- Genehan (10/5): - I would happily stay at this place again. I found it clean, safe, and peaceful even though it's in the middle of the city. Across the street was a great coffee shop and bookstore. Walking to the local art museum only took a few minutes and getting into the heart of downtown Omaha required a relatively swift 20 minutes. Much appreciated the patient and friendly staff.

- Adam (4/5): First time in Omaha - The rooms are great for the price. I came from KC for the zoo, amazing zoo. Check in, nobody at the desk, and needed to use the bathroom quick. I understood the security for the bathrooms. After getting checked in, going to my room and finishing setting up, the pay for parking app, (about 15/20mins) I go outside to find a ticket for parkjng. The front desk lady took care of the ticket with no cost to me, just a hassle. The second night around 3am, fire alarm goes off. Went down to lobby, front desk lady couldn't figure out why the fire alarm was going off and why. I asked about local night life and popular and hidden spots. The ladies at the front desk did the best they could with night life and dinning info. If you're up in time for breakfast, amazing, good selection. The contrustion around the area sucks, but what city doesn't have construction.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Quick trip to Omaha Zoo - I requested a suite for 5 people. The sofa bed was not comfortable. There should be an extra blanket for the sofa bed as it's next to the air conditioner. There was barely enough room to pull it out. My daughter found a cockroach in our bathroom. I flushed it down the toilet. The parking spots are too small. People need room for SUVs and pickup trucks, not just compact cars. We were lucky to find parking on the street in front of the hotel. Pool and gym were nice and breakfast was good.
- KALEIGH (6/5): - Parking is ridiculous you have to pay $150 a night to stay then turn around and pay to park here!? It may say that on their website but I went through Expedia and it did not
- Dalene (2/5): - We traveled 6 hours for appointment at the cancer center close to this property. We were checked into a nice room. Started to rest and eat a bite so I could take my meds. Got call from desk that we would have to move rooms! After preparing it took a half hour to get new keys to a room that had no bed; the bed was set up along wall bedding taking up chair! Of course I was upset when I called desk, they put me on hold! I called back, got Manager Lisa! She told me I was rude and I could pack my things and find another room elsewhere. I explained being unable to physically; I needed to lay down! She said she didn’t have to put up with my rudeness and I couldn’t treat her staff badly and she hung up on me! I called back again and was put on hold, called again really biting my tongue! She said she would come up and talk to me. All this time I’m laying on the floor. She came to room, my husband said she’s laying on the floor. Her response”well I’m not going to pick her up”! When I got off floor my body was uncontrollably shaking, I had difficulty putting one foot ahead of the other without my husband helping. She grabbed our belonging and started down the hall. Our new room was 225 on the other end of the motel! Her words “I’m not obligated to give you a room!” She may be the manager but lacks any ability in customer service and compassion! I will be filing a complaint with upper management!
- Zach (6/5): A for effort. - So first impression was not so good. Surprised at $15 fee for parking. They don’t bring towels to your room. Because obviously a 5 ppl booking needs more than the standard 4 towels. It was cleaned decent but customer service was wanting. The breakfast was decent and fully stocked with warm food. Couldn’t figure out the Netflix and Hulu they bragged up. The one ways out of the parking lot should be clearer marked. The swimming pool was beyond cold but kids enjoyed it. We had a decent time but wouldn’t go back.
- Roan (10/5): - Our first time at this hotel. Great experience all around. We have the two queen size beds for myself my wife and my two teenage children. Room was huge better than most that we've experienced. The staff at this property were very helpful and friendly always willing to get us what we need to make our stay easier. Our room included the breakfast every morning which saves us a ton of money to do the things we can't go to do. Make sure you scan the code outside for payment if parking is needed. Additional parking is located in the right side of the front of the building. There was no free street parking so if you have to feel good this is an accessibility. We will absolutely be standing at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean, good breakfast but little parking - Hotel was a pretty good location. Very clean and up to date. Breakfast wasn’t bad, and we didn’t get the chance to use the pool. Upon arrival there were several people trying to check in and only one check in gal. Some sort of company where she had to reserve their rooms again or something like that and took some time to separately check in the 3, but she remained calm and courteous. The one complaint was no parking. The tiny parking lot is not big enough to accommodate all the guests for the night and I’m glad I hadn’t preparked, and paid because we wouldn’t have been able to park after our event at the end of the night. There was some parking down the other block so was a walk but we made it work. It would just be nice to have at least another parking lot for overflow parking. Also a cart would be helpful for people with a few bags.

- Inesa (2/5): - Beautiful Hotel, Poorly Managed The hotel is modern and comfortable, with a great coffee and tea station, the dove shampoo and soap is also great; clearly a well-designed property. However, the service was disappointing. I prepaid four nights as part of a package but missed my flight due to airline issues. When I arrived early the next morning, they had given away my room without notice, even though it was fully paid. After a long wait, they eventually “found” a room. Housekeeping didn't always come during my stay, and I wasn’t informed that daily service wasn’t included. When I requested fresh towels and cleaning, housekeeping staff refused, saying the hotel wouldn’t pay them because they get paid per room and my room wasn't on the list. This place has great potential, but it’s poorly run and lacks basic communication and service standards.

