• Kat AAA (7/5): Cozy & clean, with some details to improve - The check-in was very smooth. The host picked up the phone when I had some questions and was very nice. The apartment I was staying in was cozy and clean, with a comfy bed — just don't count on the view or direct sunlight, as it overlooked the bins in the inner yard. I really appreciated the heated towel rails and a big shelf in the bathroom, where you can lay out your cosmetics comfortably. There are some details that could have been improved, like the missing salt and pepper in the kitchen or the shower curtain that kept moving inward as you showered, so you inevitably made a puddle. The bigger issue (and that's obviously something all of the landlords in the building have to solve collectively) is cigarettes. Someone was smoking *daily and frequently* in another apartment throughout the entire week, and the smoke was traveling through the ventilation system into the bathroom and subsequently into the studio.

• Damian (5/5): Na tą chwilę szukałbym czegoś w obrębie Krakowa z darmowym parkingiem z dobrym połączeniem do rynku. - lokalizacja Łazienka, trochę brudna, zasłonka w prysznicu jak z PRL, można było zrobić to trochę lepiej typu toaleta na ścianie z damą z łasiczka a obok tego szyba do prysznica, dodatkowo pozbyć się tego wystającego progu z płytek. Kto tak wgl robi.... płytki pod kątem i byłoby super. Dodatkowo w łazience i pokoju powinien być zapach jakiś niestety ze względu na pokój na parterze z rur było czuć nieprzyjemny zapach, dopiero po własnym posprzątaniu łazienki było znośnie, grzejnik nigdy nie czyszczony tony kurzu, o odpływie nie wspomnę ale tego juz nie ruszałem bo się bałem, toaleta już żółta... warto kupić nawet Cillit Bang 750ml Spray Wybielanie i Higiena biały daje radę z takimi przypadkami i na pewno lepiej by to wyglądało... Warto nadmienić że cena parkingu w KRK już nie jest to 60zł tylko 120zł za dobę i płatne także w niedziele :)
• Paulina (5/5): Lokalizacja na plus, reszta niekoniecznie - Super lokalizacja, blisko i do starego miasta i do Kazimierza, Żabka i świetna kawiarnia tuż za rogiem Nie było zbyt czysto, widok z okna był dosłownie na śmietniki, parking jest ale miejski, więc ciężko znaleźć miejsce i kosztuje 5zl za godzinę, sam lokal to mikro kawalerka
• Tim (9/5): We did enjoy our stay and the apartment was in a good location very close to local amenities and train station - Good location to the Old Town, clean, well presented & comfortable. A bit tight space wise, accessing the bed was difficult from both sides. The main entrance door was initially difficult to open and needed force to do so (we thought the entrance code was wrong until we realised the door needed force to open)

• Audrey (5/5): Chambre très bruyante et pas très agréable - chambre assez propre, facile d’accès et bien située Chambre au rez-de-chaussée très bruyante, à côté de l’ascenseur (bruit terrible à chaque utilisation) et vue sur les poubelles avec le bruit des éboueurs qui manipulent les poubelles dans les escaliers : réveillés a 6h du matin par les poubelles… et par la fenêtre: vue sur des poubelles qui débordent : les rideaux sont restés tirés pendant tout le sejour. Par ailleurs, il y a un fer à repasser mais pas de table à repasser : pas pratique.
• Csaba (7/5): Very good location for party people - The apartmant is located in a very great place, the central market is within a 10 min walk. Good equipments, bed is OK, Wifi is great, around there is a lot of shops untilk 23 oclock. Very huge house wirh several apartmants to rent, and this is very close to the elevetar, so one must be a good sleeper not to wake up during the nights to hear others arrivening home from the party. Bathroom can be more equippped.

• Anna (7/5): Good - The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, too. The room was on the ground floor and the only window was to the backyard where the trash container for the whole building were suited. We couldn't really open the window or the curtains.
• Kestutis (9/5): Very good - Very good location, very clean apartments, comfortable bed, TV has Netflix and Youtube premium. There's no AC just a fan, when you open the window there are trash containers and you can hear when somebody throws the trash out. We missed the cover for the pan.

