- Sharon (4/5): Will not be using facility again - The staff were very unprofessional for both shifts. Dress was not appropriate for the position. I requested for clean towels and my room to be straightened while we were away in meetings and the staff said okay. I came back that evening after 5 and nothing had been done. When I checked out the next morning (two-night stay) and asked why my room wasn't cleaned and toiletries replaced, she stated they only did that for four or more nights. There was only one wash cloth and two towels, and I was expected to use those for my stay. I will look at another facility next time I am in the area for work. We will be in the area for work several times over the next year. Front desks help really needs to be trained. I do not like being called "hun" and I walked out with a co-worker and one of the front desk ladies stated she "needed a drink and it's only 4 o'clock." I just looked at her and kept walking.

- Jill (10/5): Probably one of the best places to stay in Oak Ridge! - Comfortable bed, clean linens, well equipped gym, and good breakfast. Room was a little tight with the kitchen at the entry and next to the closet. Ran out of pool towels and the pool was very chlorinated which burned our eyes while swimming.
- cfA3494JX (2/5): Horrible!!!!! Do not stay here!!! - I wish there was a way to give negative stars. Filthy room, overwhelming bad smell that kept us awake and bed that felt like a rock. Asked for a new room or a cleaning. No other room available. They promised a cleaning and a portable air cleaner. We returned to our room to find our beds were made but the room still dirty. And the air cleaner? Yeah. It was a can of Lysol left for us on the counter. Went and bought cleaners and cleaned it ourselves because we had no other options and we were in town for work. We are loyal Marriott customers and usually choose to stay at a Marriott property if it is available. But we will never stay in this one again.

- Cory (8/5): My stay was only 1night, so I wasn't able to use most amenities, but my room was very comfortable - I loved the free breakfast. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was very comfortable I didn't like spending an extra 100$ for my dog.

But above all, I would like to thank and acknowledge the great receptionist April. She had been amazing helping me out for laundry, and welcoming us with the biggest smile. It really makes a difference when you come from 7 hours drive.

- Michael (8/5): - Have no complaints about the hotel itself. Everything was 5 star about the hotel itself. My only disappointment was whomever was staying in the room above us was absolutely rude and very inconsiderate. We stayed for 7 nights and 4 of those nights were to say the least inconceivable. It sounded like a wrestling match was going on that lasted for 5 or 6 hours straight for 4 of the nights. After whomever was staying on top of us left, the rest of our stay was quite pleasant. Overall, the hotel was clean, safe and staff were polite and friendly.

- adriennef (10/5): Very clean and comfortable - Clean and comfortable. Updated rooms with very nice walk in shower and adjustable shower head. Comfortable bed. Quiet on a Saturday night. I never heard a peep from the hall. Room for nice and dark without light coming in from the hall. Appliances were also clean and nice. We didn't use them, but they were in great condition.

We travel with our dog so I asked for high floor at the end of the corridor so not to hear noise passing the room! The room we got was perfect! The rooms are huge 2 queen beds , table, full size fridge! Great for a family or couple! They have a free breakfast! Today it was little quiches, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal with all the fixens, waffle maker, toast, English muffins, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice coffee! Lots of seating for breakfast with tv ! They have a nice pool! Great out door seating with bbq area! Rooms very clean! Staff fabulous from check in Renee to check out April! We usually stay right on 40West but this is about 8 miles off of it we decided to try something new and no regrets!! We will stay here in our drive back home too! Great grass walking area for dogs! Hotel has no dog odors at all! There are some great restaurants near there we love Knoxvilles own Aubrey’s farm to table restaurant 1 mile away! Filet bites yum! Buttermilk chicken breast yum!

Ran out of breakfast food early….got to breakfast a little after 8 (supposed to be open until 9) and no more eggs of any type and etc and weren’t making more..starting cleaning up and shutting down about 8:30…. Room way too small for luggage. Cute room but not very functional. Had no luggage racks so had to use food stool …: Front desk staff not able to answer general questions about the area or general Oak Ridge into…:have them read a book!! Or see the movie Oppenheimer!

- 992devinw (10/5): Great Stay! - Stayed here two nights in mid-June. The location is great, and the staff were very friendly. The room was nice, and the A/C worked exceptionally well after two long days in the heat. The parking lot is awkwardly shaped, but that is only a minor quibble. Would definitely stay here again.

- Mariam (6/5): - Being that you book on Expedia, you end up getting the worst room and the dirtiest and rooms that have never been occupied. The rooms were hot. They had a stitch to it. Bold in the bathrooms. I feel that when you pay 20 bucks less on Expedia, you end up getting rooms that are nasty.

The room was a litle small and cramped but not unbearably so, I expected more for the price. Limited TV station options (streaming was also available but again, limited. If they're going to install apps, why not offer more than Netflix and Amazon?)

- Richard (8/5): - There was a major problem at check-in in that my reservation in the hotel system did not match what I'd booked on Expedia. While I showed them the reservation on my Expedia account, they said there was nothing they could do as the hotel was completely booked. While I was trying to find out how to call Expedia (which is impossible, of course), another guest who had booked a bigger room than he needed agreed to switch rooms; so I was able to stay there. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

- staciam108 (10/5): Friendly Staff & Clean Rooms - My family stayed here for a long weekend for a mountain bike race at Windrock and it was great. Our suite had a kitchenette that was perfect for simple meals. The room was clean and modern. Gym looked nice. Too cold to swim, but pool area was cute. Breakfast was pretty average.

- M933VRkathrynl (10/5): Good experience - We stayed in the handicapped room -- plenty of space. Full kitchen with two burner stove, full size refridgerator, microwave, dishes, etc. for four. It had a sitting area alongside the bed. Since it was designed for people with handicaps, it had a floor easy for a wheelchair and a specially equipped shower. The breakfast was on the ordinary side and they clean up promptly at 10.

- Nancy (8/5): - We loved the hotel and our room. The rooms are awesome. The ONLY thing we didn’t like were the two dogs that were in the room right above us. All night long every night we could hear them running around playing with some type of toy. They never barked, but we could hear them playing all through the night. Barking dogs are the reason we will never stay at the Double Tree anymore, so we were really hoping this would be our new favorite hotel.

- Scott (8/5): Incredible service and accommodations - I was as pleased by this hotel experience than any other hotel I’ve stayed at in years. While the accommodations exceeded expectations, it was the exceptionally thoughtful service, (especially from Kat) and the disability accommodations. Kat, and staff, made us feel welcome and like any other customer. My disabled family member is still happy about her time at hotel.
- Luckygirl42 (10/5): Absolutely wonderful - Hotel is excellent. Wonderful quite location. Some of the most amazing staff. The rooms are some of the most beautiful I have seen. Breakfast isn't the best but does change daily. Breakfast staff makes up for lacking food.
