LE MAIRE (9/5): Génial ! - Très bel établissement avec une chambre toute neuve. Le jardin est magnifique ! Avec une vue incroyable ! On a adoré ! Il manque une machine à café et du café dans l’appartement. La chambre est un peu humide.

Pokoje czyste ale w niektorych przypadkach wymagaja mini napraw (szczegolnie lazienki). Tam doswadczycie typowego toskanskiego mieszkania :) Duzo tras spacerowych rowniez z psami. Blisko do SG, Sieny i ew. Florencji:)

La casa un po' fredda il primo giorno e acqua calda altalenante. Sarebbe stato ottimo trovare dei cuscini in più, erano molto bassi quelli presenti.

Wes (1/5): Doorrijden… - Het complex heeft een fantastisch uitzicht en een heerlijk relaxed zwembad wat ook gelijk het enige positieve is. Het appartement is zwaar gedateerd en had eigenlijk al 20 jaar geleden gerenoveerd moeten worden. Ook op hygiënisch gebied laat het zeer te wensen over. Het keukengerei was gewoon vies evenals de bedlakens waar gele vlekken opzaten. Ook stonk het in één van de badkamers zo erg naar riolering dat wij deze badkamer niet konden gebruiken en de deur genoodzaakt waren om dicht te houden. Na dit gemeld te hebben kwam de eigenaresse de volgende dag met een ‘loodgieter’ langs met wc reiniger. Die vertelde dat het door de wind kwam…. Wij zijn uiteindelijk eerder vertrokken omdat de stank aan hield en niet meer te harde was. Waarom deze accommodatie zulke goede reviews heeft is mij een raadsel. Misschien liggen onze standaarden hoger maar ik kan maar weinig plekken bedenken die slechter zijn dan dit…

Davvero bellissimo e consigliatissimo! Nulla. Tutto assolutamente perfetto e gestito con cura ed attenzione alle esigenze dei clienti. Spero che queste attività continuino a proliferare perchè il paesaggio e la cittadina sono davvero stupendi
אווי דרי (10/5): נוף משגע, אנשים חמים וטובים. - הגברת והנכדה קיבלו אותנו בשעה מאוחרת בחיוך מסביר פנים. הגברת נתנה לי את המטריה שלה מבלי לחשוב פעמיים. החדר היה נקי, מאובזר כמו שצריך, מחומם, מעוצב אלגנטי. בסך הכל נראה שנחזור לכאן שוב בקיץ זרם מים חלש במקלחת, תאורה חלשה.

Francesca (9/5): Ci ritornerei sicuramente - Posizione perfetta, panorama incantevole. Piccolo appartamento con patio privato e giardino. Staff gentile e disponibile. Acqua e 2 bibite in frigo in omaggio. Il divano letto in soggiorno è purtroppo molto scomodo.
Sarah (10/5): - Wunderschöne und gepflegte Anlage mit Blick auf San Gimignano. Es gibt verschieden Plätze, um die Sonne oder den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Grosse Zimmer mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr freundliches Personal, wir konnten sogar früher einchecken, weil das Zimmer parat war.
Bernd (9/5): Wunderschöne Anlage mit wirklich kleinen Mängeln. - Die Lage ist ein Traum. Vom Garten hat man freien Blick auf die Skyline von San Gimignano. Aber auch der Garten selbst ist ein echtes Schmuckstück. Unser Appartement ist/war sehr großzügig, 2 Schlafzimmer im OG, mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Doppelbett. Im EG kleine Einbauküche mit Essecke, sowie eine kleine Sitzecke und 32" TV. Im Aussenbereich Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln. Im Aussenbereich gibt es auch einen sehr schönen und großzügigen Pool, den wir aber nicht benutzten. Die Besitzer waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nicht so gut war die Matratze, meine Frau hatte morgens immer Rückenschmerzen. Die WC Spülungen sollten beide unbedingt überprüft und repariert oder erneuert werden. Es wird viel zu viel Wasser verbraucht, da die Ventile, beider Spülungen, oft nicht richtig schließen und dann Wasser sinnlos verschwendet wird. Der Duschschlauch im hinteren Badezimmer ist defekt und sollte daher ersetzt werden. Aber das sind wirklich Kleinigkeiten, die mit wenig Aufwand verbessert werden können.
Klinginger (7/5): Für 2 Übernachtungen, kurzfristig gebucht, in Ordnung - Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön, mit Blick in die Weinberge, gelegen. Aussenbereich/Pool sehr schön und gepflegt. Tolle Atmosphäre und Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind sehr spartanisch. Jedoch sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Listing states there is breakfast available however it was not communicated to us that we had to request it ahead of time. Also there rooms were not even remotely sound proof. Could hear people casually talking.
Carolina (8/5): Muy bien - Elisa y su familia fueron muy amables, destacamos la hospitalidad. Los apartamentos están muy limpios y a 5 minutos en coche de San Gimignano. Los jardines y el entorno son maravillosos, rodeados de prados y viñedos. Recomendable.

