Magdalena (10/5): - Hotel położony nad jeziorem z widokiem na szczyty górskie. Piekne widoki, wysoki standard. Spa wraz z sauną w budynku tuż nad jeziorem. Personel sympatyczny i pomocny. Duży , wygodny parking naziemny przed hotelem.
Stephan (9/5): - Super Lage. Gute Erreichbarkeit mit Auto, Bus und Schiff. Schönes Hotel. Sauna-Haus klein und fein mit Direktzugang zum See. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Restaurant mit eher kleiner Karte, dafür sehr fein. Nasszelle ist in die Jahre gekommen und eher klein. Toilette ist sehr eng.

The room was fantastic (with a bath which I really loved), the view…!! Dinner and breakfast was excellent as well and the staff very friendly and helpful, as well as „happy“, actually smiling at you and being very attentive! There was honestly nothing that I didn‘t like!

patricia (8/5): - Localização e a vista do hotel são perfeitas É um hotel antigo, mas tem uma academia legal, spa, playground para as crianças e o nosso quarto era novo, acredito que tenha sido reformado recentemente. Nosso quarto tinha um espaço bom e o banheiro também era bem novo e o chuveiro muito bom. Acho que poderia melhorar os travesseiros e a cama, não eram muito confortáveis E o café da manhã que poderia ser melhor e ter mais opções.

ana (9/5): L’hôtel est plein de charme, le personnel est chaleureux, le restaurant propose des plats délicieux. - Le personnel était très accueillant et agréable. Le restaurant propose des plats succulents, nous avons dinner deux soirs de suite. Le petit déjeuner était très bien avec beaucoup de choix et qualité.Les lits étaient vraiment confortables. Le Spa n’était pas pratique, il est dans le hangar à bateau et il faut traverser l’hôtel en peignoir et aller à l’extérieur, pas de vestiaire, trop de monde, aucun personnel sur place, le jacuzzi était à l’extérieur mais difficile d’y aller et être nu, la nudité qui est exigée peut poser problème à certaines personnes. Il y avait un bio sauna de 2 places, un sauna d’une capacité de environ 8 personnes et un hammam pour 3 personnes. Nous n’étions pas à l’aise.

Tiina (9/5): The sauna with the view is magical - The Finnish sauna with the view over Thunersee towards 'the big three' is really as magical as it the photos. The restaurant served nice food at dinner. The double bed is two twin beds together. The decoration of the rooms is a bit old, but not really an issue for us, especially as they are clearly well maintained.

Notre chambre, spacieuse et parfaitement entretenue, disposait d’un balcon offrant une très belle vue, dont nous avons pleinement profité. Un détail appréciable : peignoirs et pantoufles étaient mis à disposition pour accéder confortablement au spa. Le dîner au restaurant fut délicieux, une véritable découverte culinaire. Seule petite surprise : une simple carafe d’eau facturée 5 CHF. Cela mis à part, nous avons été conquis par l’expérience et envisageons déjà de revenir. À noter également, l’excellente insonorisation des chambres qui garantit un repos optimal.

Room service was impressively fast. The hotel restaurant was also excellent all the staff were polite, cooperative, and always smiling. Special thanks to Chantal for her classy attitude and for her kindness . Ruth (8/5): Gut! - Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Hotelpark, den See und die Berge im Hintergrund. Der Spa-Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr schön gestaltet - man kann aus der Sauna quasi gleich in den See springen. Das Zimmer, in dem wir waren, ist etwas altmodisch. Für den Parkbereich gab es keinen Getränke- usw. -service.

Sauna war auch toll, aber wir hatten schönes Wetter, daher nur einmal drin gewesen zwecks der tollen Sicht geniesen. Wir haben spontan für eine Nacht gebucht und wollten gerne noch eine Nacht bleiben, war dann aber leider voll. Somit aber klar, schön da sonst wärs nicht so gewesen!

Harun (1/5): Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. - Kahvaltısı fena değildi Aile odası olmadığı için 4 kişilik ailem için 2 oda tutmuştum. Aile olduğumuz belliydi ve yan yana 2 oda olacağını düşünmüştüm. Yan yana olmadığı gibi biri 2. Kat diğeri 4. Kattaydı. Resepsiyonist kadın bu konuda çok duyarsızdı ve bize kötü davrandı. Türk olduğumuz için aşağılandığımız hissine kapıldık. Ailemin bu şekilde bölüneceği en azından yakın oda konusunda yardımcı olunmasını istediğimde hiç empatik değildi ve çok katı ve kabaydı.

Travis (9/5): Great, quirky, and a magnificent view - The view is world-class Everything was great. More funny than annoying, but the bartenders seemed stumped on every drink order - even when I ordered the "Parkhotel Favorite" off the menu. I ordered that three times (to make it easy on them) and received two different drinks. All drink orders were a basically a surprise. ;)
Stauffiger (8/5): Tolles Haus an toller Lage, das hoffentlich bald seinen verdienten Refresh erhält :-) - Das Haus und die Lage sind wunderschön. Ebenfalls der Garten sowie dessen Einrichtung. Das Frühstück war sehr fein und das Personal sehr freundlich. Innen im Haus ist leider alles ziemlich veraltet. Die Möbel und die Deco sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Schade für dieses wunderbare Haus. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers (Nr. 36) war sehr bieder und alt mit Spannteppich. Das war für mich etwas enttäuschend und stimmt nicht mit dem doch eher hohen Preis überein.

Lysiane (8/5): Une vue à couper le souffle ! - La gentillesse du personnel. Le magnifique parc juste au bord du lac avec une vue incroyable. Le restaurant : cuisine delicieuse. Le petit-déjeuner. La taille de la chambre. La déco de la chambre n'est plus trop au goût du jour.