• Wiktor (6/5): Loved Krakow and will be back - The location was excellent for the train service, in particular to Auschwitz and to the salt mines, Wieliczko. Also, good for the Old Town. The accommodation felt safe. The location and neighborhood felt safe, and was overall nice. We got used to the accommodation, and for the price was very fair. The pictures were cleverly taken and did not quite represent the available space. The graffiti outside was worrying, I appreciate this is difficult to deal with, we got used to it, it could have been much worse. The air conditioning (not serviing this property) outside the window was noisy some of the time. The bins outside of the window were undesirable and could be smelt at times when the window was opened. When clean and tidy it was acceptable. Standing on the bins could give access to the accommodation should the window be left open at night. The shower was blocked with hair, and overflowing, we cleared this vet easily, easy to overlook if the visitors do not report the problem.

Also awful view from the window at bins overflowing with rubbish. The water in the bathroom cannot dry quickly. Towels should be white.

• Beat (7/5): If was a good one. - I liked the location, design of very little apartment. Bad was comfortable. Very friendly housekeeping. Great location. It is very easy to find a parking spot. The bathroom could have had been cleaner (black mold under the shower and in the toilet)z The carpet should be vacuumed. Rather I missed the information where I can go for breakfast. Furthermore I missed at least two towels as for two people it should be foreseen at least one for hands and one to clean the dishes. Rather next to windows are trash cans and so the view from the window is ugly and secondly it is smelly. Rather the AC next door works most of the night and is very loud as it belongs to the restaurant.

• David (3/5): Apartment to be avoided but krakow deserves a visit - Location. THAT IS ALL. Bed linen was far too small for bed. Only one pillow per person and far too soft. Only one bedside lamp per person. Chair leg collapsed under my husband’s weight of 72 kg. Not enough soap in bathroom containers. Large shower head spraying everywhere. Basic cleaning and equipment. Only one medium towel per person. VIEW ONTO LARGE RUBBISH DUMP IN COURTYARD. Bins overfilling with contents of all sorts. A DUMP to look at ….not acceptable. OVERPRICED . Disappointing!!!!

• Paige (10/5): Great stay for a short weekend - We had a great stay here, 2 girls sharing a double room and we found it great. Close to all local tourist attractions and clean and everything we needed. The staff were so helpful, let us have a late checkout and store our bags there as we had a late flight. Anything we needed they helped with. Would defo recommend and go again! We were on the first floor right by the lift so it was very noisy during the early hours of the night

• Steve (8/5): Enjoyable and comfortable - The apartment was very comfortable all be it smaller than we thought going by the photos. Location was excellent nice and quiet and only a short walk from the square. Stated there was ironing facilities but there was not, and no spare towels so we used the same two towels for 4 days. Minor complaints that wouldn’t stop me staying there again.
• Emily (7/5): Good - - Close to town, within walking distance (or close to the tram stop) - Other reviews state showing bins outside which is true but there was absolutely no smell that we could smell even with the window open - the kitchen had enough equipment/cooking utensils with oil and salt and pepper ect which helped to save money during our trip - comfortable bed - the room could be improved by being slightly cleaner - quiet dark during the day as not much natural light so during the day, you need all the lights on - the location is slightly different on maps, it took us down a side street which is wrong, which was annoying when arriving late at night and trying to find our way, for future guests help, it is on the main road next to the żabka convenience store and a beauty salon and across the road should be a large modern pizza shop attached to a hotel

No tea towels for drying dishes. A couple of hand towels to go with bath towels. Room next to elevator was a little disturbing, but overall very nice.

• Hilary (8/5): Comfortable studio, with 10/15 min walk into the Square. - lovely studio, like a home from home Very hard to find. Taxi dropped us off at the address (side road, cul-de-sac) but we couldn’t get into building. It was 10pm and dark & no sign for Welcome Apartments. We walked around the block and eventually after 30-mins found right door (trying the key code in all doors - couldn’t reach the owner - they did text the next morn to check all was ok). There is a Sol cafe on the corner & our studio was to the left of that (as you look at Cafe) - a few doors up after small supermarket. Again no sign that would indicate it’s Welcome Apartment, but these directions might be useful for future guests. Apartment is well equipped, though just one bath towel each for a 4-night stay. Could also do with a small towel for drying hands & a tea-towel. Coffee pods, teabags, sugar were supplied so that was a nice touch.
