Laura (7/5): Schöner Kurzaufenthalt an zentraler Lage mit reichhaltigem Frühstück. - Die zentrale und schöne Lage am See. Reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Leider gab es kein kostenloses Mineralwasser mit Kohlensäure beim Frühstücksbuffet. Die Schokocroissants waren an einem Sonntag bereits um 09:30Uhr aus und es gab keinen Nachschub mehr, obwohl das Buffet bis 10:30 Uhr geöffnet war. In der obersten Etage sind die Zimmerfenster klein und man sieht erst über das begehen einer Stufe direkt nach draussen. Der Gast sollte hierüber bereits bei der Zimmerbuchung informiert werden. Die Zimmer waren dadurch grundsätzlich etwas dunkel.

Christine (9/5): Bien mais ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles - Le personnel et plus particulièrement le monsieur qui nous a accompagné jusqu'à notre chambre mais aussi au spa et à la salle de fitness était d'une gentillesse extraordinaire. Le petit-déjeuner était vraiment bien et copieux mais aussi variés en su ré et salé et qualitatif. La situation géographique est absolument parfaite au centre de la ville au borddu lac merveilleux. La salle de fitness est vraiment superbe et le hammam très sympa même si on ne peut pas appeler cela un spa en soi il n'y a que le hammam. Les boissons gratuites dans la chambre sont vraiment appréciables mais je trouve mesquin de faire payer une micro barre de chocolat (que je n'ai pas consommé d'ailleurs) à 5,50 c'était quasiment du vol. La vue sur le lac depuis la salle de petit-déjeuner est magnifique et agréable. La salle de bain est spacieuse avec peignoir et chaussons, baignoire et douche même si la douche qui est grande mériterait d'avoir une robinetterie et des pommeau de douche un peu plus sympa que ce qu'il y a actuellement. Une machine à café Nespresso haut de gamme avec plusieurs dosettes sont fourni ce qui est sympa. Le côté un peu pédant à l'accueil où on vous prendre très haut si vous n'avez pas le look adéquat pour un 5 étoiles. Les chambres ont une décoration un peu passée la moquette est moyennement propre je trouve mais surtout il n'y a pas suffisamment de prise proche du lit, on en trouve une seule et d'un seul côté. Si vous devez charger un téléphone portable et que vous avez un appareil pour l'apnée du sommeil c'est mort. C'est un peu dommage pour un hôtel de cette classe là. Dans les hôtels low cost on trouve minimum une prise de chaque côté. La bouilloire est ridicule et elle est dangereuse ne pouvant être déplacé sans être débranché. Les chambres du 4e étage sont sous les toits il doit y faire une chaleur à crever l'été. La sonorisation est catastrophique des personnes sont passées dans le couloir à minuit je peux vous parler de tout ce qu'elle disait c'est quand même un peu dommage. Le pire aura été le matin ou les femmes de ménage passent l'aspirateur à partir de 8h oui 8h à quel moment dans un hôtel on passe l'aspirateur alors qu'il y a des gens qui dorment à 8h du matin ? L'accès au spa n'est que de une heure sur réservation et clairement à l'accueil on vous fait comprendre qu'on pourrait s'en passer. Pour l'accès à la salle de fitness qui est très belle il faut le reconnaître avec bouteille d'eau à disposition et serviette de toilette pour s'essuyer il faut être accompagné pour qu'on nous ouvre la porte c'est un peu triste aussi on a l'impression d'être fliqué tout le temps. Enfin le gros bémol sera quand même le parking que j'ai payé 31 francs suisses et qui est un parking public point à aucun moment on m'a dit que je pouvais avoir accès au parking public dans la partie réservée pour l'hôtel c'est dommage point ceci dit les tarifs étaient équivalents.

Details ... Zimmer im 4. Stock, ohne Balkon, Dachschräge ohne richtig grosse Fenster ... trotzdem schöne Aussicht auf den See...keine Moskitonetze Fitnessraum ... vorhanden! Sehr sauber und optisch TOP kleines ABER die Klimaanlage auf Stufe 100 :) Kein Fahhrad... Laufband sehr verzögertes eigenes Profil... Gewichte nicht ausreichend (Fitnessraum ungenügend für 5 Sterne)... jammern auf 5 Sterne Niveau.

