The room was very clean.
The lady at reception was lovely. Having nowhere close by to park while I had to walk a few minutes to a separate location to collect the keys, but I am not sure what could be done about anyway.

- Michael (7/5): Enjoyable, in spite of the dated/tired building, good to be close to The Wharf, Aquarium, beach, shops & restaur - Very centrally located, short easy walk to the Wharf (where boat trips depart from) & the aquarium, plus close to the beach, restaurants & shops. Decent appliances (dishwasher, oven, washing machine & dryer). It was roomy & we liked having 2 bathrooms. Felt short changed staying for 8 nights & only getting 4 dishwasher tablets & tiny amount of dish washing liquid. Had to buy more dishwasher tablets & toilet rolls. No grater in the kitchen, otherwise quite well set up (good to have an electric fry pan). Very dated & tired, holes in our (admittedly clean) sheets. No actual air conditioning, just ceiling fans, although these were sufficient while we were there. Parking was in the small external garage (quite difficult to get into).
- Julie-ann (8/5): Excellent location and comfortable in August. - Excellent location, in the heart of everything, walking distance to everything yet relatively quiet. Much quieter than properties on the surrounding streets. No aircon (there are fans), no lift. It was warm days and thankfully cool nights when I stayed so I was comfortable.
- Gabrielle (8/5): Great location. Good sized unit. Needs renovation but priced accordingly. - Location was good. Small complex and easy parking. Good size unit. The unit is a bit tired needs some painting and upgrading of cabinetry in bathrooms and kitchen. There is no air con or rugs in living area so it was a bit cold for the time of year.

We had undercover parking on the premises. Nice big unit with a patio but not much of a view. I wouldn't stay here again simply because of the check-in process which is a nightmare. After you've done the Booking.com stuff you then have to go through the property manager's process which was reminiscent of identity theft (it wasn't). Scanning and emailing back and forth, rules upon rules and all the stuff you can't do, then they tell you to have a good time - sorry....too late.

- June (10/5): I loved it and will definitely stay again any time I'm in Mooloolabah. - Location is superb - walking distance to both the esplanade and the wharf. Carpet in main bedroom was wet on arrival causing a bad smell. Maybe from being recently cleaned?
