• Naomi (10/5): Amazing good value cool room - Loved everything. Clean well furnished cool room. Lovely breakfast. Nice relaxing bar and restaurant area. Really close to the centre and the river. Staff very friendly as well. If I was going to be picky, the metal windowsill/wall outside made a lot of noise when it rained

• IVAN (9/5): Experiencia muy positiva - Las camas eran muy cómodas, la ducha amplia y moderna, había televisión grande que funcionaba sin coste adicional, ventanas amplias, moqueta bonita... El personal era muy atento y acogedor, la ubicación era buena y el hotel es amplio, así como su bar. Nos gusta dormir en hostels y mereció la pena la diferencia por alojarnos aquí. Volveríamos. • Bergevoet (9/5): Top locatie met gezellig personeel voor een 2 dagen in Glasgow - Goede locatie met vriendelijk personeel. De groep Fransen waardoor we regelmatig lang moesten wachten bij de bar. Er was geen wc borstel op het toilet.

• James (7/5): Nice enough for the 1 night we stayed - Lovely big walk in shower, none of this over the bath rubbish. Bed was very comfortable. They looked after our bags for a few hours on the Sunday for free. The toilet was way too low, it took a right effort to get up off it. Location was not in the usual area we stop in and was a bit of a walk. In our room you could hear the trains from Glasgow Central low level pass underneath.

• Nick_64 (9/5): - The Location. The Bar looked inviting, but decided to walk to one of the numerous ones in Glasgow.
• PAUL (10/5): Another amazing, friendly stay at Ibis. - The hotel was excellent. We have stayed at the Ibis George Street previously and this hotel had a good rate for a long weekend and breakfast. We love the industrial vibe feeling and the great music they play. The staff are amazing and friendly and there is tea and coffee free to relax when you come back from an afternoon shopping or late at night. The breakfast menu and choice is also superb. The hotel rooms and hotel are clean and nothing looks dated or worn out. The hotel is situated great for a short walk into town, a walk along the river front and on the route of the airport 500 bus. Nothing .

• Isabel (6/5): Für 1 Nacht ok - Die Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich habe beim Buchen das Zimmer, das als barrierefrei gekennzeichnet ist ausgewählt. Wir haben ein Zimmer bekommen, das eingerichtet war wie ein Pflegeheim- oder Krankenhauszimmer. Sehr steril und ungemütlich.

• Sebastien Martineau (10/5): Notre court séjour fut agréable, plaisant, efficace, tranquille et confortable. Merci! - La dimension de la chambre était adéquate. Généralement propre, décore et design récent minimaliste et sobre. Le déjeuner était très bon et variés. La toilette était de bonne taille et il y avait un espace tablette (au sec) pour y déposer les vêtements de rechange propre et sec et son kit de toilette. La TV est dans le chemin, elle empiète trop sur l'espace de la circulation devant les lits ce qui fait qu'on se cogne souvent les épaules sur la TV en passant devant. Le système de climatisation et ventilation est difficile à calibrer pour trouver la température adéquate et parfois bruyant. Exemple: Lorsqu'on met la température à 22*C on gèle quand même dans la chambre. Ensuite les grilles de ventilation et de l'unité de climatisation étaient très sales et poussiéreuses. En parlant de ventilation, il n'y a pratiquement aucune extraction d'air dans la salle de bain ou elle est trop faible (d'ailleurs c'est le même cas au IBIS Centre-ville d'Édimbourg. Il serait bien d'avoir un ventilateur extracteur d'humidité dans les salles de toilettes pour extraire la vapeur de la douche et favoriser l'extraction des mauvaises odeurs. Comme dans la majorité des hôtels, il manque toujours des crochets dans la suite et dans les toilettes. Finalement, je ne comprends pas pourquoi c'est souvent le cas en Europe que les interrupteurs de lumières sont souvent à l'extérieurs des pièces plutôt à l'intérieur. La nuit quand quelqu'un se lève pour aller aux toilettes, il doit allumer les lumières avant de fermer la porte se qui réveille à chaque coup son collègue, ami ou partenaire de la chambre. c'est désagréable et mal pensé dans les petits espaces serrés tel que cette petite suite d'hôtel. Merci de votre attention, sachez que c'est une critique constructive afin de vous aider à améliorer votre service et vos établissements. À ce niveau d'excellence dont vous ALLCOR et IBIS vous êtes rendus, les petits détails font toute la différence pour se démarquer de vos compétiteurs. ;)
