• Matthew (1/5): Uncomfortable, we left for a different hotel. - Close to markets and restaurants The property has massive roaches with wings, ants everywhere, bathroom lights dont work properly.

• Martha (1/5): Didn’t sleep, we looked elsewhere and left. Couldn’t stay. Not recommended for tourists. - No meal’s available at this site. Don’t like anything there Uncleared outside yard,interior very filthy. Dust everywhere. balcony had algae all over it. The balcony door was half open with a space that rain could come into the room. Mosquitoes flying around in the room. Entire place was filthy. Not cleaned. The picture on the internet may have been more than 10 years ago however the actual place is not recommended to tourists. Needs a major overhaul. Major renovation required. Very unsatisfactory.

And the staff is so approachable and so nice. I don't like some things inside the room like the destroyed wall paint maybe it needs some renovation but the room is nice

• Rico (5/5): its ok just to rest and spend night with family - its quiet and staff is friendly and polite.. the shower is not properly fix loose.. if you are clamsy the showe might tip over and hit the breaker of heater then electricuted..they should fix it.. then the toilet flooring always wet they should provide floor water remover,, then the room quite bit of ants coming up to bed.. it might enter ur ears.. they should spray the flooring with insecticide so no ants and other insect to get in..

• Chai (8/5): Comfortable and spacious - it is rustic but that is the reason why it is nice. unlike the new hotel rooms now that are compact. la gracia's rooms are spacious, with hot and cold shower and the beds are comfy. and, wifi is strong. dog odor that was strong on the sofas of the family room. i guess they just forgot to wash the pillows on the sofa or forgot to clean the sofa entirely.

The heater was also working well When it was indicated na may balcony, i thought may spot na pwede tambayan but the balcony was dirty and parang moldy. Wala ding magandang view na makikita. • Janet (8/5): Very good - Liked the place, its along the Tagaytay-StaRosa road opposite the famous Cecillia's buko pie in Tagaytay, plenty abundant fruit stand also along the road and near City Market. Walking distance Ina ng Laging Saklolo Parish. Picnic Grove, if you are a lover of walking, we did it and Peoples Park also. A bit far from Malls which are located in Olivarez.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Spacious room and nice staff - It's our first time to stay in La Gracia hotel for 2 nights. Upon checked-in, it was so quick and easy and no need to pay deposit for the key. The staff are very friendly, approachable at helpful. The room is so spacious, comfy bed and nice bathroom. It was annoying because we were so bored at night because the wifi is so slow and the cable TV was not working. Problems: 1. The staff are very noisy, they didn't even think that there are people resting. 2. The toy of the kid was so noisy too. 3. Inside the toilet, the towel handle is so high (I think it was 6 feet high), very didficult to reach. 4. There's no clothes handle (where you can hand your clothes before you take shower). 5. The bed is good for 2 but they gave us 1 shampoo and 1 soap. 6. There's no free bottle of water. 7. The internet is very slow. 8. The cable TV is not working. 9. There were ants we found in our bed. I hope you will find solutions for the problems that I shared so that many tourists will book and stay your hotel. I will stay there again if the problems will be solved. Thanks for being nice to us!
