• Ingrid (9/5): Great staff, amazingly calm atmosphere; a little dusty - The staff was incredibly welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The location was very central, and it's easy to get around by foot. The walls seemed to be very thin, so I was awoken quite easily by the housekeeping when they were knocking on the doors in the hallway, but luckily the beds are very comfortable, so falling back asleep was not an issue! I also like the fact that there was no wall-to-wall carpets in the room. The cleanliness of the room itself could've been better. It was clean enough over all, but the gathered piles of dust in the outlets, corners, and in the coffee mugs, gave a slightly bad impression. However, the most important parts, like the toilet, sink and shower, was shining - so it was really nothing to get caught up on!

• Jörg (5/5): Freundlich und sympathisch, aber Zimmergröße, Lage und Ambiente rechtfertigt den Preis nicht. - Freundliches Personal, gute Sauberkeit, modernes Bad, große Dusche, Late Check Out kein Problem. Zimmer extrem klein, im 3. OG nur winziges Fenster mit Aussicht auf Abbruchzeile, Preis von EUR 139 EUR p.d. für Räumlichkeiten und allgemeine Lage völlig unangemessen.

From the front desk to the lady that prepares the breakfast, they were super attentive and helpful That it doesn't have a lift, but that was not really a problem because the gentlemen at the hotel who booked me in, insisted that I should not carry my suitcase up and that I should request assistance when leaving which I did

• Dittrich (9/5): Schönes Boutique Hotel für einnen kurzen Aufenthalt - Freundliche Rezeption. Schöner Frühstücksraum und sehr guter Cappuccino. Die Zimmer sind individueller als üblich eingerichtet. Sehr leise. Die Rezeption ist etwas traurig im Flur untergebracht und wirkt nicht sehr einladend. Diese wäre vermutlich besser in der Lobby aufgehoben.

• Vasileios (8/5): Very nice hotel - Comfortable bed, super clean room with nice colors, wonderful bathroom. Very good breakfast, all the personnel was polite. Good location (only 5-10 min walking from train station), quiet neighborhood and a kiosk nearby. I appreciated the easy and quick check-out. A bit small room but no problem at all.

Stayed in the superior king room in third floor, all though there was not a lift, the stairs and decors were really homely and nice. Staff were super nice, they were able to check me in early and offered to keep my luggage after checkout. Breakfast was really good, dining space was beautiful too.

• Anja (10/5): - En god morgenmad med mange valgmuligheder. Personalet var særdeles hjælpsomt, da vi havde brug for at tjekke ud lidt senere. Der var ligeledes gratis parkering i kort gåafstand fra hotellet. Beliggenheden var fremragende, og man kunne finde mange gode spisesteder i den nærmeste omegn.

Kleines aber feines Morgenbuffet Parkplatz vorhanden und man wurde gut darauf hingewiesen wo sich dieser Befindet, jedoch ist die Parkfläche nur für eine sehr kleine Anzahl Autos gedacht, von denen einige denken sie können zwei Plätze brauchen. Zudem sind die Parklücken sehr kurz und man muss rückwärts ausparken. Eine Parkfläche gleich neben dem Hotel geteilt mit dem anderen Hotel zu öffnen wäre wünschenswert.
• Sunny (10/5): Mega schönes Hotel – absolut empfehlenswert! - Sehr freundlicher Empfang und eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Das Frühstück bot eine schöne Auswahl und war angenehm abwechslungsreich. Auch die Infrastruktur überzeugt: Der S-Bahnhof ist fußläufig erreichbar, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Insgesamt ein rundum entspannter Aufenthalt, den ich gern weiterempfehle.

We had a situation where someone before us smoked in our room. After informing the staff management was contacted and the situation was handled promptly. They turned am unfortunate situation into a positive by the way they handled the matter.

Alles war durchdacht, komfortabel und in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand. Ich habe mich von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt total gefallen – ich komme sehr gerne wieder! Es gab nicht was mir nicht gefallen hat.
