• Marshall (10/5): Great place to stay to see the best of Cape Town - The location in Green Point is just what you need if you want to walk across the park for breakfast at the Newport cafe, followed by a walk along the promenade to either the waterfront shopping area or in the other direction to the swimming pool. Good choice of restaurants nearby, I’d recommend the Istanbul in Seapoint, no alcohol but we managed without, in Green Point we enjoyed Mano’s also a short walk away, both around 15 minutes. The apartment had all the essentials, good shower, comfortable bed, good settee and we made good use of the sun terrace. There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property which was very well presented. The odd loud car passing when we had the window open but this wasn’t noticed through the night

Very attentive and we arrived to a super clean apartment with - The owners were very thoughtful in how they set up the place, providing everything needed, with lovely touched like fresh flowers, chocolate and wine, to welcome us. Also very attentive and checked in on us, which was appreciated It was noisy due to being so close to the main road, so could not sleep with windows open, and even with them closed, it was noisy when the road was busy.

Had an issue with no keys on arrival and internet was down- the host quickly came and sorted out the situation and gave us a bottle of wine to apologise- very kind. Could do with a little more cleaning in the shower area. Mattress really needs replacing. Big dip in the middle. I’d add some real plants around to make the flat more homely rather than plastic. Just a personal feeling. We stayed in another flat in the block that was so much more stylish and fresh.

• Claes-olof (7/5): We like the building and have stayed there before, but we will not go back to this appartment. - The apartment was very clean and was cleaned once a week. The parking was very good and very safe! There was no AC in the bedroom. Only two washing tablets (among other things)were provided for three weeks stay. We just occasionally got information on load shedding, even if we phoned! Therefore difficult to arrange work and meetings. There were NO instructions to anything at all! When we the first day asked why the television did not work, we got the answer: It is out of order after all tenants leave. So why don't you check it, before tenants arrive?
