• Pan (9/5): breakfast staff is the highlight! - - the location is right outside the train station that directly brings us to ueno. but I barely heard train noise. And it is not touristy. - the evening view was beautiful. - The breakfast staff is simply amazing. My mom commented to me that when one of the servicing spoon was with food and not aesthetically pleasing, the staff immediately took it back and changed to a new one. What a detailed touch! And the real piano playing in the background adds the serenity. -in the evening, the display on the wall of the checkin hall is beautiful and calming. - the only thing I could say is the sofa in the room needs a refurbish and it smelled a bit aged.

Lots of shopping and dining options, The area is newly developed with good vibes. Breakfast was good. it We stayed here on the day we arrived and the last day before leaving Japan. On both occasions, we were given a room with a huge column in one corner making the room smaller then what it should be

• Es-said (10/5): Très bon hôtel - C’est exceptionnel, la propreté, le calme, le confort, la gentillesse du personnel, tout était impeccable. C’est un hôtel que je recommande, si reviens à Tokyo, je n’hésiterai pas à aller à cet hôtel. En plus un grand centre commercial est à quelque minutes de l’ hôtel, la station de métro et la navette pour l’aéroport sont à quelques pas de l’hôtel On fait presque la même chose au petit déjeuner, donc un effort d‘amélioration serait bien apprécié

• Samantha (10/5): Nice hotel, nice staff, good location and good value for money - The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and I like how the bathroom had a lot of ameneties provided. Whole hotel is very clean and modern vibe. Also, it is really conveniently located- you just exit the train station gate at it's right there. Despite the proximity to the train station, I didn't hear any noise from the trains from my room. The area itself is great since it has the huge shopping mall nearby and you can get to Tokyo pretty fast on the train. I really have no complaints. The room is kind of small but that's pretty normal in Japan.

• Nakamura (9/5): コスパ的にもかなり良いホテルでした - 駅近で特に不便性は何もなかった。 部屋自体狭くもなく、とても清潔感があり、スタッフの対応も良かったです。 景色も電車が見下ろせるので、鉄道好きには良い部屋でした 車で行く際、予約時にホテル駐車場予約が必要な事が後々わかったので、もう少し分かりやすく明記して欲しかったです。 でもホテル周辺にはコインパーキングがいくつもあるので、特に困る事もありませんでした。

• Kenichi (10/5): 最高でした - フロントスタッフの説明が丁寧で分かりやすく、預けた荷物も事前に部屋に運び入れてくれたり好印象を受けました。部屋からの眺めも良くてとても快適に過ごすことができました。今回は大宮ソニックシティに用がありましたが、駅からも近いので利便性の良さを感じましたし、近くに飲食店が多いのも良かったです。また機会があれば利用したいと思います。 強いてあげればシャワーの向きが上過ぎたので、シャワーホルダーで角度調整ができればよかったかなと思います。
• ひまわり (10/5): 居心地の良いホテル - 駅に近いのが良くて選んだホテルでした。 素敵なホテルで、荷物を預かっていただきたくてお昼頃フロントに着いて、夜遅くにしかホテルに戻って来れない事をお伝えしましたら、チェックインの手続きをしてくださって、本来より1時間早く部屋に通していただいたので、 凄く感謝しました。 フロントの方々が、笑顔で気持ち良くて、言葉遣いが良くて最高でした。 建物もお部屋も内装も、清掃も全て良くて居心地が良かったです。 アメニティグッズが揃っています。加湿器と電気スタンド、ミネラルウォーター2本ありました。10階で外の景色が見えて良かったです。飲食店や紀伊国屋書店、商業施設など近いので泊まって良かったです。
