For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00, an AU100 fee will apply. A surcharge of AU50 will apply to all arrivals on public holidays. All requests for early/late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. ETA changes need to be notified at least one hour in advance. If this is not done or the guest does not present themselves at the agreed time, an AU100 no-show fee will be charged. Payment of any kind cannot be made on arrival. A deposit needs to be paid at the time of booking, and the balance at least 7 days in advance of the arrival date. Beds were comfortable, and it was great to have the option of splitting beds in the second room into singles for our children. Living area was cosy. Great coffee next door. The $1200 bond payment.

Communication with the host and any other staff we had dealings with beforehand and upon arrival was always very helpful, polite and efficient. The bin room outside in the street wasn't the best place to visit but then most bin rooms in apartment blocks or buildings aren't the best.

Rosli (9/5): 12/10 would pick this apartment again. - Excellent location. The apartment felt very comfortable and homey with nice decor, comfortable bed, and even extra blankets in the cupboard. Cupboard were well supplied with hangers. The tv had Netflix with an account ready to use. Would definitely book this same accommodation the next time I'm back and recommend to others as well. Sofas were also comfortable enough to sleep in for nights you stayed up watching Harry Potter movies. Toilet seat was always cold, wished it was heated. Only 1 bathroom, so might not be enough if you have more than 3 people with you.

Beautifully decorated, loved the kitchen & bathroom, and the space was a pleasure to stay in. The skylight was a beautiful surprise. The location was perfect to walk, tram, or uber to landmarks around the CBD, shopping, and dining out. Relatively quiet and we felt safe and secure. Would highly recommend. There was nothing to complain about. Everything was well thought out, the apartment was well stocked with supplies and entertainment and exceeded our expectations.
