• GIOVANNI (8/5): - Vicino a Vaticano e si raggiungono facilmente Foro Italico e Stadio olimpico. Ottima la colazione nel vicino bar. Il TV dopo 10 minuti si spegneva. Va detto che hanno cercato più volte di sistemarlo. Forti odori nella reception.

• Paolo (9/5): Camera essenziale in una zona comoda e tranquilla. Gestore molto cordiale - Struttura in zona Ottaviano a dieci minuti a piedi dalla metro. Bella zona con tanti ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Comodo anche per il bus per il Foro Italico o lo stadio Olimpico. Il gestore Alberto è molto gentile e cordiale e rispende sempre ad eventuali richieste. E' permesso lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Colazione disponibile in un bar pasticceria a 50 metri in direzione della metro. Camera essenziale con bagno molto molto piccolo. Per completezza, ho visto al momento di ritirare i bagagli che un'altra stanza era di dimensioni più grandi soprattutto il bagno.

• Silvia (2/5): - Der Herr am Empfang Es gab Defekte im Badezimmer, beim Duschen kaltes Wasser. Schmutzige Handtücher wurden wieder zusammengelegt und als frische präsentiert. Es war staubig, das Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt, das Bett nicht gemacht. Lediglich die Mülleimer wurden geleert. Frühstück gab es von der Unterkunft entfernt in einem Cafe. Das Zimmer war laut, befindet sich gegenüber eine Markthalle.

• Christian (6/5): Good price for value - The location is good and the rooms are spacious. There is heating, so it’s comfortable even in the colder months. Overall, it offers good value for money. Everything could have been cleaned a bit better. There was quite a lot of dirt under the main bed. The water filter was dirty. The room could do with a bit of a refurbishment. Nothing terribly bad, but not perfect either. Could have been an 8

• Mimi Pauler (9/5): Kleine Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Vatican - Kleine private Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Vatican. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Schönes Stadtviertel mit einem super großen Markt für frische Sachen wie Gemüse, Fleisch, Fisch etc. Alberto ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber und die Kommunikation hat wunderbar geklappt.

• Kadi (9/5): Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. - The host was very friendly and helpful giving advice about where to go to eat, which transport to use etc. The location was very good for connections. Everything essential for comfortable stay was in the structure.

• Jose (3/5): Dont stay here!!! Worst host I ever seen - Near Vatican Museum, a market and local bus station - dirty toilets - the host gave me a small soap and one roll of toilet paper for 6 days. If you need more you should text him. The host is a micro manager. It Is easy purchase your things in the market. - the host is doing business near the Vatican but he can explain you what is happening in the Vatican, because he dont follow the church activities. - the host will give you one bath towel, one hand towel and one floor mat for 6 days. Non reasonable policy, not make sense. - the host will send you a mega list of policies the date before your arrival. You will not read this “book” of policies because you only want to enjoy your vacations - the host will enter to your room on a daily basis, but he will not change at least the floor towel. After 3 days with a dirty floor mat I took a floor towel from the towels open closet at the entrance. The host accussed me of stealing a towel. The towel was in the room (over the the bed). Im 63 years, for first time someone accussed me of stealing something. See photo - the host was so disrespecful just for a towel. - I worked in the hospitality business. I did not believe the attitude of this host and after I claim him I was in Rome to enjoy, not to discuss about a towel or $5EU the host said “Im not in the hospitality business because you are not in a hotel. What!!!’ - the bathroom smell bad - this property should be banned from Booking and related companies

• Katarzyna (9/5): Nic nadzwyczajnego, ale naprawdę przyjemnie - Śniadanie w formie kuponu do wykorzystania w kawiarni oddalonej o ok. 5 minut. Wliczone jakieś słodkie ciastko, np. croissant, i kawa lub sok ze świeżych pomarańczy. Pokój blisko ruchliwych ulic, ale w cichym miejscu, chociaż zawsze może się zdarzyć jakiś męczący samochód lub rozmawiający ludzie - okna nie są szczelne. Blisko do stacji metra (ok. 10 minut), więc wszędzie można dotrzeć bez problemu. Czysto. Pod domem targ - widać, że raczej dla miejscowych niż dla turystów, czyli kupicie to, co świeże i w przyzwoitej cenie.

• Sonia (10/5): Todo perfecto, únicamente que hace falta un poco mas de limpieza. - La temperatura de la habitación, la ubicación. El olor de las tuberías era fuerte, se iba porque ya te acostumbras. La limpieza de cada día no se hace, estiran la cama y poco más. Las toallas no huelen a limpio, no están sucias pero tienen un olor un tanto regular.

