- Verified traveler (4/5): - The stuff wasn't at the reception when we have arrived and we had to look for someone to check us in. Once she was found she did try to make it up through. Overall communication was not smooth neither by sending a message on Expedia nor by texting on WhatsApp. Always a red flag. The room was clean but smelled fresh paint a bit. Not a big deal. The curtains were not fully blocking the light. Keep in mund if you are a sensitive sleeper.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Wir hatten ein Zimmer für fünf Personen gebucht. Als wir dort ankamen mussten wir leider feststellen, dass im Zimmer nur Schlafmöglichkeiten für vier Personen vorhanden sind. Seitens Hotel wurde dann ein Klappbett mit Leintuch in das Zimmer gestellt, OHNE Matratze wohlgemerkt. Ein anderes Zimmer wäre laut Hotelpersonal nicht verfügbar. Da das Reinigungspersonal weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprach und der Hoteldirektor es nicht für notwendig erachtete sich persönlich blicken zu lassen versuchte ich es über die Expedia Hotline. Leider führte dies nicht zu einem befriedigendem Ergebnis. Außer Telefonkosten von ca. 280 € und einem Angebot für ein Zimmer für die 5. Person über 160 €/ Nacht kam dabei nichts heraus. Da seitens Expedia keine brauchbare Lösung vorgeschlagen werden konnte versuchten wir es erneut beim Hotel. Wie durch ein Wunder (auf Booking hatten wir mehrere Zimmer gefunden) hatte das Hotel plötzlich ein Zimmer frei, um 100€ / Nacht meiner Meinung nach noch immer Wucher bedenkt man, dass das Verschulden doch gänzlich beim Hotel liegt.. Jedoch immer noch 60 € günstiger pro Nacht als der von Expedia vorgeschlagene Preis. Da das gesamte Prozedere sich bereits über vier Stunden zog und wir auch noch etwas von Moskau sehen wollten, ließen wir uns auf diesen "Deal" ein und nahmen das Zimmer. Ich bin gespannt ob Expedia bezüglich der Mehrkosten von ca. 600€ mir bessere Lösungsvorschläge unterbreiten kann..
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Att detta hotell finns med som ett utbud måste vara felaktigt, alla positiva recensioner måste vara fejk. När vi anlände fanns inte det rum vi beställt. De har inget elektroniskt bokningssystem utan förlitar sig på vanliga A4 papper. Vi fick ett jättelitet rum första natten på 2 vuxna och 2 barn samt erbjudna dagen efter ett så kallat modernt rum som var sjaskigt och känslan av ett källarförråd med tegelstensväggar. När jag klagade till hotellchefen satt han på en soffa med armarna längs ryggen på soffan halvliggande och bredbent med ett hånflin. Hans uppenbarelse visade en oseriös person där han uttalade "välkommen till Ryssland" samt även sade att han skulle bryta fingret på mig. Vi bytte omgående till annat hotell. Stor varning utfärdas till detta fejkhotell, där allting är uppbyggt på lögner. Hur detta hotell kan fått bra recensioner av andra användare och att det har fyra stjärnor visar att systemet brister någonstans och att all denna information kommer från hotellet själva. Med andra ord är detta ett bluffhotell som inte hör hemma på dessa sidor.
