• Riza (1/5): Nightmare - Nothing The hotel is under construction, there was no air conditioning, no hot water, broken shower, dirty duvet with blood stains. I was not accepted as the staff said, hotel is under construction, but I insisted that I paid already, then I waited for an hour for a room to be prepared. The breakfast was horrible.

• Benan (8/5): Very good - Amazing varied breakfast and comfortable large rooms. The staff at the reception and concierge was really helpful and friendly. Made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

• Shahbaz (4/5): Disappointing - Location of the hotel. It's a rundown hotel, and it needs modernising , especially it's not for foreign visitors.

• Nawab (2/5): - It was terrable and full of bed bugs. I just stayed there for 30 minutes and my whole body was full of rush. If you are allergic with insects especially bed bugs never go there. I complained they didnt care and I left booked in another hotel which was great.

• Murat (4/5): Acilen Yenilenmeye İhtiyacı Olan Bir Otel… - Otelin merkezi konumu, otel önünde ücretsiz otopark imkanı ve resepsiyonun sıcak karşılaması olumlu söyleyebileceğim konular olmakla beraber otelin bir an önce yenilenmeye ihtiyacı olduğunu veya mevcut haliyle hizmet vermemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
• Ibrahim (10/5): - I stayed here for 1 week. It is a family owned and operated hotel. It is near downtown Gaziantep and most tourist attractions can be accessed by walking. It is a great price for the location. I also met owners and they are nice, helpful people. They try to make sure hotel is a convenient place for families. If I visit Gaziantep again, I will stay here again. I highly recommend asking restaurant recommendations from lobby because they gave me several good restaurant suggestions.

Genel olarak çok memnun ayrıldım. ilgi ve alakalarından ötürü otel personeline çok teşekkür ederim.

• Anett (8/5): Central location for a great price! - The hotel is in a great location, the stuff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic for Turkish style but gets you started into your day. The only thing I did not like is every room smells like smoke, there are no really non smoking room.
• Doru (4/5): I wouldn't recommend it - The breakfast is amazing, the staff is very friendly (most of the times), they even transport your luggage to the room. The location is good, close to some touristic attractions and restaurants. The room looks really bad, especially the bathroom. Not only everything is very old and run down, but the cleaning let a lot to desire. The pictures are much better than the reality.

• Adrian (10/5): Great experience in Gaziantep - Great location in the heart of the city on a quiet street close to almost all museums. Clean room, comfortable bed, hefty breakfast. Eyub at the reception was very helpful to provide adequate information as well as the rest of the staff. Thank you guys. I will be back!
• Halil (10/5): Excellent - The hotel is at the center of the city. It is very close to all locations that you wanna see in Gaziantep. You can reach everywhere you want to see like museums and restaurants that you should not miss. So, I highly recommend this place in terms of location, cost and hospitality of staff.

