• Elena (8/5): - La ubicación es estupenda. Sin duda lo mejor del apartamento fue el chico que nos recibió. Fue muy amable, nos resolvió todas las dudas y durante toda la estancia estuvo pendiente. Además nos hizo buenas recomendaciones. Un 10 como trabajador. Estuvimos muy bien aunque es verdad que se oyen bastante los ruidos del piso de arriba

• Sophie (9/5): On recommande pour un séjour en famille - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement tout se fait a pied, métro proche si besoin, l'accueil ... La seule chose a dire est peut être l'insonorisation bien que cela ne nous ai pas posé de problème.

• Daniel (4/5): - Padrão de higiene insuficiente, encontramos fios de cabelo nos azulejos do banheiro, no sofá e poeira sobre móveis. O quarto é amplo e tem um conceito de arquitetura minimalista e moderno, mas o acabamento é muito ruim: o chão é instável e barulhento ao pisar, a cama é desconfortável para um casal. A porta do banheiro arrastava no chão, o chuveiro tem pouca pressão. Decidimos sair antes e perdemos o dinheiro de noites já pagas na reserva para ter um pouco mais de conforto. Não voltaria, apesar da localização cômoda.

• Polina (6/5): Близко к центру, креативное, оригинальное жилье. - Lia очень душевный и приятный хозяин, сами апартаменты очень просторные, есть зона кухни, стол, санузел, чудесные ставни в огромных окнах и небольшой балкон. Рядом магазинчик и аптека, супер близко до центра. Отдельное спасибо за возможность раннего заезда-это супер. Электронная выдача ключей-очень удобно. Черная плесень в ванной, пыль не только на деревянных перекрытиях мансарды, но и на столах, тумбах, полках.

• Alida (2/5): No lo recomendamos - El apartamento estaba muy sucio, con muchos insectos. El plato de ducha del baño estaba muy sucio. No había suficiente menaje de cocina: platos y vasos contados, no había trapos ni esponjas para lavar los platos. Las camas eran individuales y una de ellas se hundía totalmente. Y todo esto por casi 100 euros la noche. Queríamos también avisad que, aunque la casa parezca estar en el centro, se encuentra en un barrio peligroso y nos rompieron el cristal del coche, siendo esto algo habitual en esas calles al parecer. No lo recomendamos en absoluto

Aire acondicionado en la parte de abajo, un poco de calor en la planta de arriba ya que era el último piso. Fácil aparcamiento y supermercados cerca. Nevera buena capacidad, microondas. Un poco escaso el menaje aunque suficiente para desayuno y cenas rápidas sin poca elaboración. No vendría mal un aire acondicionado en la parte superior. El lavabo tragaba regular pero nos apañamos bien. Un tendedero plegable se agradecería.

Restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. all in neighborhood. Facility is in historic area, the building’s architecture is traditional, the the room has amenities that makes staying there enjoyable (including air conditioning).

Donc tout le monde entend ce qui se passe dedans.

• Andrea (4/5): - La ubicación Hubo problemas con los códigos para poder entrar en el apartamento, tuvieron que venir a cargar con una pila la cerradura electrónica para poder entrar. La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear, el baño no estaba limpio, había suciedad en la ducha y en el fregadero había migas, así como algunas tazas estaban sucias. Estéticamente el apartamento está bien pero la calidad de la reforma y del suelo era regular, hacia mucho ruido al caminar y las cortinas no tapaban suficientemente la luz.

• Andrey (7/5): Very cold - Ideal location. Nice apartment design! On booking.com the apartment is for 7 people, we were 6 people and this is not possible! The apartment has one bathroom, so it takes several hours for the whole company to get together! Huge waste of time and very inconvenient! But, the biggest problem is the lack of heating! The fireplace, which is installed in the apartment, does not work! Perhaps we misused it, but, for the three days of our stay, we did not see the owner, although we asked him to solve the heating problem! Conclusion, the apartment can be visited only in summer, and no more than 2 people.

Consiglio tende alle finestre per non dover tenere gli scuri sempre chiusi a causa della vicinanza con gli edifici di fronte. Cosiglio inoltre un maggior numero di asciugamani perché essendo in due, ne avevamo uno solo da viso da condividere. Per il resto tutto bene.

