• Gina (10/5): Perfect Stay - The location was perfect. It was a short walk to all the places we wanted to visit. The Timeout Market is around the corner in the Bento Station. The Mercado do Bolhoa is 10 minutes walking. The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well designed with lots of storage, a desk and a big bathroom offering some storage for toiletries. Breakfast was more than ample with all kinds of sweet and savory options and very good coffee including cappuccino, I would stay here again. Everything was Perfect

• Sheikhamir (8/5): - Удобное расположение в центре города, приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Просторный номер, чистый. Просторная ванная- туалетная комната. Отлично работающий душ. 1. Странный запах в номере, как будто оплавилась оплетка провода. Может это из кондиционера? Неприятный запах. 2. Половина площади номера покрыта керамогранитом и пол холодный, а тапочек в номере нет. 3. Отсутствие шкафа для одежды, при том, что площадь номера позволяет встроить шкаф.

• Jan (7/5): Nice hotel conveniently located for the price. - Location was great. Breakfast was okay and made it easy to get started for the day. More than 2 coffee pods for in room use during a 4 night stay. Breakfast options were the same everyday. Room AC was controlled by the front desk and had to be “over-rided” if you wished the room temp cooler. It would cut off and get hot.

Algumas partes dos moveis do quarto não estavam totalmente limpos, mas não comprometeu a estadia. Não é de responsabilidade do hotel, porém, a região central da cidade está com muitas de obras o que dificulta um pouco a caminhada pelas ruas.

• Alexandra (9/5): Un sejur foarte plăcut, cu servicii excelente și o atmosferă primitoare. - Am primit exact camera din poze, foarte curată și bine întreținută. Procesul de a comanda micul dejun în cameră a fost simplu și convenabil, chiar dacă rezervarea nu includea această opțiune. Iluminarea a fost excelentă, datorită mai multor surse de lumină amplasate la diferite înălțimi. Personalul a fost extrem de amabil și atent – într-una dintre zile a fost ziua mea, iar la întoarcerea în cameră am găsit un mesaj drăguț, însoțit de o prăjitură și o băutură. De asemenea, locația este foarte bine poziționată. Izolarea fonică nu este foarte bună, astfel că se pot auzi zgomote din camerele alăturate.

• Marie (10/5): Fantastic hotel in a great area - The room was excellent, spacious and comfortable. I was delighted to receive a mothers day gift of a bottle of bubbly from my daughter, which the staff set up lovely in the room with a message. The staff were lovely and always accommodating. The shower was fantastic and the bathroom area was spacious with beautiful stocked shampoo and shower gel. The lounge area is great to relax in and have a drink after a busy day. The hotel is situated in a great area close to Rua das Flores and other tourist attractions. Close proximity to great restaurants and cafes. I would highly recommend staying in this hotel. Thank you for a lovely three days. Having to pay extra for coffee pods. The coffee pods are not refreshed and you have to request these at a cost of 1.50 euros per pod.

• Ian (10/5): Excellent three night stay in Porto Royal Bridges Hotel - First class hotel perfectly located in the centre of Porto. The room, although quite small, was immaculately presented. The hotel has a boutique feel and the staff were very helpful. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Only the sink. It was a bit of a nonsense with no plug. A really minor quibble.
• Aleksandar (6/5): - Only location. Unfortunately, apart from the good location, nothing about this hotel met our expectations. First, we were given room 206, where we found a double bed only 140 cm wide. We immediately requested a change. Then we were given room 501, which was so small that we could barely squeeze between the wall with the TV mounted on it and the bed, which was larger than the one in room 206. There was no wardrobe in the room for storing clothes, only a few hangers. The breakfast was decent.

• elaine (10/5): Very nice hotel in privileged location. - Lovely well managed hotel. Everything was fresh and clean. I would definitely stay there again. Server at breakfast was a bit slow in collecting dirty dishes, but was responsive when asked.
• Ali (9/5): It's not the best hotel I've ever stayed in, but it's one of the best. - It's very close to the bridge and train station, in the city center. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was quite large. I liked that there was a minibar in the room. There was complimentary water and coffee. Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide slippers in the room as they themselves stated. I left my belongings on top of the cupboard where the mini-safe is located, and I think it hasn't been dusted at all.

The toilet, shower, and sink were thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast offered a wide choice of options including cooked items, cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, nuts, fruit, yogurt, lactose-free dairy, pastries, and cakes.