- Anne (4/5): - This property is very OK. I have stayed at a lot of Holiday Inns and this was one of the less nice experiences I have had. I will say, while there isn’t much directly around the property, it was very centrally located. That was great. A short drive to the zoo and fun old market area. Other than that, I wasn’t super impressed. For one, this property is on a main road. The walls and windows must be very thin because you could hear everything! Two, check in took a long time. There were only 2 people ahead of us in line but it took 25+ minutes. That’s a long get time than I would expect for a check in experience. Third, breakfast goes until 10am on the weekends. We got there at 9am and they were out of most things, that was disappointing. Fourth, upon check in they stressed how much they are committed to clean rooms. However, when we get back for the day from being out, our room had not been cleaned. We got back close to midnight so it was too late to call and get it cleaned and that was very disappointing. Overall, the hotel did the job but I wouldn’t say here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Good place to stay for the price. - Good place to stay and price was perfect. Check in went smooth and quick. Parking was $15 a night, which isn’t terrible. Attendant was professional and friendly. Room was nice and clean. There wasn’t any bedding available for the pull out sofa besides a pillow, not a big deal. Pool was decent, on the smaller side. Kept the kids happy during our stay. Water was a little cloudy however. Breakfast options were good.

- Craig (6/5): - Poor desk attendant was him only. There should’ve been one other person there with the amount of people that were waiting to check in. The area around the hotel is not the best. Parking is very limited and very tight.
- Brock (2/5): - grifters panhandling in the lobby during checkin. Definitely not cleaning the rooms between guests. First room: hair stuck to the shelf in the shower, hair in the towel on the rack, and pubic hair in the bed under the comforter. Second room: hair in the sheets under the comforter, and what appeared to be DRIED BLOODon the comforter. Third room: coffee grounds on the countertops, what appeared to be some type of food particle in the sheets, and dried mystery substance on the sink counter. Panhandlers removed from hotel by police after they called them on the night manager according to the same night manager. Night manager got into an argument with me about the cleanliness of the rooms when I tried to check out and asked for a refund. I checked out the same night and have been trying to get a refund for this horrible experience since that night. The GM won’t take my calls or respond to my email with the photos I took of what I found in the rooms, and lied to IHG saying that they couldn’t confirm my claims. They and IHG have all the photos I took showing evidence that they aren’t cleaning rooms between guests. DO NOT STAY HERE! It is horrible and should be closed down until new staff who will actually do their jobs can be brought in. Unprofessional, inhospitable, unsafe, insecure, and DISGUSTING. I REPEAT! DO NOT STAY HERE!

- Holli (6/5): - The hotel was clean and comfortable. We went to breakfast about 45 minutes after it began each morning and found many items to be completely gone with nobody replenishing them. Parking also really needs to be addressed. You must pay per day to park but a spot is not guaranteed. The staff did tell me they would reimburse me if we did not find spots and we would need to find a spot on the road. Not overly welcoming for families out of town who don't know the area.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - The pool was as cold as outside was! When asked if it was supposed to be heated. The desk said to 84. He mentioned other people have been complaining about the pool as well. Then he didn't do anything. He wouldn't even check the temperature and make sure it was right! Just ignored me and so i just walked away. Sad thing, my 8 year and I only went for the pool.

- Michelle (6/5): - This place is great. Only bad thing: upon arrival the front desk clerk was in the back watching videos. I waited 10 minutes with no one out there to check in. Otherwise she was very nice when she came out. The location of this hotel is so easy to get to. The facility is clean and nice and the rooms are big and modern and comfy. I love it.

- landon (8/5): - The hotel is pretty nice bit parking is horrible and limited. The rooms were not ready by the 3pm checkin time. They had to move us to another room that was ready. That room the tv wouldnt turn on so they had to move us again. The staff was very nice and sis everything to accomidate us. Just not a great location for the hotel and minimal staff. Was told the maintenance staff does not work weekends.

I reported this to the front desk person and she said it would be replaced immediately, however, it never was over the final two days of our stay. That was the only hiccup.

- Jasmin (10/5): - First time having our dogs at a hotel. They were very helpful and made check in and check out for us very easy for us! The place was clean, the staff were friendly and the breakfast had lots of options which was nice! We will absoultely stay here again!

However, we were not aware that after a certain time staff were not available to let us in the main entrance and that our key card wasn’t working to open the door. We had to walk around the building to try and find another entrance late at night.
- Linda (2/5): - Your Parking Lot was very unsafe and unacceptable for a person driving a ADA equipped van… your front desk man told me I could unload my handicapped daughter in the street then had the nerve to tell me there was a charge for parking at the hotel. The taller gentleman at front desk should take a class on understanding the issue of a handicapped person, very unprofessional!! The only good thing about the situation was an another man at the front desk a least showed some respect and compassion for the unpleasant experience. Holiday inn needs to take a closer look at the property’s for a handicapped person.

- Mary (2/5): - I booked 3 weeks in advanced and still didn't get the suite I paid for. I was put into a standard room and was not refunded the price from suite to standard. The hotel is clean breakfast was amazing that was my only issue.

They lie on all signage about checkout time and your key deactivates an hour before you actually have to check out. They couldn't even remake it for me, so the manager had to come up and let me in. Finally, my wife needed sanitary products while we were there and the staff said "that's too bad, we don't have any. There is a store nearby" what hospitality service doesn't have basic needs???
