finding the residence. May I suggest the Mirabell using the map that the Information Center uses.

• Victoria (6/5): It was fine. Suited what we needed. - Good location. Free parking outside. Bakery downstairs was nice You could hear all the other guests. Decor was dated, view was obstructed by trees, couldn’t really see the mountains. Had to wash any crockery before we used it, thankfully we’d bought a lot of our own. We had very wet socks/clothes from the snow, weren’t able to turn the heating on to dry them.

• Michael (8/5): Guter Ausgangspunkt für in die Dolomiten - Das Apartment war sauber und funktionell. Die Küche zwar klein aber fein und mit Kühlschrank. Besteck, Geschirr und Gläser ausreichend vorhanden. Wir vermissten aber einen Spülschwamm und Spüli. Die Ausstattung (dunkles Holz) ist zwar etwas altbacken, aber gepflegt und ehemals bestimmt sehr hochwertig gewesen. In der Umgebung sind mindestens zwei kleinere Supermärkte die zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar sind und gute Auswahl haben sowie nicht überteuert sind.

• Hanna (9/5): Everything without any problem and as described on booking.com - Perfect location, very quiet place, helpful and friendly staff (my kids even got a sweet snack for our long way home🙂). Everything was perfect, I wouldn’t change anything🙂
• Valentina (9/5): Great - the residence is located in the main square of Valdaora, right in the place where you can see the “palo della cuccagna” upon which they climb up during a festival between august and September. Plus you got a pastry bar just downstairs, perfect if you choose to start the day with a cappuccino some furniture (like the kitchenette and the bathroom) are quite dated but well working.