La padrona di casa è stata impeccabile nell’accoglienza, ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Il vino di benvenuto: una vera squisitezza. Ci è piaciuto tutto, un posto davvero bello.

Lesňáková (9/5): Vrelo odporúčam výhľady a krásne prostredie, lokálne obchodíky a vinárstva - Ubytovanie bolo veľmi pekné štýlové na vidieku, vo viniciach. Krásne tiché prostredie, v letných mesiacoch viete využiť bazén. Vonku má každá izba jedálenský stôl s nádhernými výhľadmi na blízke mestečko. V meste sú lokálne predajničky s výrobou syra, olivového oleja s možnosťou ochutnávky., Určite odporúčam Zariadenie apartmánu bolo čisté aj keď trošku staršie, Postele boli veľmi mäkké,
MARIA (6/5): Φυσιολατρικός ξενώνας με μεγάλη υγρασία και κουνούπια. - Ήταν πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο και είχε ικανοποιητικό πάρκινγκ. Δεν έπιανε καθόλου το ίντερνετ. Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ημιυπόγειο και είχε απίστευτη υγρασία. Ζητήσαμε να ανοίξουμε το αιρ κοντισιον στο ζεστό και μας απάντησαν ότι δουλεύει το καλοκαίρι μόνο στο κρύο. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να έχουμε όλο το βράδυ σκεπαστεί με δύο κουβέρτες, η μία διπλή και η άλλη μονή(ούτε καν παπλώματα με δεν είχαν) και πάλι όλη τη νύχτα τουρτούριζα. Ο μήνας ήταν τέλος Σεπτεμβρίου και ο καιρός καλός,αν και κάπως υγρός και βροχερός κάποιες μέρες. Είναι μια οικογενειακή επιχείρηση και κατοικία, που μόνο η μητέρα και η κόρη μπορούν να συνεννοηθούν στα αγγλικά. Παρόλο τη φιλική διάθεση της μητέρας, δυστυχώς οι εντυπώσεις μας δεν είναι οι καλύτερες και δεν θα το πρότεινα σε κάποιον.

Barbara (10/5): - De locatie is echt prachtig! Het huisje is wat basic maar je hebt er alles wat je nodig hebt en de prachtige tuin en zwembad maken dat helemaal goed.

Emine Sena (10/5): It’s a lovely peaceful place. Check in / check out is easy and staff is very helpful. We loved the place - Staff was friendly. They waited for us even though we checked in at 9pm. Our stay was short but we enjoyed it a lot. Wifi connection is not the strongest.

andrea vito (8/5): - La piscina è favolosa ed accessibile sempre. Lo stuff della casa è sempre presente e molto accogliente. Il top della cucina in pietra crepato nella zona lavello fa si che si crei umidità e infiltrazioni. Arredo interno dell’appartamento da ammodernare.

Kinga (6/5): - Mesés környezetben helyezkedik el, a kert és az épület nagyon szép. Négy napot voltunk itt és ez idő alatt nem kaptunk tiszta törülközőt.

TIZIANO (9/5): Ottimo soggiorno da consigliare a chiunque. - La posizione è pazzesca un panorama meraviglioso e la struttura splendida. Tutto molto curato. L'accoglienza è stata ottima tutti molto gentili. Piscina di acqua salata molto bella e curata. Posto davvero incantevole. Mancanza dell'aria condizionata nella nostra camera ma fortunatamente il meteo non é stato caldissimo. Sono presenti dei ventilatori a soffitto e piantana ma troppo rumorosi per utilizzarli di notte.

Sonja N. (10/5): Superschönes Landgut - ruhige Wohlfühl-Oase! - Superschöne Anlage - Toskana-Landgut wie man es sich vorstellt. Herrlich ruhig, Weinberge und ein toller Blick auf die Türme von San Gimignano. Sehr schöner Pool, sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Einfaches Frühstück wird auf Wunsch direkt an die Terrasse geliefert - hoher Wohlfühlfaktor! Wir kommen wieder :) Grundsätzlich alles super - einzig, wie sehr oft in Italien: Ein bisschen mehr Ablageflächen im Badezimmer wären toll - ein kleines Regal an die Wand, für Toilette- und Schminkartikel .....das wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i!

Markus (10/5): Gerne wieder - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich , und die Oma der Familie wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und nett . Die Ausstattung der Küche war super .Der Pool war sauber und gross genug . Der Garten war schön und die Aussicht war mega . In 5 Autominuten ist man in San Gimignano und beim nächsten Supermarkt . Fällt mir nichts ein

Adam Rogalski (10/5): God place for stay in Tuscany - It was great couple of days in Tuscany, great location with view on San Gimigiano, comfortable apartment in separate building with separate entry and tarrace. Big and modern bathroom, really impressive, room also after refresh, same as kitchen. We received welcome home made wine from the owner. There is interesting pool, big but not good for swimming just for relaxing Wi-fi wasn’t working in the room only outside, I understand old and thick walls but there are a lot’s of solutions to override it, especially there is also lack of gsm signal in neighbourhood.
