• Sil (9/5): - A hidden gem. Great value for money. This place is my new go to when in transit in padangbai. Clean, simple, comfortable rooms. Will definitely be back. Everything exceeded my expectations.
• Abdellah (10/5): - J’ai séjourné 3 jours dans cet établissement et j’en garde une très bonne expérience. Le personnel est vraiment incroyable : toujours souriant, attentif et très gentil. Ils m’ont donné de nombreuses informations utiles et m’ont même aidé à organiser mon transport en bateau pour Lombok, ce que j’ai beaucoup apprécié. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service ont vraiment fait la différence durant mon séjour. Je recommande sans hésiter !
• Rice (8/5): Great place! - Lovely room with a view, clean, friendly staff. Tucked away but a very short walk to the beach. The breakfast is nice but on the small size. Honestly definitely recommend this place. No TV and wifi was a bit inconsistent. Overall very good tho.

• Aaron (8/5): It’s a hidden gem and I will stay again. - Staff are amazing and super helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and it was an amazing price. We wanted to go snorkeling and they organised it all including being flexible with check out. I didn’t experience anything negative. The only negative I could see is that it is off the roads so you can not get a car to the door, we were on motorcycles so it didn’t matter to us but others may have to walk but it’s only a few hundred metres.

• Jules (2/5): Je ne recommande vraiment pas - Hôtel vétuste, salle de bain vraiment vieille et sale très peu de confort, chambre très bruyante à cause de la ventilation et de la climatisation, bruits de plomberie toute la nuit, rideau qui laisse toute la lumière rentrer, cet hôtel n’est pas cher mais je vous le déconseille fortement si vous souhaitez une nuit paisible, il y’avait plein de fourmis dans la chambre et des insectes morts
• Tijn (10/5): Je voelt je thuis! Gastvrijheid on top! - Het Personeel, zo gastvrij en vriendelijk en wil je met alles helpen. Zo ook hebben ze mijn ferry geregeld. Ze brachten me met de scooter als ik wilde pinnen of wilde eten en brachten zelfs mijn koffer naar de haven op de scooter. Verder was de kamer ook prima voor een nacht dichtbij de haven! Binnen 5 minuten sta je bij de haven. /

• Emily (3/5): Zu nettes Personal für diese Zimmer - Das frühstück war ganz oke man hat schon bisschen etwas zum auswählen. Das personal war sehr nett Leider waren wir erschrocken von unserem zimmer. Es war leider nicht wirklich sauber hatten ganz viele kleine tiere im Zimmer. Die dusche war so im badezimmer und es war immer alles voller wasser. Leider im Spiegel im Badezimmer hat man nichts gesehen da er verschmutzt war. Im Badezimmer gab es ein offenes kleines fenster und somit hatten wir auch Tiere im bad. Die Türe vom Bad ins zimmer konnte man nicht zu machen, fällte es um 1cm.Die tür zum Balkon war auch leider bisschen kaputt und so mit schätze ich sind die ganzn Tiere rein gekommen. An der tür waren Spinnennetze.

Las sábanas estaban sucias. No me dejaron toalla para ducharme. No había nadie en el hotel para poder contactar en caso de necesitar algo. El baño estaba muy viejo. La ducha y el lavabo oxidado.
• Wayne (7/5): - I believe they are about to do a refurbishment. It is looking a bit tired to that will help. Good location with clean spacious rooms and good hot water. Also well priced A fridge would be good. No shelf room in the bathroom for toiletries which is common in Bali.
• Jana M. (4/5): - Moc milé dámy na recepci, personál. Skvělý přístup. Měli jsme problém s půjčeným skútrem a vše se s nimi dobře domluvilo. Velmi ochotné. :) Na jednu noc jako přespání OK, my byli dvě noci a spokojeni s výběrem jsme nebyli. Velmi špinavá sprcha - kohoutek, hadice. Jeden večer asi dvě hodiny asi voda netekla. Všude po ložnici běhali mravenci a nějaké menší breberky. Postel dost vrzala, když se na ni jeden z nás položil, celá postel se rozpohybovala. Cesta k ubytování byla velmi úzkými cestičkami, což by bylo v pohodě ale některé části velmi zapáchaly.

Leider war das Bad und auch das Zimmer voller schwarzen Schimmel, wir waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht dort, weil wir am nächsten Morgen mit der Fähre nach Lombok gefahren sind, außerdem hatten wir Armeisen im Zimmer, da sie sich durch das Holz, der Balkontür gefressen haben.

The door was broken. Tissue paper was pushed to the broken door holes. The route to the homestay was very narrow and doesn't have connectivity for taxis.

• Catherine (6/5): Une nuit et pas plus - La chambre Hôtel était bien conçu, énorme dégradation Murs perdent leur peinture, la douche est une horreur: robinet vétuste Pour se doucher j’étais obligé d’aller demander au gardien. Nous n’avons réussi à se doucher avec la manette. On a fini par se doucher sous le robinet.

