- Yori (8/5): Lovely hospitality - We stayed here for just one night because of its convenient location near the bus station. Since our bus was leaving early, I asked if we could have breakfast a bit ahead of schedule. To our surprise, they had the entire buffet fully prepared just for us, even earlier than we expected! We were so touched by their warm smiles and welcoming attitude. I highly recommend this place for their wonderful hospitality. I should had requested non-smoking room when I booked this hotel. When we first walked into our room, there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. It seems many hotels in Vietnam still allow smoking, but for us, it was quite unpleasant. I asked for a room change, and while they did move us, the new room was unfortunately smaller than the one we originally booked...

I felt comfortable staying here with my two kids There is a park and big supermarket near the hotel (3 minutes walk). There are lots of cafe, bubble teas, coffee shops around the hotel. However, it is located far from the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, you need to take grab/taxi to travel to the center. The staff are very nice. They let my family check in early when they saw me travel with an infant. The breakfast buffet is quite good, which are more Asian cuisine, but there are sandwiches, eggs, jams and butter.

Our room was smaller than the picture suggests, and could have been more clean, but we were only there 2 nights, so didn't mention anything, I'm sure they would have changed us or cleaned it, they were friendly and. Helpful.
- Melanie (1/5): Auf keinen Fall zu empfehlen! - Gar nichts! Es war das schlechteste Hotel was ich je in meinen Asien Urlauben gesehen habe. Wie die Bewertungen zustande kommen weiß ich nicht. Meines Erachtens völlig deplatziert. Erinnert mich an einen Stundenhotel. Lautes Hundegebelle und laut. Völlig in die Jahre gekommen und abgerockt. Wollten dort keine einzigste Nacht verbringen von leider drei gebuchten. Eine Stornierung war auch nicht möglich denn es wurde alles abgeblockt und es kam keinerlei Reaktion.
- Annie (1/5): I do not recommend this accommodation to anyone - Individual staff (kitchen, housekeepers) are nice Unfriendly and rude receptionists, not speaking English to guests, although we came with a group of 5 people and 1 is vietnamese, they just spoke vietnamese which left the ofhers very confused. The double bedroom was old and not clean, stains and hair were found on the bedsheets.

Attitude of receptionists was unacceptable IMO, for example showing authority to guests, making offended assumptions of one’s personal details e.g once told them my name, they said it’s a foreign name and not mine (who are you to say if my name is mine or not!), and not letting me come up to the room. Also, that big of a hotel and giving one key card to one room, although the number of guests vary from 1 to family and more. The hotel does not let guests use the 6th floor after 8pm without any reasons, just said it’s closed and we were not allowed to use the sauna, pool or sit in the rooftop after 8pm, which was unacceptably unreasonable .

- Ruben (3/5): - Mi estancia en el Aiden Saigon ha dejado un sabor amargo, no tanto por el trato del personal —que fue correcto— ni por el desayuno —modesto pero aceptable—, sino por una serie de detalles poco profesionales que restan confianza y confort al huésped. 1. Cobro con recargo por tarjeta. Al reservar por Booking introduje mis datos bancarios, pero , esto solo sirve para garantizar la reserva, no para pagarla. Al llegar, me informaron de que debía abonar el total en recepción y que si quería pagar con tarjeta se aplicaría un recargo adicional. Esto no se avisaba de forma clara en el anuncio, y me parece una práctica opaca e impropia de un hotel de esta categoría. Si hay recargos, lo mínimo es indicarlo con claridad para poder decidir con conocimiento. 2. Habitación sin ventanas. No se indicaba en la descripción que la habitación no tendría ninguna ventana al exterior, algo que puede ser aceptable para una noche, pero que convierte la estancia en algo claustrofóbico si es más larga. 3. Lista de desperfectos con precios. Me encontré con una hoja detallando lo que costaría cada elemento en caso de "daño" o "robo": desde la alfombra del baño hasta la bandeja de cortesía donde dejan cepillos de dientes o un peine. No discuto que el hotel quiera proteger su mobiliario, pero esto transmite desconfianza hacia el huésped desde el primer momento. 4. Preservativos en el minibar. No me escandaliza en absoluto encontrar condones en un hotel, pero me llama la atención que se incluyan como artículo de minibar, con precio específico, en un establecimiento supuestamente familiar y sin que en ningún momento se informe del tipo de público al que está dirigido. ¿Se trata de un hotel para parejas, de paso, o familiar? No queda claro. En resumen, no repetiría mi estancia. Las condiciones no están suficientemente explicadas en la plataforma y la sensación final es que la transparencia brilla por su ausencia. No se trata solo de servicios: se trata de confianza.

Our safe code was randomly reset and my wife lost a shirt that she was wearing. The rooms smelled ok but the hallway smelled heavily of smoke. The buffet is ok, I would get the pho for sure.

Other staffs are also nice, especially the cleaning lady is very kind and friendly. The location is quite far from the shopping area and travel spot. (around 30 mins by car)

My friend, who is a foreigner, felt that the receptionist was a bit unfriendly—possibly due to language barriers. Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 9:30, but when I arrived at 8:30, some dishes were already gone. A little more replenishment would be appreciated.

They have nice little restaurant with breakfast buffet where the food is very good. It has a good location for those who just want to stay overnight after arriving at the airport and continue south so you avoid bad traffic through Saigon (HCMC). There is nothing negative about the hotel that I experienced.