• ekim (6/5): Fiyatına göre fena değil. - Haziran 2019 dönemin de konakladık. Otelin konumu güzel. Merkeze yürüme mesafesinde. Ancak otel eski ve yenilenmesi lazım. Özellikle armatürler ve banyo elden geçirilmeli. Duş almak biraz sıkıntılıydı. Otelin genel temizliği fena değildi. Kahvaltı yapmadık. Fiyat performans normal diyebilirim.
• Verified traveler (2/5): - Daha once yapilan olumsuz yorumlar icime bir kurt dusurse de verilen cevaplar otelin yenilendigi yonunde olunca ve uygun fiyatli daha iyi yerlerde rezervasyon icin gec kaldigimdan, mecburen bu otelden rezervasyon yaptirdim. Odaya yerlestikten sonra anladim ki bize verilen oda, yenilenmeyen olumsuz yorumlara neden olan odalardan biriydi. Yatak en kucuk harekette dahi her tarafindan ses gelen oldukca rahatsiz bir yatakti. Klimanin sicakligi cok dusuk degerlerde olmadiginda, oldukca kotu bir koku yayiliyordu. Haziran ayinda dusta sicak su yoktu. Banyo ve tuvalet bir arada ve oldukca kucuktu, muhtemelen 1,5 metrekare ancak vardir. Klozet ve lavabo arasindaki cok dar bir alanda dus almak zorundasiniz ve dus alirken tuvalet kagidini falan islanmamasi icin disari cikarmalisiniz. Banyoda sabunluk gibi yan yana 3 adet aparat var, sirasiyla sivi sabun, sampuan ve dus jeli oldugunu dusundugum bu aparatlarin hangisinde sampuan hangisinde dus jeli olduguna karar vermem epey uzun surdu. Sonunda sampuana en cok benzeyen siviyi kullanip, ne oldugunu anlayamadigim (dus jelinden baska her seye benzettim) siviyi kullanmadim. Banyo havlusunu kullandiktan sonra yanimda goturdugum havlumu kullandigima cok pisman oldum. Oda da gorunurde kullanilabilir sadece 1 priz vardi. Telefonlarimizi sarj etmek icin televizyonun arkasina gizlenen ve televizyon icin kullanilan uclu prizi cikarmam gerekti. Cift kapakli dolabin tam ortasina denk gelen devasa kolonun yarattigi saskinlik da ayrica gormeye deger.
• ahmet (8/5): Ne istediğini bilenlere fazlasıyla yeterli. - Otelde 2 yetişkin, 2 çocuk (10yaş ve 3 yaş) olarak 2 gece konakladık. Kaldığımız oda ebeveyn ve çocuklar için ayrı şekilde kullanıma uygun 2 bölmeli gayet geniş bir odaydı. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi ama genel olarak iyiydi. Eski bir otel bazı eksiklikleri elbette var . Örneğin lobiye telefon etmek istedik çalışmıyor. Banyoda düzgün bir duşa kabin yok. Klima fanı ayarlanmıyordu. Otelin anlaşmalı otoparkı var aracı oraya çekiyorlar. Rezervasyonda otopark ücretsiz yazıyor fakat otel sadece geceyi karşılıyormuş (Akşam 19.00 - Sabah 10.00'a kadar) . Bu saatler dışında ücret ödüyorsunuz. Amacımız Gaziantepi gezmekti ve otel bunun için konum olarak harika bir yerdeydi. Aracı otoparktan çıkarmadan 2 çocukla kaleyi, birçok müzeyi, meşhur yemek restoranlarını v.s rahatlıkla gezdik. Yemek ve kahvaltıyı yöresel lezzetlere sakladığımız için bunlar hakkında fikrim yok.:)

Otelin kahvaltısı açık büfe, çeşit bol ve yeterince doyurucu. Otel personeli çok ilgili. Odalar yeni renove edilmiş. Biz suit odada ailece 4 kişi rahat konakladık. Bir daha gelirsem yine tercih edebilirim.

• Muhammet zafer (4/5): Hayal Kırıklığı - Otel genel olarak temiz değildi, Özellikle banyo ve tuvalet kısmı çok kötü, fıskiye neredeyse çalışmıyordu, yorumlara bakarak konakladık ama en kötü konaklamalarımızdan birisi oldu. Yatakta sabit durdukça normal ama sağa sola döndükçe her yerden ses geliyor. Yastıkla inanılmaz derecede sert ve yüksek, Otel'in eski oluşu da ayrı bir durum zaten. Bölge olarak iyiydi ve ilk karşılanmamız sıcaktır. Onun haricinde olumlu yanını göremedik.
• Taha (8/5): Mr. Taha - The hotel is overall ok. Staff were very helpful, very kind. Bed is not comfortable. Breakfast was not good at all. The location of the hotel is excellent. I would come bavk yo this hotel because of the staff hospitality and professionalism.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Vasat - İlk verilen odada yatak fecahat haldeydi. Neredeyse nefes alıp verirken bile gacırdıyordu. Ayrıca banyoda duşakabin yok ve ilk odanın banyosunda elektrik prizi duş yapılan yerin duvarındaydı. Gece susadığınızda, verilen 2 pet bardak suya kalmak istemiyorsanız kendi suyunuzu alın. Bunlar dışında konumunun görülmesi gereken çoğu yere yürüme mesafesinde olması bence tek + yönü
• Fatih Mustafa (8/5): ılık su akiyordu - Odam şehir manzaralıydı. oda gayet temizdi. Sadece sorun sıcak su yoktu. Ilık akiyordu birden fazla kisi tesisati kullandiginda su kesilir gibi oluyordu. genel olarak iyi

• Verified traveler (6/5): Cheap hotel - This hotel is well situated for visiting the city. The room wasn't too bad for the price but the room was too warm because of the central heating. The bathroom was really too small.
