• Costanza (2/5): Assolutamente da evitare - Unico lato positivo il ragazzo che si è occupato del check-in e check-out davvero gentilissimo e cortese. Gli ho chiesto di anticipare la colazione ed è stato super collaborativo. Unica lode che posso fare a questo posto. Stanze davvero trasandate e non insonorizzate. Tutto molto rumoroso e doccia con fughe nere. Colazione con cornetti che secondo me erano di 2 giorni prima o peggio ancora confezionati … televisione non funzionante. Prezzo completamente fuori mercato per la struttura e i servizi offerti. Non lo consiglierei assolutamente.

• Manfred (7/5): Zentrale Lage, aber die Geräuschkulisse war auch entsprechend hoch. - Frühstück war überschaubar (Toast, Croissant, Marmelade, gekochtes Ei, Multivitaminsaft, Butter, Obst, Frischkäse, Joghurt, trockener Kuchen und Kekse). Trambahn vor der Haustüre. Allerdings fuhr diese zwischen 24:00 Uhr bis 05:30 Uhr nicht. Also gute Geräuschkulisse.

The location was ideal for us due to the proximity of the train station and lots of good cafes and restaurants. It was in good walking distance of many attractions. A small refrigerator in the room would be helpful.

• Natanaele (10/5): - A pochi passi dalla stazione Termini, perfetta per raggiungere tramite la metro qualunque zona di Roma. Camere pulite, struttura accogliente, pulizia giornaliera. Ci ha accolti Linto, super disponibile e molto gentile, che ha contributo a rendere piacevole il soggiorno a Roma. Consigliatissima!

• Ariadna (9/5): - L'ubicació era perfecte, al costat de l'estació de Termini i pels que ens agrada caminar a 20 minuts de totes les activitats cèntriques sense haver d'estar dintre del merder i caos que és qualsevol capital. L'atenció ha sigut perfecte i hem estat com a casa i l'esmorzar senzill però ideal. El què podria haver sigut millor és l'olor general del pis, no de l'habitació (aquesta feia bona olor). Sobretot, i això no és culpa de l'espai, és que està ubicat al costat de Casa Pound un dels centres ocupat feixista de Roma. Però l'espai no en té la culpa.

• nad (8/5): - Easy to find, with clear instructions provided. Very close to train station with heavy luggage, then easy walk to attractions. Big room, plenty of space to open out all luggage. Great shower, good size bathroom. Nice simple breakfast. Friendly service. 1st floor, so not many stairs (lift available but we didn't use it) Kettle in the room would be a benefit. Lots of street noise during the night, but only the same as any major city.... ear plugs were provided.

The washroom was the biggest negative for us. - Great location, breakfast looked nice even though we were not able to eat it as we met with friends early. The room was a big room, but no mirrors. Also, no Frig in the room but they accommodated us with a frig in the eating area. We were told the washroom, was separate from the bedroom before we came and we thought that would work, but in reality, getting up during the night and having to use the key etc was really not conducive for us. They will tell you before you come, so if it doesn't matter, then it would be ok.

• Jelena (10/5): - We really loved the apartment. The beds were very comfortable and everything was spotless. Our host was incredibly kind and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. Room cleaning and towel changes were done exactly as agreed. Breakfast was delicious, too. The location is perfect - just a few minutes from Termini Station and the metro also, making it easy to explore any part of the city. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to our next trip to Rome.

• Patrycja (9/5): - Bardzo miły właściciel, poczęstował nas kawą po przyjeździe. Pokoj czysty, wygodny, mały minus za brak lustra w pokoju, za to w łazience lustro było ogromne. Śniadania były pyszne, croissanty serwowane na ciepło, kawa pyszna. Doskonała lokalizacja, blisko dworca i centrum. Wyjazd zaliczamy do bardzo udanych.

• Andrew (10/5): Great stay close to Termini - Close to Santa Maria Maggiore and Termini. The family suite had two memory foam king beds and a single bed, plus two bathrooms. Perfect for a family with multiple teenagers. The street isn't as lively or exciting as dinner nearby streets with cafes and shops. But they aren't too far away.

The location is also just 4 min walking distance from the train station and close to all the good restaurants Super loud at night when cars and trams pass by, the toilet is also outside of the room so you basically have to walk out every time. The lift of the building is also on and off but luckily the location is just on the first floor so carrying you suitcases up should be fine.

• Andreea (10/5): Super - Hotelul foarte bine pozitionat fata de gara si foarte usor de ajuns la punctele de atractie. Domnul de la receptie foarte amabil si ne-a facut sejurul placut. In plus, am putut lasa bagajele la hotel dupa ce ne-am decazat ca sa ne mai putem plimba prin oras.

• Janine (8/5): Nettes kleines B&B - Das B&B ist in Ordnung. Die Ausstattung ist älter aber nicht abgetragen. Es ist sauber und die Betten sind super bequem zum schlafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer wo das Badezimmer außerhalb ( 2 Türen weiter) unseres Zimmer war aber für den Preis total okay. Das Frühstück ist nicht reichhaltig aber dafür ist der Kaffee sehr gut.

• CHE (6/5): - Personel çok yardımcıydı, odamızın temiz ve genişliği idare ederdi. Kahvaltı çoğu İtalyan kahvaltilarindan iyiydi. Roma genel olarak güvenilir değil, geceleri tedirgin olduk. Konaklayacaginiz mekanın Termini civarında oluşu buna etkili ve Termini de kalmak havaalanindan konaklayacaginiz yere kolay ulaşım sağlıyor ama o kadar. Tren Roma da işinize yaramıyor, termini, venedik meydanı metro çalışması yıllardır devam ediyor ve sadece sıkışıklık yaratıyor. Fontana di Treviye yakın yerde kalın, Termini merkeze uzak ve yokuşlar çok.kötü. Wc ve banyo bize ait ancak odamızın dışındaydı, bunu biliyorduk ancak bu kadar zorlanacagımızı düşünmemiştik. Roma çok pis, çok kalabalik...

• L.Franzi (10/5): Weiter so! - Super Service, sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter, wir konnten vormittags schon einchecken und unser Gepäck dort lassen, wäre am Abreisetag auch möglich gewesen. Er gibt nützliche Tipps für Rom und hilft bei Fragen, spricht sehr gut englisch. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge - Roma Termini und Santa Maria Maggiore ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Das Frühstück ist für Italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut- Toast, Mini-Croissant, Ei, Marmelade, Saft, Müsli, Joghurt, Kaffee und Tee, Kuchenteilchen. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Bilder entsprechen 100% der Realität. Weiter so!