Im ganzen Preisdschungel an Angeboten in Booking.com hatte ich ungewollt ein Zimmer gebucht ohne Frühstück, und ohne dies zu bemerken. Dieses musste dann dazu gebucht werden und wir fanden dies für 36.—/Person/Tag eher hoch für das angebotene, vor allem weil auch der Service beim Frühstück für so ein Hotel eher dürftig empfunden wurde

Rudaz (8/5): Notre impression dans un 5 étoiles - L’emplacement est parfait que ce soit pour visiter la vieille ville ou se balader au bord du lac. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, mais il faut arriver tôt, sinon plus de réapprovisionnement. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Les murs sont très fins et on entend bien la chambre des voisins…. Dommage que la lunette des toilettes ne se freine pas et on aurait apprécié de pouvoir chauffer les serviettes après la douche, mais sinon la chambre est très agréable.

Marc (10/5): Incroyable - Magnifique hôtel
Romy (8/5): alles in allem ein tolles Hotel mit herrlicher Aussicht - Ein schöner und freundlicher Empfang der Rezeptionistin und des Consierge. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Mit dem Parking war das Laden unseres E-Autos inklusive. Restaurant-Personal hat noch Potenzial nach oben. - Die Tische auf der Terrasse / Lounch waen sehr schmutzig. Es war wenig besetzt an diesem Nachmittag und wir mussten trotzdem ca. 20 min. warten, bis wir die Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Im Innenraum waren mind. 3 Pers. anwesend, draussen nur 1 Kellnerin, die die Bestellung aufnimmt. Die Drinks und Snacks wurden auf den schmutzigen Tisch gestellt, die zersessenen Kissen der vorherigen Gäste wurden vom Personal ignoriert. Es war wie nach einer Party, wenn die Gäste gegangen sind. Schade!

noa (10/5): - החדר הייה גדול מרווח עם ספה חדר ארונות בנפרד וחדר אמבטיה גדול עם הפרדה לשרותים ומקלחון. בחדר יש בר עם שתייה חינמית מכונת קפה עפ קפtסולות וקומקום עם תה. היחד של הצוות נהדר. יש חמאם משובח וחדר כושר. המיקום מעולה ובמרחק הליכה מכל מקום. מקבלים כרטיס דיגיטלי שמי לתחבורה ציבורית חינם ולעשרות מוזאונים חינם. המלון שוכן על האגם ובסמיכות לכל קווי האוטובוס

Claude-Alain (8/5): Bien mais quelques petites choses à revoir. - L’établissement et son emplacement. Attention certains équipements deviennent vétustes Le petit déjeuner pas à la hauteur, très déçu. Plus de pain à 9 h et 20 minutes d’attente pour avoir du pain en remplacement à moitié congelé. Pour le prix je m’attendais à du pain de boulangerie

Sitnikova (9/5): Very nice experience and friendly staff - The hotel has an excellent location and as a consequence gorgeous views of Lake Neuchatel. Facilities were good, and rooms were clean. The restaurant and the brasserie both serve delicious food and their staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Peter (10/5): Direkt am See - Sehr schöne Lage, super Frühstück und relativ großes Zimmer Es gibt ein voiturier (jemand der das Auto parkt) aber wir wussten es nicht. Wir haben in der öffentlichen Tiefgarage gepackt. Es war relativ voll. (Schönes Wetter und Wochenende). Parkgebühr ist extra.

Rebecka (6/5): - Die Lage am See ist einmalig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war top. Personal kühl und abweisend und nicht sehr hilfreich. Trotz Krücken und offensichtlich gebrochenem Bein wurde uns in der Brasserie einzig die Bar angeboten, obwohl erst 17 Uhr und die meisten Tische leer waren. Es sei aber schon zum Abendessen gedeckt, so die Antwort. Dabei wollten wir einfach einen Aperitif trinken.
