Emily (2/5): Mouldy Rooms. - Good location with only a few minute walk from the night markets. Two ladies on reception was very lovely! We tried 2 separate rooms which were both mouldy. The first room even had mould all around the bed frame. We asked to switch rooms straight away and had to settle for a less mouldy room. The shower was covered in mould and all around the windows. The place does not provide A/C. We could not wait to leave this place.

Diogo (6/5): Pleasant - Great location and attentive staff. Bathroom was very clean. The premises are a bit old, but if cleaning was done in more depth (under bed, behind furniture) it would be totally fine. The bedroom with an internal window had a few cockroaches visiting, but the staff was effective in preventing them from coming back. Overall the place has lots of potential if a bit of refurbishing is made.

Hang (9/5): Super supportive staff at the Grace hotel - It was a very short stay, so I chose to stay here due to a good room rate. The staff here are really helpful and supportive, the receptionist recommended a really good restaurant for my family. Very basic facilities. But it fits the rate.

In our first room there were lots of ants on the beside locker, however the staff did there best to accommodate and moved us to another room which was an upgrade and we really appreciated this. However on our second night in this room there was a Gecko lizard which we rang reception about but we were told that we would need to remove it ourselves..

Staff got good command of English and able to assist to book overnight sleeper bus to Saigon. Room was of acceptable size for 2 pax and daily housekeeping was good. Nothing
Matt (4/5): great location, nice staff but mouldy / musty / damp - great location. staff were really helpful and friendly. the scooter rental was super easy and the helmets were brand new. Overwhelming smell of mould/damp. You can actually see it on the walls and especially within the bathrooms. When we arrived, the room we were given smelt quite musty and the paint was bubbling on the walls and was wet to the touch so we asked to move. Which they did without issue (after a phone call to a manager). We were given another room which we hoped would be okay, we went out for a few hours and when we came back the smell hit us coming through the door, our jumpers that were left out already started to smell musty so we asked to move again. This time they didn’t have an equivalent room available, so said they’d move us the next day. Honestly it was so bad I couldn’t sleep in there, so said we’d rather cut our losses and leave. They eventually moved us to a quad room which was much better, although still smelt very musty. All of this was done via google translate and whilst they were on the phone to, I assume, the manager. It was clean, the cleaners did a good job in the day - but the issue is with the building. We ended up leaving a day early.

Fridge in room is terrible loud. Fan in bathroom makes terrible noise. Motorbikes from hotel are more expensive and in bad conditon - helmets smell like wet dog.