The apartment is exactly what I’m always looking for—charming tenement interiors, refurbished but not overdone, with minimal yet functional design. It has wooden floors and large balcony windows, which add to the charm. The layout is perfect, with a kitchen, a separate sleeping area, and a spacious living room—everything you need to really relax. The location is amazing, just a 10-minute easy walk to the city's buzz, but nicely tucked away in a quieter area with great local food spots. The owners were responsive, easy-going, great hosts.

• An (8/5): - We had a great time at the appartment! Good location and really nice restaurants nearby. We arrived a bit late and didn't have the code of the door. But Maria was only one phonecall away and helped us really friendly to get in soon. She also gave us some nice tips for breakfast. The appartment is really nice, spacious and tidy. Two little things for improvement are the bathroom (a bit smelly) and the sleeping couch (not really an attractive place to sleep on). But all in all a place we would recomend!

• silvia (4/5): A pesar de que la ubicación es buena, el apartamento no vale ni de lejos el precio pagado por el - Ubicación -Pequeño, hay varios apartamentos y el mio no tiene nada que ver con el de la foto. -Relación calidad/precio mal. -Al estilo Oporto, viejo y sucio. -Utensilios de cocina decepcionantes. -La comunicación con la propietaria mal, me dice que la escriba whatsapp 1h antes de llegar, así hacemos y preguntamos sobre como aparcar cerca y no da señales de vida, la llamamos y no contesta a las llamadas, de repente da señales y dice que ok a la hora a la que decimos y no nos contesta a la pregunta del aparcamiento . Sin embargo, cuando le decimos que ya estamos en el apartamento, me contesta que no va a poder ir porque esta en el doctor, me da claves para entrar y me indica que luego nos vemos. Pasa más de un día y esta persona solo me escribe la noche de antes del check out para que le pague las tasas y los 10€ extra por llevar perro a través de Bizum a un amigo porque no hay bizum en PT.

• Marian (2/5): Decepcionada - La ubicación Los utensilios de cocina eran muy escasos, justo te da para desayunar dos personas, y para colmo e indignación por mi parte me llama y me pregunta donde están los platos, tenedores, cucharas......y no había ni sartén... horrible!!! Me hizo pasar mal rato. Había insectos, menos mal que llevamos insecticidas. No hay lavadora Un tercer piso sin ascensor, un calor horrible y ni un simple ventilador! No volvería jamás! Y no lo recomiendo!

• Jaime (3/5): No repetiría ni de coña - Buena comunicación Se oía todo, suelo que crujía, se oían el resto de apartamentos exagerado, y las escaleras cuando subían y bajaban la gente era como si fueran caballos al ser todo de madera,, al no haber ascensor era insportable.
• Jorge (9/5): Auténtica en Oporto - Dónde está situado, muy cerca del centro y en un barrio céntrico de oporto …el edificio en sí está muy bien mantenido , con unas bellas escaleras de madera y todos los detalles cuidados El apartamento es luminoso y con gran sensación de amplitud muy bonito y original . La anfitriona está atenta y ayuda siempre pendiente .Muy amable Los colchones Definitivamente esta es la única pega
• Alessio (8/5): Carino e in ottima posizione - Posizione ottima, e appartamento molto carino, ben rifinito nei dettagli in generale. Host essenziale ma presente. Vista la posizione e il rapporto qualità/prezzo, ne vale la pena. Essendo un loft non è proprio funzionale per una famiglia con bimbo piccolo (2 anni e mezzo). Il sostegno della doccia non reggeva bene, e c'era un solo fornello per cucinare. Letti non troppo comodi.
• Sandra (7/5): Muy buena ubicación - Muy buena ubicación, cerca de transporte público, supermercados, restaurantes, se entra por código lo que resulta muy cómodo. Había una pequeña nevera muy práctica, para lo que nosotras necesitamos. La limpieza era un poco justa, la bayeta y estropajo de la cocina estaban sucios, las almohadas eran bastante viejas y por tanto incómodas, en 10 días solo tuvimos un cambio de toallas, hacia húmedad y no sé secaban bien. No limpiaron el apartamento ningún día durante la estancia, ni cambio de sabanas, tampoco había ningún producto de limpieza para hacerlo nosotras. Aunque lo cierto es que tampoco nos quejamos durante la estancia, simplemente comparo con otros alojamientos cuando he hecho estancia larga había cambio de toallas, sábanas, papel higiénico y limpieza.
