Peter (6/5): - Der Inhaber brennt für sein besonderes und aufwändiges Konzept und lebt dieses bis zum kleinsten Detail. Zwei Punkte waren für mich störend: Die Matratze war für meinen Geschmack deutlich (!) zu weich, die Vorspeise war für den Preis deutlich (!) zu wenig, obgleich geschmacklich sehr gut. Entsprechendes gilt auch für den Hauptgang. Erwähnenswert gut war das Frühstück mit sehr angenehmer und intelligenter Unterhaltung. Als einmalige und besondere Erfahrung in Ordnung.
