Nella stessa via ci sono un supermercato, una pasticceria (dove fare colazione), una gelataio, una pescheria ecc per cui è tutto a portata di mano in un quartiere molto tranquillo. La camera era grande e il letto comodo. Il gestore e’ stato estremamente cortese e disponibile a venire incontro alle mie esigenze. Nel caso tornassi a Napoli soggiornerei nuovamente presso questa struttura. Nulla

You can also walk to major attractions like Toledo Street, the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, and more. There are plenty of shops and cafés nearby. One thing to note is that it’s not a private apartment, but a room within an apartment. However, the room has its own private bathroom, though the kitchen is shared. Overall, the room is clean, and the bed is large and comfortable. The host is very polite, responsive, and always available to help if needed. I would have preferred a private apartment. The listing should clearly state that it’s a room within an apartment, even though it has its own private bathroom. That said, everything was generally good.

• LİZ (8/5): Konumu harika, ev sahibi ilgili ve kibar, küçük eksiklerine rağmen Napoli’de güvenli ve ulaşımı kolay bir bölgede keyifl - Konum olarak çok iyiydi. Bölge güvenli. Metroya ve fünikülere yakın, merkeze finüküler ile 5 dakikada ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Konaklama birimi Metroya 2 dakika uzaklıkta, eve 1 dakika uzaklıkta da market var. Pek dışardan gözükmüyor bu arada. Garaj kapısı gibi alanda market. Bölge düzenli, çevrede kafe, restoran ve alışveriş yerleri bulunuyor. Ev sahibi Paolo çok ilgiliydi. Kahvaltı dahil konaklamada tatlı servis ediliyordu, ancak midem hassas olduğu için rica ettim ve bana özel tuzlu alternatifler hazırladılar. Bu incelikleri çok hoşuma gitti. Kahvaltıyı anlaşmalı cafe de veriyorlar. Duşakabin oldukça küçüktü; 55 kiloyum ama yan dönerek girmek zorunda kaldım. Fotoğraflarda “dağ manzaralı” olarak geçiyor ama gerçekte öyle bir manzara yoktu. Ortak mutfak bulunuyor ama kullanmadığım için değerlendiremiyorum. Temizlik genel anlamda fena değildi ancak profesyonel otel standardında değil; sadece çarşaflar yıkanıyor, kapılar ve detaylı temizlik yapılmıyor.

La posizione è consigliata in quanto a due passi c'è la metropolitana con la quale si può raggiungere tranquillamente i siti di interesse a Napoli. Il quartiere è abbastanza tranquillo comunque fornito da i principali servizi di cui un turista, nel mio caso una turista singola, può avere bisogno.

• Viktor Ba. (8/5): Gepflegte Unterkunft in perfekter Lage - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in toller Lage in einem lebhaften Viertel nur wenige Meter von einer U-Bahnhaltestelle entfernt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad eher klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und absolut sauber. Frühstück war im Preis inklusive und bestand aus einem Gutschein, den man in einem tollen kleinen Café nebenan einlösen konnte. In der Beschreibung stand Balkon mit Stadtblick bzw. Bergblick. Ich glaube, solche Formulierungen können leicht überhöhte Erwartungen wecken. Ich jedenfalls hatte einen super Ausblick auf die Garageneinfahrt. :) Könnte bei den anderen Zimmern aber anders sein. Für mich persönlich war das jedoch kein Problem.

• Ramiro (9/5): Buen lugar para descdnsar en Nápoles - Limpio y amplio, situado en una bonita zona arriba de la ciudad, muy cerca del alojamiento había un mirador desde donde se veía toda la ciudad y el mar. El precio me incluyó un desayuno en una cafeteria cercana, el mejor croisssant con pistacho y café. Además tiene una estación de metro a menos de 5 minutos. El ruido de motos de la ciudad, pero eso no es culpa del alojamiento, Nápoles está lleno. Sibir andando desde el centro puede ser cansado, al ser todo cuesta arriba

I stayed only 1 day, but I would stay more days without any doubts. If I go back to Naples, I will definitely stay here again. You can book without fear because it is reliable and one of the best places to stay

• Yasaman (7/5): Good stay overall! - It is close to a metro station, located in a better part of town, away from the loud tourist sites but 15-20 mins by train or a half-hour walk. There was a Booking.com breakfast upgrade provided for free which was good! It was at a nearby cafe and it consisted of coffee, a croissant, and fresh orange juice. The bed is very comfortable and the deluxe room is large. The kitchen is a little bit small, but functional. The communication with the owner was a bit challenging - for example when I needed toilet paper and he talked about waste - but in the end it worked out. The keys are a little complicated to get to work. You can ask the owner to show you how to open the outside door. It’s not a problem though and you will get the hang of it!
• Alexander (7/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt - Das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage war in einem relativ ruhigem Viertel der Stadt. Ich habe mich in der Unterkunft sehr sicher gefühlt, da ich 5 Schlüssel bekommen hatte und man nicht so einfach an die Wohnungen herankommt. Es gab eine Klimaanlage die sehr gut funktioniert hat und keine Geräusche gemacht hat. Ca. 2 min zu Fuß gab es eine Metro, die direkt zum Stadtzentum führt. Das Frühstück bestand leider aus einem Voucher für ein Café in der Nähe, dabei bekommt man ein Croissant, einen Espresso und ein Orangensaft. Da das Gebäude wahrscheinlich über der Metro gelegen ist/ bzw. in der Nähe von dieser, gab es alle 20 min ca. einen lauten Krach, der nicht ganz so dramatisch ist wenn man fest schläft.

• Alejandra (4/5): Didn't meet our expectations - We had the entire place only for us. there were no other guest in there, so we could enjoy our privacy. The entire apartment didn't look like the pictures, poor cleaning , noisy place due to construction and renovations . very old furniture and washine machine was not working properly. Bed wasn't comfortable. bedsheets and pillow case looked dirty. I wouldn't get back to that place.

However, by mistake, he threw my stuff in the shower in the rubbish as he thought it's related to previous guests. Moreover, he said sorry and that's it! At least, he could offset or make it up for me to get the same stuff he threw away. Not professional

Basic but spacious room in shared apartment with own bath room. Quiet room at the back of the street. Balcony. Cable tv. Good wifi. Access to kitchen with washing machina. Supermarket minutes by foot. House number is wrong (roomss are at nr 50 instead of nr 18). No AC. Bed could be more comfortable.
• Christopher (9/5): Great accommodation, well worth the money. - I liked the location of the property and the ease of entry, the room was spacious and had a balcony, the private bathroom was separate and down a short corridor and very nice, and although there were shared cooking facilities, I did not use them. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and great value for money. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
