- Hashem (7/5): - Das weibliche Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war ein männlicher Mitarbeiter äußerst unfreundlich, wirkte sehr gereizt und hat seine schlechte Laune deutlich an uns ausgelassen.“

- Rafał (1/5): Potworny smród papierosów w pokoju - Blisko autostrady A2, łazienka w pokoju. Pokój potwornie cuchnął papierosami. Nie dało się przez to dobrze spać. Był to najgorszy nocleg jaki do tej pory mi się trafił w Niemczech. Zdecydowanie nie polecam.

- Alahmad (10/5): - Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und gute Lage. Ich war insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Der Ort war sauber, die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die allgemeine Sauberkeit war gut. Die Küche ist sehr sauber, ebenso der Essbereich, der ruhig und angenehm ist. Außerdem gibt es im ersten Stock einen Billardtisch, was eine sehr schöne und positive Ergänzung ist. Allerdings möchte ich auf zwei wichtige Punkte hinweisen: Erstens gibt es keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer. Für mich war das sehr unangenehm, da ich es nicht gewohnt bin, barfuß im Zimmer zu laufen. Es wäre wichtig, Hausschuhe bereitzustellen, besonders beim Aufstehen aus dem Bett und beim Gang ins Bad oder in die Küche. Zweitens gibt es kein Shampoo zum Duschen. Es war nur Handseife vorhanden, die ich leider auch zum Duschen benutzen musste. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft gut und in Ordnung im Vergleich zum Preis, aber ich hoffe, dass diese Punkte in Zukunft verbessert werden. Es gibt keine Hausschuhe im Zimmer und kein Shampoo zum Duschen.

- Tanvi (7/5): Decent stay near Neubeckum main station - The hotel is near the main station. It is very clean and a good price for the money. The washroom is very small and has no shower gel or shampoo. Luckily we were carrying our toiletries.

- Iwan (5/5): In Ordnung. - Dafür ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche für die Hotelgäste vorhanden. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten. Betten so wie Bettdecke viel zu klein. Nachts viel Lautes Geschrei durch das Casino im Hotel Gibt es wohl Auseinandersetzungen.

- Bartosz (7/5): - Room clean, bathroom ok, location ok. Downstairs there’s a casino full of strange people; they smoke cigarettes and marijuana at the entrance, and not everyone wants to walk through that smoke to get inside.

Personalul hotelului este jalnic,pe lângă faptul ca eu am plătit 2 nopți și după prima noapte au vrut să le plătesc din nou ori să părăsesc camera ,omul de la recepție s a arătat vizibil iritat ca i am arătat dovada ca am plătit pentru 2 nopți și când am cerut sa mi facă o cafea jos la recepție nici n a vrut sa audă ,a spus ca nu mi face.

- James (9/5): Great small hotel. The name is misleading. - 2 night stop over. Nice size room, comfortable bed, superb shower. Great location for shops. Friendly/helpful staff.

- Mateus (9/5): Somehow overpriced, but worth the experince. - The place is strange because it is inside a casino. Nevertheless, the room was quiet and spotless, and the staff was helpful. The location is also good, because it is close to the central station and from the city center. The atmosphere is somehow weird if you are not a gambling person.

- Soren (7/5): Good - Cheap, but very clean and friendly staff. Odeur of cigarettes in the entire hotel as it is combined with a gambling room and bar on the ground floor. The cigarette smell goes up in to the rooms. Open very late. It’s not too bad after staying a while in the room and you can’t beat the price and it’s clean.

- Abbas (2/5): very disgusting, rating should be minus 1 - It was very disgusting. I was suffering a lot from the noise of trains passing each 10-20 minutes even during midnight, I was suffering more from the bad smell coming from sewage, I had to buy even a soap and shampoo from closest shopping which fortunately was open half hour after my check-in. I am also very sorry that Hotels.com had offered this to me and I will choose another website for booking. It is a shame to offer this hotel to anyone!
- Jacqueline (8/5): Godd value and very adequate - The service and cleanliness are good, the decor OK; the only negative is the fact that it is also a casino. If you can ignore that it is a good value place to stay for a business trip.
