The listing is clearly misleading, and I feel cheated. I strongly urge future guests to double-check before booking, and I request Booking.com to review such deceptive listings to protect customer trust. Ram (10/5): Very satisfying and pleasant stay in comfortable room - strongly recommend visitors to stay here - Very professional, firendly, welcoming staff at reception, in restaurant, large room, comfortable bed, nice location, walkable distance to clean beach, eateries and other site seeing places - thoroughly enjoyed the stay and strongly recommend tourists to stay in this wonderful facility There is really nothing to like about this wonderful facility with very accommodative, caring friendly staff taking care of our stay and even giving good luck departing sweet. Hotel management can be proud of all their wonderful staff.

Arpita (10/5): Exceptional - Very polite and helpful staff in all the departments starting from Frint office to House keeping and they made our stay really comfortable and smooth. We opted for the room with a pool and it was one of the best highlight of our stay. I would highly recommend choosing this optiin as the pool is maintained regularly. They also have a private shack at the beach which would serve tea/coffe/ beach towel and the staff there was very polite and accommodating. The buffet was great and so is the food price and quality. Ground floor rooms can be bit noisy in the morning.

Raghavendra (8/5): Very good - The property is good and has a pool attached to rooms on the ground floor. Restaurant food is good and tasty. Near Shri Jagannath Temple.. All washroom fixtures are old and look rusted. There are trees near the pool which makes it dirty , they should cover the pool with the net else it gets dirty in a couple of hours. The sofa in the bedroom had a bad smell.

Tanmaya (5/5): A day in Promod residency, Puri - The room " King size" is quite small against the name and photographs shown during booking. Entrance to rooms are narrow. Inside ambiance is fine. Cleanliness is 👍. The location is fine, and the food is average but bit costly. Many services promised like beach guides during booking/ pre-stay reservation not fulfilled. They promised the ⛱️ beach services and guides were not there in the morning. High cost of rooms and foods.

Leela (4/5): - Checkin did not offer welcome drink nor mentioned it. Overall staff responsiveness was lacking. Called room service at 6:00 AM for coffee and no one answered for a while. When it was answered we were told that they ran out of milk. First time I am hearing a hotel saying they do not have milk which is very basic.
Bhabani Shankar (8/5): Good hotel but slightly overpriced - Hotel was decent. Rooms were smaller for the amount you pay. Staff is courteous. Overall experience was good. Only thing is it's overpriced.

Surya Kiran (8/5): Great boutique hotel near Puri beach - The food was amazing at the restaurant. The rooms seemed smaller than what they looked like in pictures, but the pool access was quite sweet. The service staff were quite friendly including Jyoti from the front desk. Since Puri doesnt have a lot of 5 star properties, Pramod convention seemes like a great fit for people looking for quality and comfort.
