Banheiro com o ralo do box entupido e com falta de limpeza tinha até limbo nos azulejos e o espelho sujo toalhas sujas e com mal cheiro. Sacada parecia ate um salão de cabelo. Tinha muitos cabelos no chão. O quarto muito escuro com lâmpada queimada e a outra muito fraca . Enfim o apartamento nao corresponde em nada que promete. Fora que cobraram $ 15 dólares para poder deixar o carro na garagem! Cobrança que nao estava no anúncio. Me senti enganada!!! Decepcionada!!!!

• CLAUDIAFERNÁNDEZ (5/5): Departamento con excelente ubicación, pero con algunos problemas que dueño debe mejorar. - La ubicación del departamento es muy central y queda todo muy cerca. Lo que no me gusto, fue que el departamento estaba sucio al llegar, encontré hasta unas pestañas postizas en el suelo y el baño también estaba lleno de pelos en tina. La llave de lavaplatos no salia bien el agua, le faltaba repuesto y velador de lado izquierdo está pegado con silicona a punto de desarmarse. Y lo último, es que el cable no funcionaba bien, se veía muy megapixelado y no cargaban los canales.

• Marcus Vinicius (8/5): Localização excelente - A localização é ótima. Os funcionários da recepção são bem gentis. A vista do terraço é surreal. O apartamento é confortável. O anfitrião responde rápido e foi sempre muito atencioso. A única coisa é a limpeza que deixou a desejar. Utensílios da cozinha todos engordurados, a torradeira estava suja e tinha comida esquecida no micro-ondas. Seria interessante ter um rodo disponível também pq o banheiro vasa água para fora durante o banho.

• Omar (5/5): Will not come back - The location is very close to the Alameda Avenue and the La Moneda Palace. Very close to metro stations and public buses made it easy to move around Santiago Centro, Lastarria, Barrio Paris_londres and Providencia. When I arrived, I was greeted by the host assistant. I was overcharged more than what I paid here on Booking.com. I was not allowed to use any of the building amenities like laundry, gym, pool, or rooftop; things that I requested the property to have when I searched on booking.com. The Internet works ok for most days; however, the TV remote was not working too well and was hard to maneuver. The cooking pots were old and dirty. The place does not provide soap, shampoo or conditioner The mattress and the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

Scarsa pulizia, appartamento non rifornito adeguatamente e con elettrodomestici non funzionanti (vedi forno), manca chiusura di sicurezza nella porta di ingresso dell'appartamento, nonostante fossimo al nono piano si sentiva il rumore del traffico.

No frio, foi necessário mais cobertas e roupas de cama de frio, e havia esses extras no armário, e ajudou muito. A localização é fantastica, e apesar do centro ser uma região que pode gerar alguma insegurança, achei a região segura. Boa comunicação com o anfitrião. Os porteiros do prédio podem demorar pra abrir as vezes, e a noite, gera uma insatisfação. Necessita uma reforma nas gavetas do banheiro que estão soltas, nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Na descrição incluía itens de higiene pessoal, mas todos os dispensers estavam danificados e foi necessário comprá-los.

• Natasja Prior (5/5): Wouldn't book again cause of poor management of the apartment. - Spacious, had everything you needed. TV worked, nice with a fan. Great view of the city, both from the shower and terrace. Lacked hand soap in both the kitchen and the sink. The soap dispenser in the shower was broken, why one of them didn't work. The towels was kind of dirty. We accidentally locked us out from the apartment and forgot the key inside. When we wanted to reach out and get help from the owner, he either responded slowly or didn't reply at all. He didn't have a backup key nearby and the building couldn't help either. A very disappointing experience, since we stood outside for an hour, not knowing if we had to find a place to sleep somewhere else (mind you that we know, it was our fault - still poor safety net). Definitely should find an alternative way to get a spare key and be upfront about this possibility.

• Ruby (1/5): Irresponsible and rude host - The apartment is ok for my ~8 hours overnight stay. The host is terrible and not responsible. I contacted him 10 days in advance of my check-in that I would arrive the city at 9pm and would check out on the following early morning and asked for the payment details. He replied to me ok for completing the check in with me and would request payment at that night in the property. The check-in hour is 3pm but on the day I arrived the city, I found in the airport at night that the host sent me a message at 4pm for requesting for my email for PayPal payment before he would send me the self-checkin information. I am good to pay through PayPal but the host charged me 19% tax in which tourists paying in USD (in any form of payment) are exempted from this IVA. I explained and asked him to resend me a PayPal payment request at the correct amount without the IVA but he told me no tax “discount” unless I pay cash but he was unable to show up for cash collection. I don’t understand why I could not pay the PayPal without IVA (his payment link was in USD). He just ignored my question and didn’t respond. Until nearly 11pm in the building lobby, we needed the room so we paid the requested amount with his payment link. He then sent me the entrance information in 5 minutes. I had followed up this unexpected 19% payment with Booking.com customer service (CS) but CS told me that it had not received any response from the property for days.

Didn’t appear to have a full clean before we arrived, toilet bin not cleared. Shower smells a bit too, window also fully opens on the 29th floor. Wifi will only work in the bedroom, drops out in the lounge and kitchen.

Good location, close to the bus to and from the airport (about a 15 minute walk). It is beside a busy road so there is road noise, not too loud with the windows closed but quite loud if they're open.

El colchon hay q renovarlo, el descanso es lo primordial y en este caso fue malo. Falta algo de primera necesidad en gabinete de cocina como sal, aceite, azucar/ endulzante . Lo BASICO y necesario para salir de una situacion.

Ik voelde mij veilig in deze buurt. - geluid buiten en hal kan storend zijn - geen airco, wel ventilator - let wel, betalen bij aankomst, had dat even verkeerd begrepen (ik dacht bij vertrek) - door aantal kleine aanpassingen te doen (zoals kraan in keuken, voegen met schimmel), zou appartement aantrekkelijker zijn. Ik had appt 706, een studio, klein maar voor 1 persoon voldoende.

Por la aplicación aparecía un precio estimado, hablando y preguntando se acepto que pudiera pagar con moneda local (Pesos chilenos) y al hacer el pago el anfitrión primero dijo que era mejor en dólares y al llevarlo a pesos chilenos cobro una comision adicional ya que saco a un cambio exageradamente caro de Peso a Dólar, quedando un precio distinto al acordado inicialmente, NO RESPETANDO EL PRECIO DE BOOKING ESTABLECIDO. La persona uso como excusa que el banco le cobraría más caro al cambiar de dólar a peso. No recomiendo el lugar por el simple hecho de que no se respeto el precio acordado con anticipación. Uno va con un presupuesto y en ello va integrado el alojamiento. Trato informal y poco respetuoso con el turista.
