• Lizzie (8/5): Lovely and great location ! - Very comfortable, big spacious rooms, with cosy lighting and a large bed. Also really lovely owners. We accidentally left our shampoo and conditioner and the owner offered to send it on the next bus to El Calafate (where we headed next!). Though we didn’t accept, this was such a nice offer and above and beyond!

• Hisako (6/5): １０年後また泊まってみたい - 時間外の朝食リクエストを快く引き受けてくれたCLAUDIAに感謝。 客室は温もりのある造りで照明が暗く、1日遊んだあとゆっくり寝ることができる。 バスターミナルから近い。 WiFiの調子は良かった。 お湯の温度が低く、すぐ冷たい水になってしまう。せっかく浴槽があるのに、寒くて入浴できない。 客室は寝るだけの造りなので、共有スペースを充実させて欲しい。例えば、リビングに長いソファー、ダイニングに電子レンジなど。天候や状況次第で仕事や調べ物、リラックスして読書をしたいときもある。また、買ってきた軽食を温めて食べたい時もある。

• Dominique (10/5): Perfect place to stay in El Chalten - Absolutely loved this place! Breakfast was great, there was a fruit bowl every morning for every guest (not normal in Argentina). The owner is incredible friendly and there are always there if you need anything. Beds are super comfortable as well and as it is in a side street it is nice and quiet. Nothing, would always go again
• Seroye (10/5): - 평점이 매우 좋은 이유가 있었네요. 다른 후기와 같이 호스트가 엄청 친절하십니다. 지도 주시면서 묵으면서 필요한 부분들(렌탈샵, 슈퍼마켓 등등) 다 알려주셨어요. 스페인어 못하지만 소통 큰 문제 없었고요. 침대도 엄청 편안하고 화장실 침구류 등등 깨끗하고 딱히 흠잡을 게 없었네요. 저희 편의도 잘 봐주셨고, 분위기가 편안했는데 저희 일정이 촉박하여 1박밖에 못하고 아침식사도 먹지 못해 아쉬웠습니다. 위치가 트래킹 입구에서 약간 거리가 있긴한데, 마을이 작아서 전혀 문제되지 않아요. 가격이 다소 비싸보일 수 있지만 이주변 가격대가 원래 많이 높더라고요ㅠ 그거 생각하면 가성비 있는 편인 것 같아요. 없었어요.

La chambre et la salle de bain étaient très propres et le lit confortable. L’hôtel est très bien situé : en plein centre , pas loin de la station d’autobus, proche des restaurants et des départs des randonnées.

Claudia took time to explain the different hiking routes etc. Checked in with me in the morning to ask how my day had been and what I was up to even if I didn't speak much Spanish and she not much English. Really great towels and a pretty big double room. For me breakfast was not that exiting but the same type of breakfast as every where else in Argentina, so just fine anyway.

• Ashley (10/5): Really nice stay and great location. - Hot showers and great location. Room was quiet and host is sweet and extremely helpful and warm! We used a dark blanket from the bed to hangover the window since the curtains didn’t block out light very well. Blanket worked great though.

Foram muito receptivos e atenciosos durante toda a hospedagem. Nos explicaram sobre as trilhas, deram mapa, foram maravihosos. Café da manhã muito gostoso. Amei! Super recomendo. de ter que vir embora.

• Stephen (9/5): Excellent - Lovely big room. Everything is new and everything works. Comfortable bed, amazing shower, mini fridge and nice touches with lighting. Great location. Quiet at night WiFi is a bit slow but always works, which is good for Chaltén. Above average breakfast, with proper bread, eggs, cheese and ham etc. Just missing oatmeal or something other than sugary kids' cereal. Claudia is super nice and helpful. Helped me store my luggage for 3 days while I went hiking, despite me not coming back there afterwards (if only... it was full) Curtain is white and quite thin so it doesn't really block much light.

