- Bin Manja Maideen (5/5): 4 out of 5 - The room was ok, staff are also ok. I was not comfortable with my stay overall. The property is located in a secluded area with no nearby facilities, which made it inconvenient as I had to take a cab for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is also no in-house breakfast available, which added to the inconvenience. That said, the room itself was fine and met my expectations. However, due to the location and lack of accessibility to basic necessitates, this will be a no for me in future travel to Klang.

- Leong (10/5): Great location, great staff, clean environment - The location was walking distance from AEON Klang mall, which made it very easily accessible and convenient. There were also other restaurants within walking distance too. Furthermore, there is housekeeping who would check if you'd like the condiments refilled as well. So far I have no issues nor nothing to complain about. The staff were very accommodating, very friendly and helpful. The space was very clean as well and well maintained. It was also very safe and peaceful.

- April (8/5): Lovely stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and surroundings. - I liked how it was so close to the shopping mail mail , staff were friendly. It was clean and tidy. No swimming pool.
- Suzie (10/5): Good experience - I have book this hotel since last year through booking.com. Clean room, the air-con is cooling, location is good. For a couple to stay 1 or 2 night at this hotel, the room size is just nice. If can, the lift at the car park don't lock after 10pm. So time, when go out with friend, we may stay out slightly longer time. Then we need to go to the first floor and then go down to carpark to unlock the door from inside.

- Liu (3/5): 我是你們的常客希望你能秉持之前那麼好的品質呈現給客人因為就是喜歡所以連續住了15天 - 連續住15天衛浴設備給得很充足衛生紙毛巾櫃檯都會一直提供 因為連續住15天在打掃方面很潦草其實我們客人住、都知道如果只住個兩天每天都打掃得很乾淨可能飯店也知道我們要住15天打掃人員只是蜻蜓點水尤其是為一間的馬桶15天好像都沒有刷過這個我就不發照片了、牆壁也都發黴沒有刷但是衛浴設備是給得很齊全這一點是不可否認的有看到老闆本來要跟老闆反應…............因為當時還住在飯店所以不好意思開口

- Yang (6/5): Near to Aeon, but not worth it. - 1. The property is very clean, room was clean and comes with all necessities, hot shower is good. 2. 24 hours security and counter staffs are there, which is good. 3. Walking distance to Aeon Bukit Tinggi and further walk can reach KTM station. 4. Wifi is fast and stable. 1. We chose this stay because of it's location, thinking that it will be convenient, just opposite Aeon, and bus to airport. However, it's quite disappointing. The bus only departs every 2 hours, and it couldn't match our time both coming and going. We hire a grab anyway. 2. Other than Aeon, there's nothing. Not even a convenient store, no laundry, very limited restaurants choices. When Aeon is close, from 10pm-10am, basically the hotel itself has no access to many necessities. You need to walk 10-15 minutes to commercial area opposite, which I don't think is safe at night. 3. Staffs are very basic. Upon check in, not much information given. Just very basic service. We find the wifi password ourselves, we find out how to ask for drinking water ourselves. 4. One bad thing is that the walk-in rate, clearly written in front of the counter is RM175 per night, way cheaper than what I got here in booking.com (RM200++). Huge disappointment. After seeing that, I don't think the stay worth it.

- Anton (7/5): Overall, a very pleasant hotel. - Canvas Hotel was generally very nice. The rooms were large and comfortable, with a big bed, a spacious bathroom, and clean sheets. The hotel was quiet, and the service was helpful. Overall, a very good experience. A small point, but only one bottle of water was provided, and we had to go downstairs each time to get more. Providing two bottles in the room would make the stay more comfortable.

- Suzie (10/5): Overall, I like staying there for a short trip. - The room is clean, front staff friendly. Location in central. Easy to go to my require location the door at the basement car park is closed after 10pm. we need to go up to level 1 and take a lift down to open the door for the driver to come in. Recommend to closed the door after 12am.
