Rubiele (1/5): Fui roubada dentro do hotel e o hotel não fez nada sobre isso - Localização Minha experiência neste hotel foi extremamente decepcionante. Durante minha estadia, fui roubada em 200 dólares dentro do hotel. Assim que percebi o ocorrido, procurei a equipe imediatamente, fiz a reclamação formalmente e preenchi todo o formulário solicitado. O mais frustrante foi a falta total de suporte e retorno da gerência. Mesmo após relatar um problema tão sério, ninguém entrou em contato comigo, não recebi atualização, explicação ou qualquer posicionamento sobre o caso. A sensação é de completo descaso com a segurança e com os hóspedes. Esperava muito mais responsabilidade e atenção diante de uma situação tão grave. Infelizmente, não me senti segura nem respeitada como cliente.

Minye (9/5): Tutto sommato un soggiorno piacevole, lo staff è molto disponibile - Vicinanza al centro congressi e al waterfront. Di giorno, quando c’è luce, si può camminare nella zona. Di sera anche, se in compagnia. Gli asciugamani, nonostante fossero stati messi per terra/ per terra nella doccia, non sono stati cambiati ma ripiegati e rimessi al loro posto! Solo dopo, su sollecitazione, ci sono stati cambiati.

Breakfast is good, although it could be improved. There was no closet for our clothes in the room. The breakfast feels dull with the same food options if you stay more than 2 nights.

Só se atentem quando estiver escrito “Cabana” na reserva de vcs, que quer dizer que o quarto é sem janela, nós ficamos de boa o quarto é grande e confortável. Talvez quem tenha claustrofobia não curta , mas tínhamos opção de trocar lá na hora.Limpeza é feita todos os dias sem custo, café da manhã é excelente e a localização é muito boa tbm. Eu poderia dizer do chuveiro que não era ruim e sim, menos pressão que o Onomo de Joanesburgo, mas é uma ducha top tbm.

Theo (8/5): Schönes, sicheres Hotel an der Waterfront - Es sehr schönes Hotel an der Waterfront. Das Frühstück ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben uns immer sicher gefühlt. Kleine Mankos: Wir musste sehr früh auschecken um zum Flughafen zu kommen. Es gibt ein Lunchpaket, für das man am Vorabend entsprechend aussuchen kann. Leider war es dann am Morgen nicht vorbereitet. Der nette Rezeptionist hat uns dann auf die schnelle eines gepackt. Außerdem hatten wir über die Rezeption einen Flughafentransfer gebucht. Der war auch pünktlich da, musste aber angeblich noch von einem anderen Hotel Gäste abholen. Hat dann vor einem anderen Hotel im Finanzdistrikt geparkt, den Motor laufen lassen und ist ausgestiegen, um die Gäste zu holen. Nach etwa 15 Minuten (wir waren wegen unseres Fluges schon ein bisschen nervös) ist er zurück gekommen und meinte, dass es ein Missverständnis war und er doch keine anderen Gäste holen muss. Am Flughafen könnte er dann nicht mal rausgeben, da er kein Bargeld dabei hatte. Interessant war aber, dass er später für einen Mitarbeiter bei den Kofferwagen schon Bargeld hatte...

O quarto tem janela de vidro sem a possibilidade de abrir, o que dá uma sensação de sufoco mesmo tendo ar condicionado. Pedi para trocar o quarto e foram solicitos , mas teremos que esperar algum que tenha janela que abre, vagar. Outra dica é observar que há quartos com frigobar e outros não .

Tivemos que fazer um upgrade. O quarto cabana não tem janela. Então, quando mudamos para o 2 andar o quarto ficou excelente.

Renata (5/5): foi boa, mas não me hospedaria lá novamente. - Gostei do atendimento, funcionários bem atenciosos. O café da manhã era bom. Não ter uma janela no quarto. Meu quarto só tinha paredes, nenhuma janela, nenhum vidro, ainda que não pudesse ser aberto, havia apenas uma cortina de cada lado da porta para simular a existência de janelas. Então além de não ter nenhuma luz natural, para quem tem claustrofobia como eu, isso é apavorante. Também não gostei do banheiro que era inteiro de vidro, ou seja, sem nenhuma privacidade e claro também sem janela.

Not much wardrobe space (fine if you're happy living out of your suitcase as i was)
Anja (9/5): Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut und Lage super - Wir haben uns für dieses Hotel wegen der Lage zur Waterfront entschieden. Es war eine sehr gute Entscheidung. Wir konnten auch abends von der Waterfront zum Hotel laufen und haben uns nicht unsicher gefühlt. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr lecker und umfangreich. Abendessen war ebenfalls lecker und Preis günstig. Wir mussten nicht vorbestellen für das Essen. Das keine Parkplätze für das Auto vorhanden sind, war überhaupt kein Problem. Wir haben öfters auf der Straße direkt vor dem Hotel geparkt. 1x mussten wir das Parkhaus nutzen, wo wir aber über das Hotel einen günstigeren Preis (65 ZAR pro Tag) erhalten haben. Wir würden wegen der Lage immer wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Zimmer war sauber und groß. Wir hatten sogar einen Balkon.