• Neacsu (9/5): A fost un sejur foarte frumos. - Locatia a fost aproape de metrou ,5 min pe jos, aproape de Vatican, de restaurante, piata cu legume ,fructe,lactate si preparate din carne specialitati italienesti exact langa noi , magazine .Micul dejun inclus l-am servit la o cafenea la distanta de 2 minute si consta intr-o cafea , capuccino sau ceai si un croissant cu diverse umpluturi (ciocolata neagra sau alba ,vanilie , fistic) foarte gustoase si personal foarte amabil.Mi-a placut ca se facea curat in fiecare zi. Aerul conditionat care facea caldura era cam pretentios dar a fost ok pana la urma. Gazda a avut grija sa rezolve orice problema iar noi ne-am simtit bine.

• Angelo (8/5): Ottima zona, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, a 2 passi da metro Ottaviano e al Vaticano. - La colazione al bar in un bar a 200 mt. Bevanda calda e un cornetto vari gusti. Molto buono. Il responsabile pur non potendo esserci quando c'eravamo è stato gentile disponibile e rapido in tutti i piccoli dettagli, la ns partenza alle 6.00 am, il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Efficace e gentile. La caldaia un po' piccola e l'acqua nelle ore di punta può risultare tiepida, ma il responsabile si è adoperato subito e non ci sono stati problemi.
• Ramon (9/5): Estancia agradable y tranquila. - Situado muy cerca del Vaticano y muy cerca a unos 300 mts. de la estación de metro Ottaviano. También cerca de Supermercados y de un supermercado que abre 24 horas. La recepción fue sensacional, total ayuda y amabilidad.
• Pasqualino (6/5): Ottima posizione per la visita del Vaticano - Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Ottima la posizione, a due passi dalla basilica di San Pietro e dai musei Vaticani. Assente il bidet anche se presente nella descrizione della camera prenotata. L'odore di fogna purtroppo non era leggero come in descrizione ma veramente forte e spesso insopportabile.
• AMELIE (7/5): Très bon emplacement et rapport qualité / prix - La proximité du Vatican et de la basilique St Pierre est vraiment top ! Il faudrait revoir les équipements de la salle de bain. La tige qui fixe le pommeau de douche ne tient pas, le sèche serviette pareil, les toilettes qui fuient …. Le point noir de la chambre.
• Joacim (8/5): En underbar vecka i Rom - Vi gillade läget, hyfsat lugnt område. Nära till många sevärdheter. Servicen/supporten, hade vi några frågor om Rom så var det bara att skriva till Alberto på Whatsapp så hjälpte han oss direkt med tips och rekommendationer. Det var guld värt!!! Det var lite charmigt att äta frukost på ett café på gatan bakom. Deras personal var också väldigt tillmötesgående.
• Philipp (8/5): Tolle Unterkunft in toller Lage - Die Unterkunft war einfach gehalten, aber uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben den Aufenthalt in Rom sehr genossen. Die Lage ist super und alles war sauber. Die Klimaanlage, die zu diesen hitzigen Temperaturen auch noch in der Nacht auf geringer Stufe notwendig war, war etwas laut zum Schlafen. Da wir beide aber sehr müde waren, stellte es kein wirkliches Problem dar.

• Jorge (10/5): - Nos alojamos en este guesthouse en Roma y fue una experiencia excelente. La habitación era amplia, muy espaciosa y estaba impecablemente limpia. La ubicación es ideal: a pocos pasos del metro, lo que facilita moverse por la ciudad, y se puede llegar caminando en pocos minutos tanto a los Museos Vaticanos como a la Basílica de San Pedro. Sin duda, una opción muy cómoda y recomendable para visitar Roma.

• Robert (8/5): Unforgettable visit to Rome and Vatican with my wife and my daughter. - The bed was super comfortable. The location is very good - it is like 5 minutes by foot from Vatican Museums. 15 minutes by foot to the Vatican. Matro stations is 10 minutes away. Many good restaurants can be found nearby. Alberto (the owner) was very nice and helpful. We had very good contact with him via WhatsApp. If you want to check-in late then you need to send via WhatsApp skan of your ID and your Credit Card details, which is slightly concerning from the safety point of view. The apartment is not very big (and especially the shower cabin), but still it is good value for money.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and ideally located—just a few minutes' walk from St. Peter's Square in the Vatican. The host was extremely kind and helpful. Communication was quick and easy. We especially enjoyed the breakfast at a lovely local café next door—delicious and a great way to start the day. We were very satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Rome!

• Gemma (10/5): Lovely host and central location - Lovely and friendly host. Alberto made us feel so welcome and was very helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Loved the extra touches especially the breakfast vouchers which were for a local cafe only 4 mins walk away serving lovely pastries and coffee. Loved the water filter jug and fridge in the room too! Was so nice to have fresh cold water in the room when we wanted. I wish all hotel rooms had this as it was such a lovely touch. The bed was very comfy too and spacious. Very close to the centre and only a 2 minute walk to the Vatican City. Wasn’t noisy at night either. Lots of nice restaurants and shops close by. Had a really peaceful nights sleep and a great stay! Nothing - all good!
