- William (6/5): Try harder... - It needs to be other than Asian...but big variety of Asian items Cheap toilet seats that could make a man a female shifting all over the place snapping off and on. You can shut the curtains all the way to and no rods or way to do it. On the fifteenth Floor and can still hear all the animals waking up in the morning and city traffic horns etc

Laundry facility too but also an extra charge plus buying laundry soap I liked they replaced the old cranky elevators (Above) I was guaranteed a rate by booking .com the I was moved to a single room at a higher rate ??? Again a third more of the price saying I would get points ? huh

- Katrina (10/5): Reasonably priced and convenient if you're staying before an international flight. - I think it is fairly priced. I booked a quadruple room for me my brother and mum and the bed was huge enough for us as well as the minimalist design of the room. I particularly like Japanese minimalism because it creates a seamless and stress-free atmosphere with smart use of space. I love that there are slippers, bidet, microwave and simple furniture. The staff were also thoughtful not to disturb us but prepared the additional towels and toiletries by hanging it outside our door. The hotel was quiet compared to other more expensive places I've stayed at in Cebu. I also love that the SM J Mall is in the same building. The free shuttle service to the airport is also another advantage and they were able to book us 3 seats last minute. Perhaps the breakfast buffet but this is subjective. I loved the ham, tamago and coffee and that it was an unlimited buffet with ample fruits, bread, rice and drinks. The pasta could do much better in my opinion.

La habitación super pequeña, muy básica, para el precio que pagamos que fue con diferencia lo más caro de todo nuestro viaje. El baño super pequeño e incómodo, sin apenas espacio para nada. Si te sentabas en el váter se te caía la tapa en la espalda. No había agua caliente.

- Romel (7/5): Bad housekeeping - Shopping mall is near No housekeeping staff came to the room to clean for 3 days of my stay. I have to call the reception everyday for requests like soap refill, toilet tissue and new towels or removal of garbage. I didn't even request make up of the bed. Horrible experience.

- Rana (7/5): - Very friendly staff. Hotel is right beside a mall, which closes at 10pm and opens at 10am. Room was rather small and windows can't be opened for some fresh air. Some of the rooms on our floor were under construction.

- Fabien (8/5): - Very good option for a one-night transit stay. The hotel is about 20 minutes by taxi from the airport, which is convenient. Breakfast is included but quite basic. The room was spacious and comfortable. We did have a leak from the bathroom ceiling when we arrived, but after reporting it, the staff changed our room within about 30 minutes, which we appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, the service is simple but efficient. A big plus is the free airport shuttle — it was perfectly on time and very well organized. Another great advantage is that the hotel is directly connected to a modern shopping mall with plenty of restaurants and shopping options, which is extremely convenient.