• Martin (3/5): Absolute afrader. - Ontbijt was prima, servies niet altijd schoon. Alles! We hadden 3 kamers waarvan bij de één geen stromend water was in de wasbak, bij de ander geen stromend water in de douche. Geen warm water en de kranen waren te vies om aan te pakken. 'S nachts was er sowieso geen stromend water De algehele hygiëne en de staat van de kamers was zeer slecht. Beddengoed was ranzig. Ook buiten de kamers, op de galerij, werd niet schoongemaakt.

За свою цену это отличный вариант. **Плюсы:** Чистота и ремонт – номер свежий, аккуратный, белоснежное постельное бельё, удобная кровать. Гостеприимство – персонал приветливый, хозяйка любезно разрешила оставить наш мотобайк на стоянке за небольшую плату. Вид из номера – просто шикарный: частично море, зелень джунглей, очень живописно. Тишина и расположение – отель на уютной улочке, недалеко до порта, пешком легко дойти. **Минусы:** Петухи-будильники – если любите поспать подольше, учтите, что местные петухи начинают утренний концерт очень рано. Сантехника – работает, но уже требует обновления, местами ржавчина на железных элементах. Узкая дорога – на байке заехать легко, а вот машине не проехать. С чемоданами придётся немного пройти пешком. **Итог:** Отличный вариант для ночёвки перед паромом. Чисто, уютно, приятные люди. Если не смущают петухи и небольшие бытовые нюансы – смело выбирайте. Оценка 8 из 10.

The great taxi driver called the accommodation and they came and picked me up on a motorbike, they went down small ally ways, that was why the taxi car could not get me to the door of the Kailash homestay They were very good, as I wasn't sure where to go. It was late and very dark The moon was shining through the window to the balcony. It was lovely and quiet. Beautiful garden below The door to the balcony wouldn't open properly. Not a big deal .... Pretty good really

• Rayssa (3/5): Péssima experiência - Nada Hotel extremamente difícil de achar, acesso apenas a pé, fui bem mal atendida, as toalhas todas encardidas, limpeza deixa a desejar, especialmente no banheiro, pia, espelho, tudo sujo, parece que nunca foi limpado antes. Como foi apenas para dormir pois pegaria o barco em Pagand Bai Port, foi ok, mas acredito que o custo benefício não vale a pena, foi bastante perrengue para chegar até o hotel.

I walked to the blue lagoon beach for the day as it’s quite close by. The staff were also really kind and welcoming. The wifi didn’t work very well and the bathroom sink tap in my room didn’t work

• Christiane (7/5): Liebevoll geführtes Hotel. - Sehr schön, sauber und praktisch. Kein riesengroßer Komfort aber alles was man braucht ist da. Die Lage an sich ist richtig gut. Man kann teilweise das Meer von Zimmer aus sehen und benötigt nur wenige Minuten um zentral zu sein. Allerdings liegt das Gästehaus etwas verwinkelt in den Gassen. Ich fand es grundsätzlich nicht schlimm, habe mich aber alleine einfach nicht so mega wohlgefühlt hinzulaufen. In der Unterkunft selbst fühlt man sich aber wirklich sicher.

• Henning (7/5): einfach, sehr preiswert und erwartungsgemäß. - Es handelt sich um ein Homestay, d.h. alles ist einfach gehalten. Für einen Preis von ca. 11 Eur pro Person mit Frühstück kann man dann keinen Luxus erwarten. Was man braucht hat man, das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage war sehr gut, zentral aber ruhig, man blickte von seinem Balkon direkt in den Dschungel und konnte das Meer sehen. Zimmer wurden ca. alle drei Tage gereinigt, Frühstück war ok aber übersichtlich. Vieles hätte besser sein können aber wie bereits gesagt, bei diesem Preis kann man kein Luxus erwarten. Wer das tut, muss woanders übernachten.

• Jane (3/5): I’ll pay more and stay elsewhere in the future - *air conditioner leaks water outside the rooms entrance door making it very slippery *bathroom smells *no towel rack, hooks or shelf in the bathroom *white towels very dirty *bathroom door does not shut properly *balcony door doesn’t open properly *two power points next to each other, not next to the bed, one hanging dangerously out of the wall *no lamp near the bed *next door neighbour blaring loud music facing the homestay *in the description it says beachfront, but it is very far from the beach and the sea view is a glimpse in the distance *it is a long walk to find somewhere to eat They can’t help the location, but they should be honest about it in the description, as it is a long walk through a maze of tiny alleyways where you have to squeeze yourself and your luggage up against the walls either side to allow the passage of constant motor bikes passing through There are so many simple repairs that would make this place better, but obviously there is no maintenance