• Amanda (10/5): Clean - Claudia and her husband were very friendly and accommodating. Even though our Spanish was limited she gave us all the info we needed, provided maps and made sure we were well prepared for our hikes in El Chalten. The location was an easy 5min walk to the bus station and right next to an excellent and busy pizza restaurant. The room was clean and even well equipped with a mini fridge! We appreciated this a lot since we could have fresh cold fruits and drinks after returning from our hikes. They also provided wine glasses and a bottle opener. Above and beyond! The price was also very fair for the location, cleanliness, and amenities. The inn was very quiet - we met a few other guests at breakfast and in the hallways but overall most were like us trekking long days and enjoying a peaceful rest after dinner. Breakfast didn’t start til 7AM but that was standard across Patagonia. Perhaps it is an American thing to be more used to 6AM breakfast

The town is small and we could walk from the hotel to everywhere we needed to go The bathroom was a little tight but that’s splitting hairs a little

Es como Estar en casa, habitación amplia, cómoda, cama enorme y el baño perfecto. Sin lujos , pero con mucha calidez y el Buen descanso . Cada habitación tiene una mesa con vasos , pequeña heladera . • Las chicas son viajeras (10/5): Nuestra estancia en Confín Patagónico - La ubicación perfecta, está cerca de la estación de autobuses y de la calle donde están los cafés, restaurantes y tiendas. También está cerca del comienzo de los caminos, así que para los trekkings está muy bien. Claudia muy atenta. No hubo nada que no nos gustara, todo muy bien.

• Melissa (10/5): Comfortable and adequate accommodation for hikers and outdoor enthusiasts. - This hotel/inn was on our favorites during our one-month trip to South America. The noticeable difference was the customer service and the pride of ownership by Claudia and Jorge. From the moment we entered, we were given as much time to ask questions and get familiar with El Chalten and the surrounding hiking trails. Claudia was able to give us all the information about each trail as well as look up the current and expected weather forecasts so we can plan accordingly. Claudia assisted us with our luggage to the room, which was simple but got the job done. She showed us how to use the heater, safe, key locks, and any other questions about the room. The room was cleaned everyday and if there were anything we needed midday, they were able to accommodate. The breakfast was good, simple but yet complete. One morning, we wanted to leave a little earlier to start our hike so Claudia opened up breakfast for us early and fed us. She also made us a “boxed lunch” (at a very reasonable price) for the day’s hike so we didn’t have to worry about lunch. She recommended a few good eating places around town and they were all good choices. Overall, we highly recommend this place because of the cleanliness and customer service; they are very nice people that take pride in running a good Hotel/Inn and creating a memorable experience for visitors. Cleanliness: Outstanding. The room was clean, hotel was clean and well-kept. Fresh towels and linens and there was not any hint of dirtiness Customer Service: Outstanding. The staff always had a smile and very accommodating. It felt like they never had a bad day and always in a good mood. Food: Outstanding. Great variety and great tasting. Eggs, , toast, etc, were freshly made to order and complimentary. Value: Outstanding. For the price and what you get, it’s a great value. You feel like you’re at home, and in a relatively safe place to stay. No issues with staff, the room, or other guests. The hotel is outstanding. The weather in Patagonia can be unpredictable, and it rained/snowed on our hiking days. Nonetheless Claudia & Jorge made sure we could enjoy the area as much as possible.

They treat their guest as family, were kind to accommodate my husband’s gluten allergies, and help us book transportation/ walking sticks in the area. They have prompt communication. A jewel of a place, location was extremely convenient. Would definitely stay here again :)!

Claudia war sehr nett und hat uns die Wanderrouten gezeigt und empfohlen, wann welche Tour am besten vom Wetter zu machen ist. das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und es gab zum Teil selbst gemachten Kuchen und Obstsalat und frisches Rührei. die Zimmer waren leise, sehr gemütlich und super sauber. wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

• Fernando (10/5): No busquen más y quédense aquí, no encontrarán nada mejor. - Todo, desde la llegada en la que Claudia te explica todas las posibles excursiones, los mejores sitios para comprar, para cenar, hasta la limpieza de las habitaciones, el aseo y el desayuno, con tostadas, fruta, cereales, zumo de naranja natural y bizcochos. Excelente ubicación y muy buena relación calidad precio. Los dueños encantadores. Me ayudaron con un objeto de higiene personal, reservaron un local para cenar y un bus de traslado y pudimos alquilarles bastones de trekking a muy buen precio Repetiría sin duda. Nada, tuvimos suerte hasta con el tiempo!
