• Malene (8/5): Smukt, autentisk og god beliggenhed. - Vi kunne lide beliggenheden og den meget smukke bygning. Vores værelse var smukt med malet loft, terrazzogulv, fint badeværelse på gangen og det var fed oplevelse at være der, samt i ‘fællesrummet’. Meget fedt indrettet, det var gjort lækkert og hyggeligt. Kommunikationen var meget god og nem. Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, vi savnede smør og ost og lidt lækrere frugt. Men fint arrangeret og fedt at man selv tog maden i køleskabet, når det passede. Der var meget lydt mellem rummene.

• Pedranzini (10/5): B&B piacevolmente curato e gestito con attenzione. - Ottima posizione, comoda sia per il centro che dalla stazione. Host disponible, preciso e tempestivo nelle comunicazioni. Camera e bagno spaziosi, conformi alla descrizione. Area comune ben attrezzata, spaziosa ed arredata con gusto. Adeguata anche per leggere o lavorare in tranquillità. Colazione abbondante con adeguata varietà, anche nel salato. Possibilità di deposito bagagli. Nulla da segnalare.

• Raphael (6/5): La tour de Pise est très belle - L’emplacement est idéal et la chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner est soigné et personnalisé. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pour la douche ni le soir ni le matin. Nous avons essayé chacun notre tour du côté gauche et droite du robinet mais rien au bout de 5 minutes de chaque côté. Nous n’avions pas non plus d’eau chaude au lavabo mais ce qui m’a le plus énervé c’est le propriétaire qui m’affirme une fois parti que cela fonctionnait. Donc en conclusion on ne sait pas se servir d’un robinet. On a été pris pour des imbéciles, ce n’est pas professionnel.

• Daduj (9/5): - Chambre spacieuse et propre, le lit est confortable, il y a de quoi ranger ses vêtements. Le petit-déjeuner est assez copieux Emplacement idéale sur pise, proche de la tour et de restaurant. Des bons conseils de restaurants nous ont été donné. A notre arrivée nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant de prendre notre chambre dans la soirée. Le manque de rangement dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires de toilette et de debit. Le bruit des portes des autres chambres. Attention le frigo est fortement pris en glace.

Facile à trouver avec des explications claires par l’hôte sur WhatsApp. Petit déjeuner complet. Je recommande Le bruit extérieur car la fenêtre est du simple vitrage , bruit de voitures et des gens .

• Inge (7/5): Prima ligging, wel gehorig. Fijne service! - De ligging, het ontvangst, de service. Het ontbijt was prima. Je mocht de koffers laten staan. De gehorigheid. Onze kamer zat direct aan de straat. Tot 4 uur in de nacht was er herrie. Dit zorgde voor zeer weinig tot geen nachtrust.

La struttura in un palazzo storico è singolare, adatto il nome che gli è stato attribuito. Le camere nonostante siano.confortevoli hanno delle porte molto leggere noi abbiamo sentito un po'di confusione di altri clienti che aprivano e chiudevano le loro. La colazione buona forse un pochino dispersiva l'organizzazione comunque gradita.

• DANILO (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Posizione ottima, centrale a pochi minuti da piazza dei miracoli Pulizia del bagno non dei migliori, sullo scalda-asciugamani credo che non passavano la pezzetta da più di una settimana ci sono almeno 2 dita di polvere. Inoltre la camera è direttamente comunicante con lo spazio in comune e quindi rimane non sufficientemente insonorizzata.

Un incubo sporco spacciato per "fascino retrò" - Definire questo posto "Retrò" è una truffa semantica: la struttura non è vintage, è semplicemente fatiscente e abbandonata a se stessa. Ho girato il mondo e soggiornato in ogni tipo di struttura, ma non mi era mai capitato di trovare un livello di degrado simile. È ufficialmente il peggior B&B che abbia mai visitato. Le foto su Booking sono uno specchietto per le allodole. Ecco la realtà (che potete vedere nelle foto che allego): Igiene da brividi: La testata del letto era sepolta sotto uno strato di polvere indecente. È chiaro che la stanza non viene pulita seriamente da settimane. Un insulto alla salute degli ospiti. Zero insonorizzazione: Le finestre sono talmente vecchie e malmesse che, anche se chiuse, lasciano passare ogni rumore. È stato come dormire sul marciapiede, con la differenza che qui ho pagato. Colazione illegale: Siamo ai confini della denuncia. Servire crema alla nocciola in vasetti di vetro riempiti "a mano" è una violazione palese di ogni norma HACCP e del buon senso igienico. Chi controlla questo posto? Manutenzione da film horror: Il freezer era un blocco di ghiaccio informe. Come direbbe un noto critico televisivo, sembrava di essere sul set di un film dell'orrore. Vergognoso. Non buttate i vostri soldi: Pisa offre di meglio, qui troverete solo sporcizia e mancanza di rispetto per il cliente.
• elena (1/5): Disappointing , revolting stay!! Felt rubbed and lied ! - Nothing Disrespectful staff, called me no gentile which translates to not kind. You should have asked yourself what was the reason of reporting the issue to customer service. My frustration build up due to poor quality rooms , not sound proof , broken toilet sit, surrounded by dust and old furniture. The air conditioner not been used due to the unclean filters and when you have family diagnosed with respiratory problems, not highly suggested to use the unclean air conditioner. Bed not comfortable and sagging mattress. The only retro at this property was the iced fridge .Please find pictures attached and don’t trust the cleanliness of the rooms / property from previous reviews. We felt rubbed staying at this property.

• Ayca Deniz (7/5): Cute place, worth staying. - The staff is very attentive and helpful. The location was good. Breakfast was confusing at first, since we are not used to check the cabinets but after figuring out where breakfast items were it was delightful. The common room was cute and relaxing. Not a big fan of stairs when carrying luggages. The toilet seat was broken.
• Simone (8/5): Super bedankt voor ons fijne verblijf. Zeker een aanrader om hier te logeren. Prijs kwaliteit helemaal goed. - Het was er huiselijk gezellig, fijn dat we bij aankomst de koffer kwijt konden en al een sleutel kregen om in de woonkamer te kunnen voor de kamer klaar was. De kamer was netjes en schoon, alles was aanwezig en fijn dat we aan de achterkant sliepen ivm mijn zoon en een goede nacht rust. Dicht bij alles, wel een auto gehuurd omdat Pisa zelf niet heel groot is. Het ontbijt kan iets beter, alles was wel aanwezig en konden we zelf pakken. Maar de broodjes werden de dag van te voren al neer gelegd waardoor deze niet heel vers meer waren. Hebben bij het restaurantje op de hoek heerlijke verse broodjes elke ochtend gehaald.

• Bianca (6/5): Bagno privato fuori dalla camera - La posizione, le dimensioni della camera e il letto comodo Il bagno privato era fuori dalla camera, molto scomodo considerando che nella struttura erano presenti altri ospiti e non segnalato. Inoltre non c'era il bidet. La macchinetta del caffè prevista nei servizi della camera non era presente. Le cialde per il caffè a disposizione erano una a persona.

La proprietaire tres serviable, on a pu deposer la valise a notre arrivee qui etait plus tot que l heure du checking. M Du simple vitrage aux fenetres, assez bruyant.

L'emplacement est idéal car à proximité du centre avec restaurants, bars, épiceries et bien entendu la Tour de Pise à 5 minutes ! Les enfants ont beaucoup aimé leur petit déjeuner avec du jus frais, des pains à toaster, des céréales, yaourts, fruits frais, Excellent :-)

Consigliatissimo.
