• David (4/5): Pictures are deceiving, don’t stay there. - The location was ok. Was a little far from most things Language barrier checking in. No rails on steps. Steps actually falling apart. Had to park in back which was sketchy to say the least. Asked for a blanket did not know what it was and said no they didn’t have any. Mattresses so bad if you have any back issues do not stay there. No outlets.. extension cords everywhere . No plastic cups but had regular coffee mugs filled with all kinds of stuff for coffee, but dirty just to drink from. Would not stay there again!!

Podczas zameldowania pobierany jest depozyt 100$. Chcąc się wymeldować rano, w całym obiekcie nie było nikogo z obsługi, nikt nie odbieral telefonów. Przez 20 min nie mogłem odebrać pieniędzy a byłem już umówiony na zwiedzanie więc zmuszony byłem wrócić do hotelu za 6h …. Trochę żenada, ciekawe co zrobiłaby osoba która nie może czekać
• Kim (4/5): Disappointing - It was quaint not your standard hotel room, decor from the 1970's The room was clean but beaten up and dark and dated, could have used a fresh paint job. The maid didn't come in and make up the bed or restock the room.The breakfast wasn't very good. There was no elevator so if you aren't able to manage stairs stay away. Most of the staff couldn't understand english

Waited approx 30 minutes for someone to show up. Did not like there were no elevators. It was a struggle to take the luggage up the stairs. Was looking forward to relaxing in the pool. It was not working. There was no filters, the water was stagnant.

Breakfast should also include fried eggs and fries or roasted potatoes, orange juice, more fruits. Tea should be included in the rooms too.. tea bags and hot water pot would be fine with milk, sugar too.

Also, I didn't like that the room wasn't cleaned by staff daily and not enough towels, we had to ask for extra. Also, we would have liked to have floor mats

Breakfast average, but not available until 830am which is late for many travellers who want to get on the road or have work/meetings. pool hours also very limited, start 230 pm. Rooms need a good cleaning, visible dirt on walls near heater/ac system, no bath matt provided, no recycling bins.

The sausages were good, but hard boiled eggs were hard to peel and they didnt even have ketchup. Simple but also shows a lack of attention to detail.
• Steven (10/5): - We had a great weekend there and were treated so well. My only remark is to have a few more options for eggs for breakfast(or have the hardboiled eggs peeled), heat the pool, and have the hot tub available. Other than that, the staff were amazing and it was a beautiful hotel.

There was a huge cobweb above one bed, currents and corn on carpet which had seen better days, the entry door had the lock jimmied at some point, the patio door wouldn't lock due to broken latch ( thankfully there was a security bar), garbage on patio, domestic in room next door at midnight for half hour until tennants were removed. Breakfast was minimal and we appeared to be the only people attending (the place has tennants living there full time). A basket with money obviously was to Ask for tips at breakfast!! The only positive was comfortable beds and clean sheets. Would not recommend.
• tao (6/5): - Overall good location, friendly owners. However the bed in my room was very wobbly, and sound isolation is terrible. bathroom and washroom also needs major renovation. For the price though, it’s a great choice.
• Mayra (6/5): Weekend getaway - The AC/heater didn't work, the couch was broken. One of the bed sheets had blood spots on it. Washroom was very clean, the Jacuzzi was also very clean. The pool water was extremely cold, also the pool are would be freezing closing duiring winter. It's definitely not a heated pool. My room didn't come with a ice tub for the room, it say the hotel was under reservation for 6 month. This hotel was extremely outdated, definitely not sound proof. I was disappointed, but made the best of my trip.

• Shahroze (4/5): - Nothing to like Let me start with the beginning, Most of them are not very proficient in English. So it is very difficult to communicate. Room size and amenities was very old. AC in the room is not working. we complained about it, and they say open the window. You don't need AC because outside is 72F. My family likes to sleep in cold. And room was very warm, and they didn't fix the AC. after two nights of struggle and back and forth argument they give us the option of switching the room. Pool is just for advertisement, I didn't see anyone use the pool. Pool water was SOOO cold that no one can enjoy it. My aim of booking the hotel was pool to relax in night, It was disappointing. If u have kids and u book pool for the kid's water temp will definitely disappoint you. We complained about it too and they were arguing and even the front desk employee was mis behaving. Breakfast have not really a lot of option. No jam, only butter. Waffle, they make are like paper dry and no taste.

• Reign (5/5): Fullerton manor - The jacuzzi tub was best part, I took photos and showed front desk when arrived it already had a stain; very apologetic and offered cleaning. Requested 12pm checkout instead of 11am, and this was no problem. There was no hot tub in service, nor notification of it being out of service; the indoor pool only has 8hr of service and was freezing cold enough me and my party got in and got right back out. The veranda was shared between us and another unit, which is not clear from booking or reservation. The breakfast was lackluster, had essentials but not even eggs or bacon ( pork sausage only ), and only opened a small time first thing in the morning. Only one room key is available despite the request for 2 at check-in. Phone inside the room could pick up calls, but outward calls did not work even to the front desk.( I followed instructions and numbers in room portfolio and still no luck ) Only 4 towels for shower, tub, and pool with no replacement unless you went to front or found cleaning lady. No elevator.

J'ai demandé de la nettoyer tout ce qu'ils ont fait me changer les serviettes J'avais pas de papier de toilette ? Le tapis était sale, j'avais pas de sac de poubelle C'était horrible et lorsque j'ai demandé la raison pour laquelle rien n'était fait le personnel était agressif et il a appelé la police pour enfin de compte se mettre dans l'embarras et la police a blâmer le propriétaire de son comportement. Il nous a privé du papier toilette et c'était la police qui m'a cherché le papiers. Je ne recommande pas cette endroit meme le descriptif des équipements est faux rien de tout ce qui est cité est présent dans la chambre. J'ai pris plusieurs photos que je vais les mettre. C'est scandaleux ce qui c'est passé.

• Gabriele (6/5): - My stay was fine. The property could use some maintenance. The hot tub was empty with clear traces of rust and the water in the pool is too cold to enjoy it. The rooms are not super clean as there were dead bugs on the carpet by the window but beds are very comfortable and super clean. Bedrooms are quiet and the staff is very friendly and kind. Breakfast is very basic with the best food being freshly made waffles. Things that could be changed: proper maintenance and attention to detail; for instance if a room is booked for 4 people, they will clearly need more than 2 towels and a small piece of soap. Overall we slept well and the property has potential, but we will probably not be visiting again as at the current conditions it’s pricey for the service provided

• Kimberly (2/5): - This is the worst hotel that I have ever been in. Only reason we stayed was room had already been paid for
• Ron (2/5): - We booked the room without reading other reviews. We had a small spot of blood on the sheets. We had a half eaten sub under the bed. The bathtub was clogged with a mound of hair. The hotel didn’t use air conditioning in the halls or main area. The pool table was $30 per hour. The breakfast wasn’t even breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, sausage and some frozen vegetables and fruit. The staff didn’t speak much English. There were no dressers for clothes. It was a shared microwave and toaster. The pool opens at 2:30pm for some stupid reason. Breakfast is from 8:30-10:30 which is very inconvenient. There was no SportsNet or TSN to watch the Jays game. The hot tub wasn’t working. There was no jacuzzi. It was severely overpriced for what it was.

• Rita (7/5): - Check in was quick, no parking fees, accommodation included breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful The carpets were old and dirty, the shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be changed - was falling apart. There was a musty smell in the room.
